NASTIESTJACKINTHEBOXIVEEVERBEENTOO! Place was so dirty, there was water spilled by the register nobody bothered to mop that they just put a wet floor sign over the water. Soda machine had spilled soda all over. It was so dirty. Managers and employees were to busy talking(hella loud) to go out and clean up the dining room. After we finished Eating my boyfriend got really sick. Throwing up and what not. My first visit and my last FORSURE!!! Oh and i forgot to mention a homeless sleeping on one of the booths.

Very bad service ordered to go order #409 burger so hard fries are cold and not crispy it took 35 for an order. Will never come to this site again. A very unsatisfied customer.

Don’t go here i got severe food poisoning they got real bad service and I’m sure they don’t change the oil it was at night when i ordered two black people working really bad at service and I question what they did to my food but karmas a bitch what comes around goes around !!!

They take to long and the food is always cold when I get it! This is the last time I’m going to that jack. They had good service but it took them a while to give me my food threw the drive thru. I got it cold and wasn’t happy

3 stars seems about right. The drive thru for breakfast is waaay shorter than Starbucks. I like the 2 for 4 special they have for croissants. The order is accurate and the location is very convenient. The person was pleasant. The basic expectations if an accurate order, decent price, and a pleasant voice were met. Being the only second car n line it could be a little faster when compared to other experiences. Chop chop… pick up the location just a little.

I, like several other reviewers, wish I could give this location No Stars. I’ve been here several times. Each time hoping the last time was a fluke. A bad day. Maybe a bad week. But, no. The voice through the intercom is friendly. But that’s where the positive ends. They will get your order wrong. Every time. The food is lukewarm at best. The last time I was here I ordered and was served right away in the drive thru. Like my food was already prepared. An hour ago. I ordered a Root Beer. I got a Diet Coke. I ordered large curly fries. I got a medium carton half full with warm fries. This place is «new» and you would think it would try to be a good spot. But it’s almost as if this place is TRYING to be so bad it wants to be shut down. If you eat here, you’ll be sorry you did.

This location is terrible! On two separate occasions I was turned away because they had no employees. WTF!!! On top of that the drive thru takes forever and they get your order wrong. If you dare go inside to order be prepared to be disgusted. Everything is a mess and there are homeless people everywhere. Stay away from here! Just go to the curtner or Lincoln ave locations.

I’ve been here a few times and all of these visits haven’t been not so pleasant. The line for the drive thru always takes quite a long time. They almost never seem to get my order correct when I finally get to the window to pay. I went here yesterday and ordered something that costed $ 6.50. I waited in the drive thru line for about 10 mins. As soon as I pull up to the window and hand my card to him he tells me my total is $ 15.50. Confused I tried to call to him before he swiped my card but it was already too late. I told him that I didn’t order all that and he apologized and refunded me my money as well as fixed what I ordered. He told me that my money should be back in my card«right now» as in his words. Trusting him I told him it was alright and I drove off. It is the next day and I still have not seen the money refunded back to my account.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was waiting in there drive-thru for what seemed like 20 min. When I got to where they ask for what I would like they asked if I could hold and I said yes. 5 minutes later they asked what I would like and so I proceeded to say what I wanted after I said what I wanted the person completely stopped talking and I didn’t know what to do or what was happening. I then waited for another 5 – 10 min or so and got fed up so I went forward and waited again to get to the window. when the car behind me got to the machine the person who takes orders started to take their order. What the hell I thought, then when I got to the window I finally ordered and they acted as if nothing was wrong and in a way blaming the problem on me. Never going there again.

By far the worst service ever. Not only do they take long but they always mess up my order. I’ve watched the people in the back that handle food without gloves and when I’ve asked to re do my order and put gloves on, they get upset. They serve you food as if its coming out of there pockets. The food always looks so sloppy and by far the worst service. They do have one Asian lady that is really nice but the rest of the staff seems to give her a hard time. Theres another tall Caucasian lady that is really friendly & feel bad that they always seem to get the short end of the stick when the people in the back are constantly messing up. I rather go all the way to the Santa Teresa location or Willow Glen than this location.

Ordered food and I had to wait 15 mins through the drive thru. If the food wasn’t ready to begin with, you should always let the know customers ahead of time or at least let me know why it’s taking so long. On top of that, when the worker handed me my drink, the lid wasn’t placed all the way on and I spilled all over myself. Over all, bad experience.

Bad service, forgot my ranch & only gave me 5 tacos outta 6. Called to tell them but a rude ass girl picked up just said hello and i asked if it was jack in the box n said ummmm yeah with alot of attitude i told her something for being rude n she just said how can i help you, i told her n just told me to come by to get it when i was already far and didnt even get a sorry. Never coming here again.

I don’t typically write reviews for fast food drive-thrus but I’m so irritated right now and don’t have another way to vent my frustration at the moment. After waiting 20 minutes in their drive-thru I was handed cold soggy food, they added cheese to my sandwich that doesn’t come with cheese and when specifically asked I stated I did not want cheese, they forgot the taco sauce for my tacos and my coke was flat with no ice in it. If I need to wait that long for«fast food» I expect it to be so damn hot I need to wait a few minutes to did in! Waste of time and waste of money. Get it together Jack!

Brand new location. Each time I’ve come to Jack in the Box, the voice out of the speaker is enthusiastic and friendly. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, but she’s great! Keep up the energetic service Amber.

this place opened recently, and was directly on my way to work, I figured once in a while I would hit the drive through on the way to get breakfast. First time extremely slow, I figured it was because this place was new, 2nd and 3rd time same, again I give it another shot because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this morning(4÷20÷15) I stop on my way to work and this time not only was it 10 minutes in the drive through when there was no one in front of me but one of the breakfast jacks I ordered was missing the egg. I really hate giving a bad review to a business, but this place should be avoided if you are pressed for time and want quality. I filled out the survey on line and asked to be contacted later in the evening, lo and behold a few minutes after filling out the survey someone contacted me, and offered to send me coupons, so at least they try to right the wrong, I will give them one star for that.
