Let me start by saying I have not used this business and I never will.
Sending someone, door to door, in the middle of the afternoon handing out and leaving business cards on private property is awful. she claimed to have lived in the association years prior. and wanted to give her card in case we ever wanted to sell. 1. If she lived here or even walked around here, she would see the big, fat, no soliciting, private property signs. 2. You’re a realtor. Look up which properties haven’t been sold in a while and knock on those doors. We just bought this place. If we wanted to sell we would call the same realtor we already used because they were awesome! And 3. No one likes door to door soliciting. Ringing a strangers door in the middle of the day just makes me think you are trying to see if I’m home so you can break into my house. So unless you have some girl scout cookies and boy scout popcorn, please don’t ring my door again, Stephanie Norris.
