This is a good one! Home restaurant feel AND there is a drive-​thorugh for you to eat and run!

This is the worst KFC in the area. I love the food but the service is awful. Every time I come here they are always running out of chicken whether it’s grilled or crispy. It’s ridiculous! For example, they close at 10pm it is only 8:54pm right now. They’re still open for another hour but they are already out of chicken!

SOME of the staff here are very rude when it comes to takin orders. Makes it very uncomfortable to order food when the staff are barely paying attention or giving any concerns for your orders.
Always check your receipt and your order afterward. I ordered a $ 5 fill up bucket for drumstick and thigh. I excepted 2 good size portion of chicken parts. What i really got was a piece of chicken wing and drumstick… and not to even mention that they always forget my cookie or drink. While on the other hand, i see some staff giving out free meals to customers who are friends. Food that should have been given to me because I’ve actually paid for it.
Drive thru is even worst. I am usually in a rush during lunch time so I dont really have the mindset pay much attention. Sometimes my order gets double up and I end up paying more for extra food that i dont need without regards to the pricing. I would understand once or twice. but this is an ongoing situation.
Absolutely NO AMOUNT of stars could describe my dissatisfying experience at this location. I come here because it is the only closest one nearby my work. Not by choice…

Used to love KFC when I was a kid but they got rid of a lot of my favorite items and the quality seemed to go down over the years. I’ve been to this location a handful of times but I stopped coming here because the last time they messed up on my order. I ordered grilled chicken and got crispy instead. It was a hassle coming back. When I did come back she told me I was suppose to call in advance so they could put it aside but since I didn’t call they ran out. Had to come back another time. Such a hassle over a few pieces of chicken. KFC is just not tasty anymore. There’s nothing on the menu that wows me or blows me away or wanna order. I used to love their crispy chicken wrap (forgot the name) but it was sooooo good. I now go to Popeyes which is right down the street because they got the $ 1.99 chicken leg and thigh special every Tuesday! What a day! I didn’t grow up with Popeyes so going there seems like a treat I get to order stuff I’ve never tried. I love their Sweet Tea. For some reason it feels more «Southern» to me. They even have the Louisiana hot sauce. Anyways KFC just doesn’t taste as good as it used to and there’s nothing special anymore. Also, I’ve noticed that the crispy chickens are not crunchy anymore when I take the chicken home. Ehh nothing special about KFC but if they have something new or a special deal then I will come.

I had to triple check that this is the correct place since reading a lot of bad reviews on this store.
I have been coming here for a long time (2 years). The experience so far has been fantastic. The staff here are always in a good mood. This mexican guy working at the counter for 2 years should get a raise. He is always friendly with a smile, and so are the rest of the staff.
Never had received a wrong order or even a forgotten napkin. Everything was great from my experiences over the years. Had came here more than 50 times –_-…come to think of it, that is too many fast food. The only time they forgot a drink; I saw the staff ran out to hand the drink to the guy before me, and saved the day. Thought that was good commitment.
Will still go there as long as my work is around the neighbor.

Worst service ever, even though that KFC is more convenient to me but at the same time they hire the most retarded people and they always mess up my order. DO NOT GO THEIR UNLESS if you want to get ripped off be my guest.

We like to come to this place like forever since 1985. The food is right on and the service is just right. The staff are friendly. They do smile. Drive-​thru is good service as well. Now with the Tuesday special of 2 for $ 1.49, I have been coming here more often.

Did I just give a KFC 5 stars?
Half of it was the chicken. This store in particular had a 2 for $ 1.49 Tuesday special, which is pretty amazing. The portions of the breasts and thighs were super big, and much better than Popeyes.
The main reason I give this KFC a 5 is because of the awesome cashier dude that served me. I think his name was Juan or something, but he was on top of everything. Super friendly, but also super professional with any customer. Keep it up Juan! KFC, you better be promoting this guy soon; he knows what he’s doing.

Like: drive thru available (one time the wings were going to take 4 minutes so they told us to park in the parking lot and they would bring it out to us, which they did-​how nice!), the staff seems to know about all the coupons and have no problem with letting us use them. It’s fast food and so far so good. They even will recommend a deal if it’s a better deal than what we’re already ordering. I see other reviews about bad customer service, but I haven’t experienced any of that myself. Took off a star because inside was a mess. Tables with trash looked like been there for a long time and trash on the floor. Chairs in a disarray. Oh and you have to enter from Capitol side of the street to get to the drive thru which sucks for people who come in the other way because then you realize you can’t get to the drive thru and like me just say forget it and park and walk in instead.

We don’t always eat fried chicken but when we do… We come here.
Location is down the street from where we live and the customer service is always pretty good.
Like I said, we don’t come here often but our trips here are ok. Nothing much to complain about and the food quality is on point. Quick service makes for happy customers– you’re in and then out!
FYI– when did they get rid of the macaroni salad? Apparently they HAD potato salad too…

Restroom was a bit dirty. Yep, upkeep needs to improve here — as a few tables were left neglected. Cashier was really warm and friendly and saved the experience: I liked how she asked for my name.
Ordered a two-​piece crispy chicken combo with mashed potatoes. At the time I was starving so it hit the spot. Mmmmmmm…
I’ll give them a star for the free cookie she gave me. I’ve seen a lot more ghetto KFCs out there. B++

OMG is this an awful place. I think theres is something wrong with their sanitary requirements. I wonder if the cook washes his hands.
I went here with a colleague after he somehow managed to talk me into it, waving around some coupons. Against my better judgement, I was willing to give this place another try after getting seriously sick from KFC in SoCal.
We ordered a bunch of chicken breasts, cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The taste was ok, but this evening it all started again.
I spent the entire night on the toilet, got very sick, had cold sweats and was having a seriously bad case of food poisoning AGAIN.
I asked my colleague and he had similar problems, which clearly pointed at this place as the origin.
No more of this !

Seems like 75% of the time i come here i have to park to the side (drive-​thru service) and wait about 10 – 15 minutes for my food to be delivered to my car since they don’t have anything ready when i order. It gets pretty annoying and old now guys! Plus they have skimpy servings and always forget to put napkins in the bag. Staff is friendly though.

Luckily I look at my food before I eat; otherwise I would have surely gotten food poisoning. I ordered their hot wings. When I arrived to my office to eat I opened the package and what I saw and smelled was absolutely gross. They were discolored part brown and part black. It looked like they had been sitting out for a week and re-​fried. Obviously no one goes to KFC or any fast food for fine dining, but more for convenience. I have included the pictures of the foul food. They clearly would have seen what it looked like before it was placed in the box. Therefore, I would recommend that you stay clear of this KFC – Or maybe all. Based on this, I would trust nothing that comes from its kitchen. They are in serious need of a health department visit.

I’ve been here a few times and my conclusion is always CHECK YOUR FOOD THOROUGHLY before you leave to make sure they get it right. One too many mistakes have been made on my drive through orders. I could go on and on about this place but it would just be a waste of my time. I will never return to this location!
My suggestion, go down the street to Popeyes for your fried chicken yearning. Better employees here who can actually get your order correct.

On the rare occassion I crave chicken. More specifically wings. KFC spicy wings to be exact. The meal deals and the convenience are just too good to pass up sometimes. Really quick service, but make sure to check your order. They made a boo-​boo and gave me double mash when I should have had an order of wedges instead. Friendly service so just keeps a heads up.

Today was by far the worst experience I had with this KFC, and trust me, I’ve had many bad ones before.
I decided to go here because I was in a time crunch and I did not want to resort to McDonalds… Well the ironic thing is, I waited almost 30 minutes just for apple pie!!!
Here’s the story:
My brother and I ordered the festive feast and 2 apple turnovers. When we got to the window, the cashier said the turnovers need another 5 minutes and we were directed to the parking lot to wait. 5 minutes? Okay, no big deal. The big catch? We waited 30 MINUTES WITH NO RESPONSE!!! When they finally came out with our food, there was no sorry, nothing! Plus, they were missing plates, hot sauce, and ketchup (that we asked for at the window)!!!
So I had to go back in and get the missing items. Apparently there were two other angry customers in front of me. One wanted hot sauce and one wanted crispy chicken. Surprise surprise, they ran out of both. So I just got plates and ketchup and left.
When I got home, guess what! THEY FORGOT TO GIVE IS 12 COOKIES THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE DEAL!!!
Trust me, all the times I’ve been here, they always forget something. It’s like they deliberately train their workers to screw with the customers.
So if you want to be frustrated and enraged, feel free to come here!

I’ve always gone through the drive-​thru and gotten pretty good service. Quick and friendly. Today I actually walked inside to order for the first time ever and I have instantly decided I will never come back here ever again!
This place is like a hangout for a bunch of misfit kids! I know KFC is fast food, but damn still, everyone is so unprofessional! I have to admit, when they are speaking to a customer (ie. taking orders, handing out orders, etc.) they are friendly and courteous. But when they’re making food and putting orders together in the back, it’s a complete 180 and such a mess! It’s not like there’s a wall either so customers are shielded from the behind the activities, so I don’t understand why the employees feel like it’s ok to act the way they do and say the things they say to each other in front of us. All this loud giggling and laughing at jokes with one another, guys pulling up their super saggy pants and then grabbing shredded cheese with those same bare hands to put together someone’s chicken bowl, walking around and grabbing chicken to put into containers for customers while also popping food into their mouths in between things and chewing on food themselves. It’s like all the things you would see on a Mystery Diners hidden camera show. The lady in front of me ordered a kid’s meal, and the cashier went back to ask another guy about something that comes in a kid’s meal. He replies is such a snarky manner, «I don’t know! I haven’t made a kid’s meal in awhile. You know? So I don’t know.» All this while everyone’s just laughing up a storm like they’re just all hanging out after school. The cashier then goes and asks another girl wearing black; her response is the same…*sigh* and an annoyed «I don’t know…» Does anyone know anything around here?!
I actually saw Althea J.‘s review in the past but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and still kept going to this KFC bc I’ve never had an issue with them when going through the drive-​thru. But what I saw today has got me so disgusted and turned off, I will never go back to this KFC ever again.
