Great place to come drink a beer and pick up ripers. They have hella tv’s and always play sports. Ripers be getting drunk as shit here.

Just recieved a to go order and the food was not only not done well, and I’ve been to other Applebees before, but the order was missing my drink, the ranch for the wings, was the complete wrong wing flavor, and the sauce for the wonton tacos. It’s bad enough to have crappy food but to have it also be wrong AND missing items is just lazy. So lame when you ordered in on purpose and have never had a problem with other places. How hard is it to double check an order?

First time calling in to pickup an order. When I called in the waitress was super friendly and nice. As soon as I walked inside I asked a waiter where I could pick up my order, he was very rude when instructing me on where to pick up my order.
I met the waitress that took my order on the phone and she came out with my food very quick! She was very attentive and friendly.

After reading several reviews, I was skeptic of this place but hey I had a gift card. I went rather early, around 430. I was seated in 2 minutes. Our server Brenda asked for our drink orders. She told us appetizers were ½ price and burgers were 6.99. We ordered 3 appetizers. Let me just say, they came out super fast. Mozzarella sticks, spinach dip & Chili Verde Nachos. The nachos were absolutely delicious !!! Our food came out shortly after. Ummm delicious… Did I say delicious ?? The food was hot, perfectly cooked. Our server Brenda was fabulous. She checked on us, gave us extra napkins & refills, without asking. I don’t know why the other reviews were so bad. If you want great food & service, come here !!!

Where to start. Sunday night 8pm. Notbusy had order to go. I got street steak wife got Fiesta chicken saladc and order of mac cheese for my baby girls. And some ardichok dip. So first of all the steak had shrimp??? What the hell. my wife’s salad was All wilted like they took it out the trash. Called to talk to msnager told they were to busy. I will never go there again

Not the best place to eat at the plant. The menu has changed, the service is slow, and customer service is not their priority.

I ordered the 4 Cheese Macaroni with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders with bacon. When I got the dish, it didn’t not look like the picture at all. It is supposed to be «loaded» with bacon, however I only got ONE piece of bacon. I don’t even taste «4 cheese» The cheese was really plain and dry. I really did not want to finish it. Do not order this when you go.
Customer service isn’t bad though.

We have different expectations when it comes to chain restaurants because we pretty much know what it is like already. I’ve been to this location several times over the course of several years already but decided to write today because I thought the new tablet thing on every table is pretty cool. I’m not sure how new this is since I haven’t been back for a long time. So now every table has a tablet where you can choose to play games or watch something with a small amount of charge and they also use that to charge your credit card so it’s quicker when we pay!
Another thing about Apple Bees restaurants is that they offer great value on their combos of 1 appetizer and 2 main dishes for $ 20, $ 24 or $ 26. We got 7oz steak, ribs and boneless wings for $ 26. I don’t expect anything for the steak given the amount of money we pay, so it’s alright. Ribs with honey bbq sauce were pretty good actually. The boneless wings were uhm. horrible. Too salty!
Customer service was great!

We are regulars at this place mostly for happy Hour! Excellent drinks excellent appetizers. Rick (with the beard) waits on us most of the time, always has a smile and asks if the drinks are well made!, the other server is gracefl as well and has a good personality. See you around Rick! Keep up the good work.

I came here with my husband in the 1^st time. The food was not fresh at all, i taste the steak –the meat not soft and it was hard to eat! I think that is the last time i came there! Only onething that i give them 3 star because the man serve me is very nice. Just complain the food –no good

I really have not used Unilocal in awhile but after today I just had to. I got off of work today around 1145pm. I decided to take my coworkers out for a couple of beers/​appetizers.
We sat at the tables in the «bar» section. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us but none was given.
I saw a couple servers made eye contact with our table but no one approached our table.
One of the servers literally did a round check to see how her tables were doing and skipped us.
After 20 minutes of not being served I took my money else were
It’s really disappointing for a restaurant that sells good food and good drinks to give horrible service. I managed a restaurant and our restaurant would never let that happen. The most disappointing thing was that we felt that no one wanted to serve us and just brush it off. I really hope your company takes this feedback to improve your customer service.

Usually, I enjoy the Applebee’s atmosphere but this one… I was left without words… in the worst way possible
We arrived around midnight and, as soon as we were seated, one of our group members mentioned that the bartender looked like he was a bit tipsy… and by the way our drinks were prepared, I totally agree. My shot of apple pie moonshine was NOT apple pie moonshine. There was much too much cinnamon in it, think of a weaker fireball and, despite the fact that I said it was NOT apple pie moonshine, our server Hemer, insisted that it was with a smile on his face even though he could see how agitated and unhappy I was (it had been a very long day and I looked forward to this to decompress… but all it did was make me angry). Maybe he was having a bad day, I don’t know, but I can say without a doubt he’s the worst server I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Also, grabbing on your girlfriend or whoever she was in front of your customers… never a good idea. All it did was agitate us even more.
Usually mudslides are INCREDIBLE! The one in Milpitas in McCarthy Ranch always hits the good notes so we figured because it’s a chain restaurant, it’d be comparable… WRONG… this Applebee’s makes their’s taste like straight vodka poured on top of ice cream with chocolate syrup… disgusting!
The ONLY upside to this night was whoever prepare our lava cake did an incredible job and the host was very nice and cordial… too bad his good vibes didn’t carry over to our knuckle-​headed server.

We got a gift card to Applebee’s so we used it. We already knew Applebee’s isn’t the best of the best. Got the 2 for $ 25 deal which is alright, not worth it. It filled the tummy. The drinks was aite… got the Moscow mules, which is cool but they had to take you ID.

I hate writing reviews of chain restaurants, because what you reasonably expect to get is what you get.
The service here was wonderful as we had a very friendly server, who seemed a little overwhelmed by the lunch rush, but handled everything with a smile and pleasantly.
However, the food here is really really really lacking in quality. We had mozzarella sticks, half rack of ribs, and 3 cheese penne pasta. The half rack looked a lot smaller than a half rack (from lets say Chilis) and had virtually no meat on them. The pasta was comparable to a TV dinner, pretty flavorless.
I hate to be too hard on the food, but it was just not very good. Its pretty unfortunate as I know i’m never going to be «wow’d» i hate being disappointed.

I will not be going to this place again. The service is slow and non-​responsive. It should not take 25 mins to pick up your to go order. I set 9:50pm pick up time, grant it I was early, but still. After 3 people using the register someone finally asked if we are picking up an order. She asked what we ordered instead of my name that was right there. Then she said I will be right back with your order. Keep in mind there was another person behind us. 3 to 4 people using the register including the manager she finally came back. Oh the manager said she is not back yet? Let me go track her down for you. By this time there are now 2 people behind us. No one tried to help them or acknowledge them at all.

Appetizers:
Mozzarella Sticks & Artichoke and Spinach dip.
Arrived within 7 minutes of ordering them. Tasted great but the mozzarella sticks still don’t beat Red Robin’s.
Drinks:
Oreo Milkshake & Strawberry Limeade Slush
The drinks were the highlight of our dinner to be honest! I never had a slushed drink here before (I was never offered!) but it was deeelish and I even had room for a refill. The Oreo milkshake was nice and thick and flavorful (some places like D&B’s add too much milk and it just feels like you’re drinking milk sometimes).

I ordered my burger with a side of sour cream. When our entrees came out, my sour cream was on his plate, and I didn’t have anything. When I asked where the sour cream was, we realized it was on his plate. We then asked for the corresponding mexi-​ranch dipping sauce for his dish. She says she’ll bring it and never returns. Our real waitress came to check up on her and we asked for the corresponding mexi-​ranch dipping sauce again. She returns and brings us barbecue sauce. I wanted to ask for the RIGHT sauce because hey that’s what we ordered, but my boyfriend didn’t want to be a «hassel» and etc etc. He was content with his meal but said next time he’ll try it again with the right dressing.
Service: The service was fine. I think the biggest issue with how this place is set up is that your waitress is never the one who brings out what you order. We had different people bringing out our appetizers, drinks and entrees. Our drinks actually arrived at the empty table behind us first before our waitress realized it and brought it to us.
The atmosphere was nice and I enjoyed my quesadilla burger well enough (I was really sad at the end of the night because I forgot to take my leftovers!!) and we will be returning eventually.

This restaurant is okay. The workers here can be rude.

My wife ordered the «Three Cheese Chicken Pasta» and the portion looks very small, buy the manager was nice and gave my wife 3 more chicken.
The people that sat behinde us was pretty rude. They kept talking loud, slaping the booth, and making fun of people. They need to grow up.
I don’t think I’m going to come back to this location anytime soon.

I went here with my boyfriend and a friend for lunch, and we got an order of 10 chicken wings as an appetizer. On the third wing, I bit into it and found that it was red and undercooked. I turned to my boyfriend to confirm if what I was seeing was true, and I saw he had an undercooked wing in his hands as well. We cut up a few more wings and four more had red spots on the meat and bone. We flagged down the waitress, and asked her if we can get another plate of cooked chicken wings. She said sure and she’ll be right back.
This is the part where we’re supposed to get our cooked chicken wings, be happy, and leave a generous tip, but no… Instead she went to the manager and the manager said that the red part on our wings was the vein of the chicken and it was supposed to look like that after it’s cooked. Not only did the waitress bring back the same plate of undercooked chicken, but she came telling us that the chicken is perfectly cooked and it’s SUPPOSED to be red like that. I may not be Gordon Ramsey, but I sure as hell know the difference between cooked and undercooked chicken.
We told her we didn’t want the wings back and she asked us if we wanted anything else. We said no and she took it off the bill, hence the two stars instead of one.
Overall, the customer service was ehh, and the food was below average. Try someplace else if you want good service and great food.

I decided to come here with a friend of mine, now first that was a mistake not due to the friend, but the service. We did get a seat right away and our server did come up to our table with a smile and took our drink order. At this moment the evening was going good, especially when the drinks arrived, at the moment our order was taken it was about this time thing would go wrong.
After waiting about 15 minute for our food, it would arrive. Well, only one plate arrived (the steak), but my friends (fish and chips) did not. The waitress asked my friend if should would like a plate so we can share, oh wait a minute. Now we have a problem, this waitress did not even know what both orders were. We told her she still owed us one more plate. The waitress then took off to figure out what happen, it was not funny as this was the second time something like this has happen to my friend while we have been out eating. Once the waitress arrived back to the table, she asked my friend if they could bring out fries, soup or salad. This was to cover they had not placed the order in to their system for the order. Of course by the time my friends order arrived, I was done eating if I had waiting any length of time, my food would have been ice cold.
I am giving this Applebee’s two stars for the beginning of the service and the manager attempt to cover the problem and talking with us about the issue we had here, but I have a feeling we are not the first people to have this happen to.
If you come here expect the service to be hit or miss, we just hope they are able to fix it as soon as possible. As for me I will avoid this Applebee’s as much as possible, especially since there are so many other chooses and I have not had much success with Applebee’s.

Just like everyone else, there are only 2 reasons to ever go to Applebee’s: 1) the 2 for $ 20 deal, and 2) the half price appetizers during happy hour and after 9pm. So that’s why we went… the ONLY reason we went.
My wife and I got the 2 for $ 20 deal when we went to this Applebee’s near our house last week. We got the boneless wings to start, and then I ordered the Oriental Chicken Salad, and my wife got the Chicken Frescado. The best part about our meal… the boneless wings. Sad, but true. I’d rate the boneless wings here a ³⁄₅. It is a generous portion, and you can get multiple sauces on the side (we got buffalo and honey bbq). The Oriental Chicken salad was my choice for the entrée — I would rate this a ²⁄₅. There wasn’t enough dressing. The «grilled» chicken in it was soggy and not very good. Chicken Frescado wasn’t that great either. I’d rate that one a ²⁄₅ as well. We wanted to go with the healthier options on their menu, and unfortunately, we paid the price for it.
We’ve ordered the Three Cheese Chicken Penne, as well as the 7oz. sirloin before, and we should have just stuck with those 2 options. Not sure why we decided to put our healthy hats on, but Applebee’s doesn’t do healthy food. Just need to stick with what we know is good next time.
It was also super crowded around the bar area when we went last week. Everyone was loud, people were screaming and there were a lot of profanities being thrown around. Of course, there were kids in the vicinity too who had to listen to them. I’ve been to other Applebee’s locations, but this one is particularly bad. Service was pretty spotty too. Not enough bartenders up at the bar to help all of the rowdy people. Sad to say, but we will only go back here to this locations if we have exhausted all other food options and are desperate to eat.
