KFC

After Christmas tree shopping not in the mood to cook lunch or early dinner decided to get some chicken/​burgers. Cynthia is AWESOME! I made my order confusing, not on purpose but it was messy for her. Cynthia was patient and kept smiling. I appreciate all her help she is a saint!!! After all of it my order was perfect! Cynthia you are the best!!!

Stopped by to grab some dinner and it’s been about 18 mins! Their service is horrid! They even forgot an item we ordered. You guys need to step your customer service up.

This KFC’s service is horrid. I only go here because it’s right next to my house and I don’t really feel like driving 10 minute to the better KFC. Sucks because I go here often and their service is still the same every time. I think it’s because they keep hiring new employees who don’t fucking know how to their job.

Went here today for lunch some lady was complaining of a wait. The staff was so friendly the dude there gave me a free drink even though the wait wasn’t that long and he still apologized for the wait.

Worst experience ever!!! I stood in line and waited to order for 15 minutes before anyone even looked at me. I was the only person in line!!! Then, they were out of chicken breasts and biscuits!!! YOU HAVE ONE JOB!!!
Walked out and will never return… And I recommend everyone else does the same!!!

Don’t come to this KFC with out a flashlight. The parking lot has NO lights in the parking lot. I ran in & ran out to my car. The music in the store however was pretty good.

Makes me sad to see a dirty fast food place. I like Kentucky fried chicken, but how hard is it to wipe Down your counter tops and soda machines. While waiting for my order watched employees pull food from areas and eat. I hope they can clean up and train their employees better.

Mmm chicken. Good dinner! I’m not really a fan of greasy food but chicken sounded really good today. The service was super quick! I took the 10 pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes home. They were so great. No leftovers for tomorrow! Kentucky Fried Chicken… I’ll be back…

This is specific to KFC.
Always fast, friendly, and decent food. Front staff is great so need to retain these talents. Food is between ok to mediocre sometimes due to either too greasy or over breading. Taste is always almost the same, which is average. The original seems to be better cooked than crispy. The crispy most of the times always have breading crumbling, skins off the chicken, or just sagging skins with very little crispy texture. Need to separate the cooking time, separate the breading area, and consistently coat the chicken with enough bread. I can assume that from the quality, they may miss a step or do it carelessly so the chicken does not get proper texture.
In my years eating KFC, the taste has range from Awful To Good. It’s quite hard nowadays to find that Good, but it’s quite common to find average. Hey it’s fast food, so I won’t expect nothing less or more.

My experience with the food is limited because I was here for a late night snack with a friend, however, the comment made by the cook staff at the time was completely inappropriate.
I walk in at 9:45 and KFC closes at 10:00 i get it… it’s late. So I ask the nice young lady (manager I suppose) do you have any chicken strips? (I didn’t want to trouble them.). The lady say,“no, but if you can wait five minutes we can make some.” The cook staff turns the corner and the lady tells the cook, I need 6 chicken strips.” The cook replies,” Really?” The lady says,” Really.” now she’s cool – she tells the cook guy in the tone of yea-​get your ass back there and cook some strips. I couldn’t believe the cook staff made this comment in front of me. What a jackass!
The strips were hot pieces of white meat coated with the KFC’s batter. It looked promising however the meat was stringy and sort of rubbery. Having a child-I’ve tasted my fair share of chicken strips and these were not strips I’d recommend. In fact I prefer the frozen strips cooked at home from Costco over these. The local best-​Safeway believe it or not.
It’s been a few years since my last visit to KFC and I’m sure it will be a few more years before my next visit.

It wasn’t too bad. Missed the Teen Supreme on the menu. it may have been there but the menu was real cluttered. Would have liked this ti be an A&W not A&W shared with KFC. Too daunting looking at the menu’s on the wall… too much input.
Food.Burger was ok. not real hot and the fries were cold.
The rootbeer however was AWESOME and COLD!
I will probably go back and give them a second chance… just wasn’t all I was expecting the first go around.

Much like all the other KFC’s the food is pretty standard KFC fare.
What I like about this KFC is that the staff have always been friendly and the place is always clean.

Well this KFC has been rebuilt but I don’t think it will be open long. Every time we go in there the place is filthy. The regular fries were so greasy I couldn’t eat them. I looked at my dog begging and didn’t even give her one because I didn’t want her to crap grease.
Yuck!!!

Well it’s KFC. It tastes good but you know damn well it’s bad for you and they treat their chickens like crap. It’s your decision. I personally never eat here but my brother swears by the snackers.
