I tried their hot dogs, and it s gross. On top of serving it almost cold, they put hamburger toppings on the hot dog. lettuce pickle tomato and mayonnaise. Very confusing flavor and just not good.

Add this pLace to my List of go-to spots whenever I’m craving for a whopper|burger @ aLL hours of the night. Yay for 24 hour drive thru service! FLame broiLed burgers are the ish but I found the fries to be VERY saLty. In fact, they were so saLty that I attempted to rub some of it off but that ended up being a compLete bust! Chicken nugget rings are BK’s new pLoy to entice customers to purchase and aLthough they weren’t bad, they weren’t good either. Very thin processed meat shaped into rings ended up just being more dry than not. I’d recommend you to pass or pray that the person cooking up your food is a bit more educated than ours.

Gotta love the 24 hour drive thru, and only BK I know that has BK single stackers! I don’t really like Burger King but this BK satisfies my late night cravings

This used to be my favorite BK, not anymore. French Toast stick must have been re-fried bcoz when I took a bite it was like a rock, even my doggie didn’t want to eat it. My mocha frappé was bubbly n not satisfying to the mocha flavor. And to top it off one of da manager tried to short change me, until I asked da other girl. Sad, where is da old BK?

For one the manager is a tall Indian lady who was straight up rude and she’s usually nice but when we came in with a discount card and was on a low budget she just gave us the look like we don’t deserve to eat aka a bitch look. Pardon my language but seriously I don’t care what’s going on in her personal life but if there’s shit going down you don’t bring it to the work business. The manager needs to get her shit straight because she was straight up rude while even though I was offended, I was being so nice smiling and saying thank you in the nicest way possible. I said have a good day and she rolled her damn eyes and gave me the«shoo» hand. I understand food handling can be difficult but if its slow as hell you better count your blessings that we didn’t order complicated stuff. There are more picky eaters but we werent. Thank god we didn’t eat there because I was not having it. Food sucked burger was cold and the fries were super cold. Thanks lady really hope HQ sees this because your managing is going down the drain with your management at this location.

Edwin happens to be my favorite employee. I’ve never had a problem with him. Edwin is really nice. I waited a while for my order and he struck up a conversation. BK needs people like him that interact with the customers. S/O to Edwin.

Kirk was really slow. He had no common sense on what to do when it got busy. Edwin the cashier has the worst customer service skills. Rude and stupid is how i would describe him. Tino and the big boss was cool.

The drive thru experience here was poor! Upon arriving they made me wait several minutes, «hold on, give me one second» I was trying to be nice about it but the workers need to learn how to multitask like other restaurants. I asked for no pickles in my burger and ranch, I thought the guy handing me my food threw it in there. but after bringing it to work and opening my bag I was upset that I was given no ranch… just ketchup when I had asked for it. And pickles in my burger. I didn’t enjoy my food at all and was disappointed that I waited that long to order, yet they still mess it up.

The service here is horrible. 2 sandwiches were forgotten and we drove back about 10 miles and the manager did not account for the mistake. The worker there had more ethics than the manager.

Unfortunately, Burger King no longer delivers to my home, which is really strange as this place is only a couple of miles away. A pity, as even with the flaws in my previous reviews, I still really enjoyed ordering from here, including the free sandwich after 4 orders. I’m not really surprised, actually, as it’s difficult for places to make money on delivery items with the expensive gas costs nowadays, and transporting this type of fast food is harder than delivering pizzas. I wouldn’t have minded so much, except they did not send out any notices that delivery in my area would be terminated, plus the fact that I’m still receiving promotional e-mails from them. I suppose if I’m staying at a hotel sometime they might still be useful, but that is a relatively rare occurrence.

I’m writing this review to let their District Manager know and their store manager that they’re both idiots and their reasonings are pure defensive. Here’s what happen. My girlfriend and I went to get a soda from their soda machine. We placed the cup right in the middle and when my gf pushed the button that will dispense the soda, the orange soda came out straight to my gf’s clothes, not straight to the cup. We can’t even remove the stain in my gf’s clothes and both of her feet because the soda that came out seems like a concentrate soda(not with water). We talked to the employee and she directed us to the District Manager who basically blames us because, based on her, dispensing a soda from a soda machine is like putting a ketchup in your fries and they are not responsible for it if something happens… WTF???The soda machine malfunctioned and you could have just simply apologize not kind of blame us. You could have checked the camera too! After that, some indian manager came to us and implied that it is our fault because they have nothing to do with it and they have 16,000 customers per week and this only happened to us. Did these people know what Murphy’s law is? You could have just simply apologize. We don’t need both of you make us feel that it was our fault. BTW, i’m bringing this to the corporate management.

a) The many variety soda machine. b) The fries I got this time were actually overflowing the container. Usually less than ¾ full. c) they have Buffalo sauce for chicken nuggets now. Cool.

Disclaimer: This review is for delivery only, as I have never been to this Burger King location. The delivery system at this BK is so broken, I do not even know where to begin. Let me start by setting the scene: Once a week my wife is out and I am with my daughter at home. Not having a car, we often order delivery and watch a movie. It’s kind of our daddy-daughter thing to do. I have ordered from this Burger King location 12 times(yay for email receipts), and nearly every single one of these orders ended in disaster. I don’t want to discourage anyone ordering here, but if you do, be aware that you are spinning the wheel of uncertainty and you may be surprised at what you get. The food you ordered? Merely a suggestion. Who knows what may turn up! The time of 50 – 55 minutes? A wild guess! It could be 2 hours, more, or the food may never show up. The delivery instructions? Straight into the shredder! And the phone number? Either total silence, or three people will be trying to call you at the same time. In all seriousness: In these 12 orders, I had one guy who actually got my food delivered timely and to the correct address. This happened 2 or 3 times. When I inquired about that driver, I was told with a sigh«He left. Yeah, he was good.» Nearly all the other orders were in some way screwed up. I wrote a delivery note for every single delivery on where to find my apartment. Nobody ever bothered to read it. Ever. I had asked the drivers repeatedly why they cannot simply enter my address into their GPS and follow the directions that lead straight to my door. Turns out they don’t have a GPS device. I talked at lengths to the manager of the store about this, who seemed frustrated but ultimately powerless(or unwilling) to change anything. When the orders did come, more often than not they were incomplete or wrong. As I write this I have a grumpy daughter on my lap whose Kids Meal and Smoothie did not arrive. Oh, and the sauces are missing too, but I am used to that already. The driver apologized profusely and was visibly frustrated. I then got calls from both him and the manager telling me conflicting information on whether the missing items were going to be delivered or not. It’s very obvious that there is a huge communication problem between the kitchen and the drivers. First the driver called me back, telling me that he was«there» to get my missing Kids Meal. Then the shop called me telling me it would take at least an hour to get my missing items, and asked if I wanted to cancel. Yes, I wanted to cancel. Then the driver calls me again asking me if I wanted to get my order or cancel. This kind of back and forth happened on multiple occasions where I tried to orchestrate the whole delivery process with the shop and the driver. On one occasion the driver hung up on me in anger after he had heard from the shop that I had canceled the order(after being over 2 hours late), and the driver telling me to come meet him about 4 blocks away to pick up my order. The drivers themselves are frustrated and mostly apologetic. I don’t know how the whole system works, so I do not know who is to blame for this mess. But I do believe it is up to management to put an end to this chaos. Anyways, I am going to grab some pizza for my hungry little one. Have a good one.

After several good faith visits, the food here never improved. Time after time, stale lukewarm food. I’ll be going to the Calaveras location from now on even though it’s further for me. BK made your way? More like BK made yesterday. Amirite?

Come here late at night with friends. Drive thru is open 24⁄7. The customer service is always great. Although some times it takes a bit longer than you hope the food is freshly made. I’ll gladly wait an extra 2 min for fresh fries.

I came around 9am on a Sunday morning they werent busy at all but it took a while to get my food. This location is still gettin 4 stars though because they carry the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls on their menu still. The nearest BK to me in San Jose doesn’t so I came to this location specifically for them. Also they have a sign that they deliver I think that’s a cool option.

I’m a fan because I enjoy the calories/fat from Burger King. I’m a fan of this location because it is w/in a 2-mile radius from my house. I’m a fan of this location because it stays open late; used to open 24hrs! Last night after a disappointing sports night for me(Sharks lost and is out of the Stanley Cup playoffs [again] and Giants loss terribly), I vowed to feed my anger and appetite no matter how bad I will feel afterwards. At first I was about to hit up McDonald’s but for some reason I had a hankering for a Whopper. Yes, I ordered a Whopper. No, wait. I didn’t– I ordered the Double Whopper w/no tomatoes, no cheese and an order of the 20-piece chicken tenders/nuggets(had no idea they have this deal like McD’s!). It is true, I ate this after 10pm last night. Well, technically I had ½ of my Double Whopper and ½ of my chicken but still. that’s like what? A million calories? Oh, since I got the meal, I devoured my fries whole too. My Diet Coke was filled w/lots of ice so by the time I got home, my soda was gone *sad Tram* Note to self: ask for light or no ice next time. Double note to self: no more late night splurging. Triple note to self: did intense cardio for 3hrs this morning was uncool.
