Both my son and I have used Dr. Holmes over the years. He has dealt with back problems, wrist problems, and knee problems. We have found him to be an excellent doctor; producing great results.
His staff has been very courteous and professional. We have not had any problems with either Dr. Holmes or the outside services he directed us to accepting my Medicare and my son’s Blue Shield.

This was by far the worst experience. The receptionist was rude/​misleading and the doctor was not helpful whatsoever. I sent my mom here and have major regrets.
I am normally not one to bash but what happened was appalling. My mother didn’t have insurance and paid cash for a 10 minute visit with the doctor. He told her to go to Valley Medical, which was ridiculous because we had already been there twice; he didn’t care and wasn’t listening. The doc charged her $ 200 for nothing. There’s more but I will not go into it.
Lessons learned: Do not go here if you do not have insurance and even if you do have insurance think twice about it. Try a phone consultation if you can… oh right, they don’t do those. They just want your money and are not in it for the greater good of helping others.
