Absolutely the slowest, most unorganized, dysfunctional Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Management needs an intervention …

This taco bell has a very rude manager, who loves to tow cars. Beware going there as you will be treated rudely and your car will be towed without warning.

Taco Bell was empty early morn, checked out new breakfast items.
eats:grilled sausage burrito (1,29) listed as $ 1
–eggs, sausage, potatos in a small wrap
very salty, would skip next time, 300+ calories
other offerings:
–sausage flatbread quesadillas-(1)
–soft taco (1)
–mini skillet bowl (1)
all over 300 calories
take outs:
–freshly made, takes 5 – 10 minutes
–would skip breakfast next time, calories, salt issue.

This Taco Bell is the one closest to my house and unfortunately the worst one in the area. I’m a creature of habit and I always order the 3 taco supreme combo and it’s consistently crappy. The tacos are always skimpy, with the taco shells never being completely filled. Other Taco Bells in my area have no problem but this one just can’t seem to get my order right. What’s worse is when I mention it when I’m ordering it seems like they make the tacos even skimpier. You would think I would learn my lesson but some nights I’m just feeling lazy and just want a quick fix and I end up going to this one. I mean it is literally around the corner from my house. But I always end up hating myself afterwards. Bottom line, if you’re a fan of the taco supreme like I am avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

I cannot count how many times I come to the drive thru and they get my order wrong… pretty annoying, especially when I don’t eat beef or steak and that’s what always happens to magically appear in my food. And most of the time, I go here when I’m on my way to work and I have to end up throwing it away and wasting money on top of starving at work! Lame

Try to fail more? My friend ordered nachos with no tomatoes… she gets a receipt that says no nacho cheese and had to correct it to no tomatoes. Then she got her nachos and had to send them back because they were covered with tomatoes. I ordered tacos with no lettuce. Apparently I should have stood there and dissected my food to make sure it was right. I got home and found out my tacos were loaded with lettuce. How do run a business where the cashier can’t take an order and the food prep can’t get the order right, even when they’re specifically told what to do?

This review is for Luis, who worked at the drive thru on Tuesday 3−8−16 at 7pm. This is my nearby location to go since I live down the street. I ordered on the drive thru with no busy line. I ordered two regular tacos and the new quesalupa. First wrong thing he did was when I pulled up he said what do you want to order, usually that’s not how you greet your customers. Second, when I pulled up to the window to pay he just put his hand out and grabbed my card. He never greeted me or said your total is … & he did the same when he returned my card, just stuck out his hand and waited for me to grab it. The only words in he said to me was, any sauce? I waited about 6 mins for my order and he never said it will be a few mins or nothing. When my order was ready he once again with my bag put out his hand and gave it to me with no words. I usually dont check my order because i didn’t ask for add ons or anything but when I got home, i opened the quesalupa and it wasn’t even the right thing, it was literally a cheesy gordita just no cheese just the soft shell and the meat. Maybe you hate your job or something but thanks to people like you, customers don’t come back. I work with a lot of people and I have to be friendly to everyone even if I am not in a good mood. Better your attitude or don’t work in customer service jobs.

Just remember that priority goes to drive-​thru orders, so even when it’s empty inside, be prepared to wait at least 5 minutes for a single-​item order.

Lived by this place for years now. Never had a problem! Will continue to frequent this particular location for the near future.

Didn’t expect much from Taco Bell but this one beats the rest to satisfy my unhealthy craving. Drive thru is always quick and the workers are friendly… First time going inside I noticed this is probably the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. My go to fast food place

Best late night drive through they are so fast and efficient. Didn’t have to repeat the order a million times and the food came out hot at 11pm.

THIS IS THE BEST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Their crunchwraps are like art. Service was perfect. I am coming here everyday from now on.

Horrible i ordered the chickendilla box with the chips and salsa and they straight up gave me a used salsa! So gross and the quesadilla was same exact size as the standard quesadilla oh and not to mention the drive theu guy who is in such a rush being rude sayin «are you guna order yet?» Like chill out dude theres no one behind me.

It’s a Taco Bell like any other. This location is usually pretty good, it is one of the ones that we go to fairly often. Typically they are efficient.

It’s a taco bell. Drive through service is decently fast. Food is as expected. If you need to eat off a buzz then this is as good as it gets if your are in this neighborhood.
It has been remodeled so it is newer on the inside and outside.

I posted a pic but this needed a review! SOOOO ANGRY!!! I rarely get Taco Bell!!! Maybe once or twice a year, and today was one of those days! I enjoy my chalupa with an extreme amount of Fire sauce, so I open it up and add some to it. This pissed me off! There was meat ONLY ON THE ENDS OF THE CHALUPA! I opened my second one, and same thing! What a F*ing rip off! Wtf! Way to take advantage of your customers and make them pay for bs!

A couple weeks ago when we went through the drive threw we ordered a taco 12 pack and paid more to have all tacos as supremes. We get home and all the tacos were regular. Of course I was pissed, so called and spoke with a manager Jorge. Needless to say the next time we visited this Taco Bell chain Jorge took care of us. He is a great manager and offered excellent customer service.

my spot when i want a quick cali-​mex fix. nothing to complain about but nothing to rejoice about either.
my go to orders are:
–steak quesadilla
–xxl grilled stuft chicken burrito
–soft taco supreme
Tip: for those of you who like a lot a lot of hot sauce on your food, my advice to you is to order inside (if you can). they skimp you so hard at the drive through. soo soo annoying.

people love taco bell! I came because I was coerced by my teenager to have the snack burritos. I also tried the mexican rice.
The burrito was good. I did not get the $ 1 price, would have it again for $ 1. The rice was good. I also ate all of the salsas and got sides of nacho cheese and jalapenos.
