Killers Sandwiches, hand made and pretty fast! I got a large once and thought I was carrying a rifle it was so long! delicious! Wish they had a gluten free wrap for my wife though…

Hands down the best sub, and probably the best overall sandwich in the Bay Area. I grew up in Jersey(exit 163 on the parkway if you must know) and these subs are the real deal. I usually get #13 The Original Italian and it’s pretty much perfect. My son gets the #5 The Famous Roast Beef & Provolone and that is excellent as well. Key elements are: good crusty bread, generous amounts of high quality cold-cuts and all the right toppings — especially oil & vinegar and oregano. They know how to put it all together too — carefully layering the toppings on top of the meat not handing you a pile of jumbled crap shoved into a flavorless roll with knife like at Subway. Other chains like Togos(skimpy meats, tasteless chewy rolls) and Erik’s(bean sprouts? Goo? ’nuff said) should hang their head in shame in comparison to Jersey Mikes.

I became a regular at this location. The service is friendly and professional. The restaurant uses only top quality products. I have never had a bad sandwich at Jersey Mike’s. The dining area is always clean. The parking in the front is sometimes packed but I usually park in the back behind the HnR block. Even in a long line, the staff here prepares the food in a timely fashion. I can go to TOGO’s and wait 20 minutes just to find out that they messed up my order. I can go to Subway where the customer service is not up to par. Instead, I go to Jersey Mikes on Blossom Hill Road where I get the best top quality service. Yes the sandwiches can be a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. A top notch sub. Don’t forget to tip!

So freaking good. Hardest working sandwich artists around. Location is clean and well managed… line is quick, service is great.

Blown away! Not only are the sandwiches delicious here, but their service is exceptional! I came in yesterday afternoon to grab lunch for my family and me. There was one person in line ahead of me but I was still trying to figure out what I wanted. I asked if I could get the #44 without blue dressing(ew) and switch it for ranch. The Asian guy working there(sorry I didn’t catch his name!) said, «Of course!» He has a lot of skills in multitasking: from taking orders over the phone and in person, to making the sandwiches, then guiding all the other employees. Not sure if he was a manager, but when I left he made sure that he told me to, «Have a nice afternoon!» I know all these things seem trivial, but they’re extremely important when you’re going to a restaurant, even a chain. I felt all warm and fuzzy inside; and not just because I was super full and satisfied with my sandwich. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken sub, a Philly cheese-steak done«Mike’s Way» and a cold Club Sub. I only got to try the Buffalo Chicken and Club Sub, but both were delicious. When they do it Mike’s Way, it adds a bit more flavor because they use a vinaigrette/Italian dressing. So glad I made the decision to do it his way instead of mine :) My dad also said he like the cheese-steak, and he is a hard man to please when it comes to food. The only real downfall to this place is the price of the sandwich itself. They’re a little expensive compared to places like TOGO’s, but it’s a new and different flavor in comparison, so I don’t mind paying a couple extra bucks. For three sandwiches I paid about $ 27. Overall, definitely a fan of this place when I’m craving a good sammie. I’ll have to come back and try one of their wraps soon. Sidenote: Their website is also really easy to manage if you wanted to look at their menu or nutrition facts! :)

I stopped in because I was passing by and I ordered the cheese steak with mushrooms and it was delicious. Everyone was very nice and friendly as well. I will be going back!

Great subs! Friendly staff & we got a free cookie for being first timers! My husband had the #99 with chipotle mayo upon the request of the staff & he loved it! I had the classic Italian #13 and it did not disappoint! We ate at the Blossom Hill location. The young kid, Jack was very pleasant and made sure we enjoyed our subs! They need to clone that kid! Super nice & works hard!

Ok, so I was amazed at everything. I was reluctant to roll by and have a sandwich because I don’t like New Jersey, I know… Dumb, but that’s how I roll. First off, I miss customer service like this. The guys behind the counter was extra nice and really friendly!!! They both asked how my sandwich was and I felt like they were really concerned. Now the important part. The sandwich it’s self was off the hizzie fo sheezie, I wish they had black olives. But it was excellent. The only down side to this entire jersey mikes experience was the price. $ 13 buck for a sandwich, chips and soda. That’s kinda pricey for a sandwich, feel me? Otherwise. I really enjoyed this place!

Pros: Good Quality Food. Clean Store. Attentive Staff. Cons: Needs more meat in the subs/wraps. Subs/Wraps too small I am not a big man and I finished a wrap in 3 bites. They should sell Beer

More often than not, I’m going here over subway, togos, or a grocery store sub. Mike’s is up there with Erik’s deli in my opinion. But they are a different style of sandwich, and they do their subs in a unique way when compared to the other chains. I’ll have an Italian, Mike’s Way!

The sandwiches I’ve had from jersey mikes are among the best I have ever eaten. The freshness from the bread to the meat and produce really make them stand out from other sandwich places. On a cold sandwich, mike’s way really hits the spot and if you are planning on taking it to go I would suggest to specify going light on the vinegar and oil so that the bread doesn’t get soggy. Very caring customer service is what makes eating here a pleasant experience. The only time I had to wait for a sandwich was when the place was packed around lunchtime, which is understandable. If you are short on time just be aware there may be a wait, but the quality and friendly environment is well worth the wait. Definitely coming back again.

Went here after my husband said the Santa Clara location was really good. I was not greeted. I was just stared at by a tall Asian man until I started to say what I wanted. They hardly put any meat on the sandwich! Not to mention the guy at the produce section not getting the fact that I didn’t want onions one the sandwich. He was pretty irritated when I asked him to take them off. I will not be going back to this location.

I’d leave a negative review if I could. I ordered a roast beef sandwich on line and when I got home it was loaded with bacon. We don’t eat bacon for Religious(Jewish) reason. When I called to complain the store hung up on me 2 times. I’ll never go back.

Anyone that knows me knows how much I love Jersey Mike’s. I mean, at this point I’m surprised the original Mike hasn’t called me up and offered me free lifetime subs. I am that big of a fan. I have become a regular at almost every location near me, as they just keep getting closer and closer to my house. I’ve visited this location several times(cheating on my regular one in Los Gatos!), and while I still miss my regular location, this one does the trick. I still think they’re getting the hang of things a little, but overall it’s still the amazing sandwich I can’t wait to eat every single Saturday. Here’s my suggestion: You MUST order a cold sub your first time. Don’t bother with a hot one until you try what they’re known for: Cold Subs served Mike’s Way. Try it once, and then decide if you want to go hot. Also, do NOT take this to go, and if you must, definitely don’t get the ‘juice’ on the sandwich. Lastly, add honey mustard for an extra amazing sandwich.

I am assuming the tall guy that greeted and helped us must be the owner because he was extra helpful and attentive! Very friendly staff. Free cookies for first time customers! I am very impressed that they slice the meat freshly for each sandwich right in front of you. I was a little disappointed that they don’t have the ability to toast your sandwich, but they did through my turkey meat on the grill for a bit to warm it up for me(Pregnant, not supposed to eat cold cuts). The veggies were fresh and the Mikes Way sandwich option is the way to go! Very delicious and may be my new quick sandwich go-to location! They offer three different sizes for your sandwich. I got the regular size, but I think next time I’ll try the mini because I was over stuffed when I finished my sandwich! Didn’t eat chips or cookie until later that afternoon… Cookies were also yummy and they have a good selection of chips!

Was feeling like a hoagie Seen a Jersey Mike’s opened not to far so shot over there. I been to a few other JM’s but wasn’t sure what I wanted when I got there? Steak??? Italian??? Hmm ? Place not super busy as I stand at counter looking at pretty simple menu for a long time. I’ll admit, if I was dude I would be thinking, come on & order a sub, man. This isn’t some major life decision. Dude finally goes to me, you want hot or cold? Tells me his favorite cold & his buds favorite steak. I laugh & they real customer oriented. Great staff. I Went for the Steak # 17. Enjoyed. Returned tonight for The Original Italian. # 13 I don’t like the pepperoni on a hoagie so I ask that be removed. Good too but need to eat soon as the bread will get soggy from the red wine vinegar. Nice chain to go to. Beats subway. Prefer the ma & pa places more. If I really want a good hoagie in that area I go to The Sandwich Mill. Need to give them my next review.

Wow, I don’t know that I will ever go back to this place again. This place supplies the least amount of meat I have ever had on a sub. They didn’t put enough meat in the whole thing for even half a sub. Not to mention they are little on the pricey side.

I’ve tried Jersey Mikes twice. On my first visit, I ordered an Original Italian #13 and had it Mikes Way(which has everything on it). It was a great sandwich and totally filled me up. Today, I brought my daughter with me and figured I’d try one of their hot sandwiches since its been so cold out. We ordered the Chicken Parm #18, Chipotle Cheese Steak #43, and a regular Philly #17. The #43 is easily one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had this far out of Philly. The other sandwiches were excellent as well(I had a bite of the Chicken Parm and it was really good). Service was fast and friendly(and the place was packed). I’ll definitely be back.

Ok I gave them another chance and this time the guy making sandwiches was also taking money, without changing their gloves. Common guys get it together.

UPDATE — 11−28−2015(2:45pm) : Came back to give it another shot. Staff like my previous posting indicated, are very nice. Especially the African American guy on the grill who brought our sandwich out to us. Thanks :) We walked in and the trash was overflowing… hmmm hope this time is better than the last. First it took about 20mins for us to get our food. Much better than last time. But still think they could get the time down if they work on the assembly line process. We went to a free table which was dirty and we cleaned it ourselves. They definitely need someone out here busing tables and throwing out the trash periodically. We had a Giant Chipotle Cheesesteak that my wife and I shared between us. It was VERY tasty. This is definitely the best spot to eat in this plaza. Let’s just hope we didn’t just get lucky and hit a slow period. Now that I’ve had a taste of this tasty hot sandwich, I wouldn’t want that first experience to repeat itself. I am going to breakdown this review a little further as I think you need to know what my rating is based on according to item: Cleanliness: 2 Stars(it was mainly clean but overflowing trash and the fact we had to bus our own table… yeah…two stars.) Service: 5 Stars(because the staff is friendly and because the grill guy was very informative regarding the sandwich and genuine) Food: 4 Stars!(The chipotle cheesesteak was so good! It would have been 5 but the only thing I found was lacking was the meat. I’m posting a picture here. The bread was pretty thick around it so they should add more meat, to balance the sandwich) Time: 3 Stars.(It was much better than last time, where we walked out as we were waiting almost 45mins total without even being served. And they were getting orders wrong.) this time it took 20 mins. Could be faster if they fix the assembly line process. Total: 4 Stars! :) Thanks to the crew here for taking your review from 1 Star to 4 Stars. I will be back and update the review to 5, if the above problems are fixed. Hopefully it won’t go back to 1 star ;) keep up the great work guys! OLDREVIEW — 11-19-2015: Well…after standing in line for what seemed an eternity… we walked out. Without food. It was obvious that the assembly line they had setup to make sandwiches and ring up customers wasn’t working… they were getting orders wrong. While they all seemed very nice and apologetic, in the end that doesn’t help a customer that is there to order their sandwich and to sit down and enjoy it. It seemed the staff was running around everywhere. One of the individuals a tall gentlemen specifically was running from the front of the assembly line to the rear and back and forth. Which means the assembly line was not working. It seemed that the employees were working hard to keep up but they were not able to do so. It seems like the process needs to be worked out here before they should continue to conduct business, and fast! Before all their reviews are like the other Jersey Mike Subs that they have opened in a different location. I believe the issues here must be because of what processes management has in place, because reading the reviews from the other location it seems that I witnessed the same type of issues at this Blossomhill location. I really wanted to like this place, seeing as how all the other restaurants aren’t very good in this plaza. Maybe I’ll update the review if I ever go back, but I will not be going back until they have their assembly line issues worked out. Not being able to obtain your food is the worst thing that can happen at a fast food place. I didn’t get to try any food here so this is strictly for how the business is run. And unfortunately it isn’t run well. As I walked out a few employees looked at me with concern that I was stepping out of line and leaving. I am truly sorry. Hopefully one day your management will work everything out. I know most of you looked like really hardworking individuals. So I do not think you are the problem.

This place is yes busy! Cause it’s new! But you can see the quality and care they put into each sandwich! Not did the owners come up to us to see if we were happy with our meal, there staff. They have hands down made a team that cares about there job and the food you are eating! Can’t ask for more. This will 100% be. Family’s night go to for a dinners to go or for dine-in
