Kiddie Kandids

Took my daughter in for her 1 year old birthday session from a Groupon deal and we liked the service.
The photographer was very patient and had good experience with making my daughter giggle. And since she planned those tricks, her images were clear, well positioned and captured a lot of my daughter’s personalities and cuteness. My baby was giggling the whole time!
The staff was pretty patient to let us browse through all the selections and made our decisions even though we told them we had a Groupon voucher. At the end, we decided to stick with our budget, but I really appreciated their service.
They also called a few times to remind me to pick up the pictures, that’s what I called a thorough service.

We went to Kiddie Kandids last night for the second time. Our first experience was about 1 ½ years ago, and service was just mediocre. I realized this week that I need to get invitations printed this week, and still needed the pictures taken. So, I brought my daughter back even after a mediocre experience because they are close to my house, and they had an opening. I’m glad we did. We had Maritza, and she was the only one in the studio. She did an awesome job, and we ended up with fantastic pictures. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because she was the only one there, and it was difficult for her to handle a walk in customer. The customer said she was picking up, and then decided that she wanted to order more prints after I told Maritza to help her first. If there was another staff member, my session wouldn’t have been interrupted, and things would’ve been accomplished more efficiently. The packages are rather expensive, but I would still come back because I usually procrastinate and they seem to be able to accommodate my schedule pretty readily.

I took my daughter to Kiddie Kandids today at our appointed time and it was perfect. There was nobody there really and we had time to take our shots in peace, select our pictures and get out.
The photographer was funny and very good at her job. I really loved how she was honest with me about the whole deal and how she took her time explaining to me all the different prices and options.
I made sure I did our pictures before Easter weekend because last year I went without an appointment and I had to wait forever… but the pictures were worth the wait.
The only thing that I thought was a bit overwhelming was the price on their «faces» collection which they take and then they want over $ 100 a picture… ouch, but the other package I got included 14 pages plus a huge wall picture of your choice and a leather tri-​folder with our chosen pictures printed on it. It is going to be beautiful when it comes.
It will be here in three weeks and I will go and pick it up. Way better than wal-​mart or target pictures I think.
I have been taking my daughter there ever since she was born and I just love the pictures that they produce.

The good photographers have gone, and man do the current employees suck. TOO long of a wait. It’s like they just want your money. We’re currently shopping for a new photographer.
