Look, La Lune Sucree is extremely convenient for me and there are a lot of things about it that I love. They’ve got GREAT French bread, good sammiches, fantastic crepes, and yummy scones. I find that their croissants tend to be on the over done, too crumbly/crusty side for me. As good as most of their food is the one thing that makes me hesitate to return time after time is the service. The girls behind the counter work hard, I can tell, but I cannot tell you the amount of times that I have walked in not even to be acknowledged for at least five minutes of standing in front of the counter. No hello. No welcome. No we’ll be with you shortly, thank you for coming in. No let us know if you have any questions. Absolutely NOTHING. To me, this is unacceptable.

Painfully slow. Not worth the wait. I’ve been twice and waited at least 20 minutes each time – once, just for a cup of soup. Neither occasion was the place busy, neither was the food above par. It’s a shame because the patio is nice and the menu has potential, but I doubt I’ll be going back.

All the rave and stars was not worthy. Food was Costco and put together not chef quality. The plastic wares and dollar store silverware contradicts the French style café ambience. The two stars was for the almond croissant which is pretty good. Would have given more stars if this was just a pastry place.

Such a disappointing experience after looking forward to taking my husband to La Lune for lunch. It was 12:30(lunchtime) and the first 3 things I asked for were out(«it was a busy morning they told us). Since 2 of the requests were for soup and salad, it seems odd that they’d be out of these for the lunch rush. We placed our order and waited… and waited. There was nobody waiting in front of us so it was hard to imagine what was taking so long. After over 15 minutes, our order arrived and BOTH were wrong. Hard to imagine how that happened, but of course they re-did our order and we waited again. The quiche tasted good, but it was surprising to see we paid $ 7.25 for a small piece with no garnishes(fruit? or salad… which they were out of… or something? Definitely not worth the price. On top of all this, it was quite disturbing to realize that atleast one owner(the wife) was in the back the entire time. She didn’t take any interest in what was obviously a customer service issue, nor offered any help to the staff in explaining why so many items were unavailable. All in all, this was not a good experience and I hope the owners will take more personal interest in their clients rather then relying on their young staff to manage the café.

Had a chance to explore San Jose for a few days and stumbled upon this café. I had a scone and the Milan crêpe, both of which were excellent! Good-sized portions and quality was very good. I was hoping to taste the liquer in the crepes though, but did not: P Great café stop, will go to again.

I loooooooove coming here for their pastries and crepes, but most importantly their Signature Quiche. WOW, talk about worth every penny. I must say, their food is a bit pricey, the taste and flavor of the food totally justifies the price. The café is actually really nice too. Cute seating inside and out!

I never seem to come here when the crossaints are at their freshest. I mean, usually I can get some pretty good deal here, like using Groupon, , or a Unilocal deal… Then it feels like I’m getting a lot of value(i.e. getting quantity for not that much money) Well, the reason why I like La Lune Sucree is that the sandwiches give me an impression of quality. I had the smoked salmon crossaint most recently, and yeah, that was not bad considering how much I paid. I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re in the area and you want a light meal or some pastries to go.

This is easily one of my favorite cafes downtown. If you’re looking for the best baguette or croissant downtown, this is the place to go. The one thing keeping me from rating this place 5 stars is that the service is consistently slow. I really can’t fault any individual employee, since it’s been that way for many years as folks have come and gone. The owners are super nice and helpful, but speed just doesn’t seem to be a priority here. At times, I’ve seen only a single employee at the front, and they won’t come over to the register until they’ve spent 3 – 5 minutes finishing the order they’re already working on. My recommendation is to use OrderAhead and show up a few minutes late. If you happen to walk in and you’ve got 15 minutes to wait for a sandwich(even on the slowest of days), you won’t be disappointed.

Cute little breakfast place. I’ve walk past it for over 5 years and i wish I had tried it sooner. Drinks can be a little pricey for the size but it’s worth it. I just had the most amazing mint mocha and it was so creamy and delicious. Definitely worth a try!

The food was delicious, but overpriced and took an incredible amount of time. We ordered a quiche and crêpe from the breakfast menu. Our bill came to $ 25, which at first wasn’t too bad, but when the food finally came(20 minutes later) we were extremely dissapointed with the tiny portions. I then ordered the Moon over Italy crêpe because I was still hungry. Unfortunately, that took another 20 minutes to get to our table. What should have been a quick breakfast turned into 50 minutes. Come here if you’re willing to spend a long time waiting for your food and paying $ 35+ for small portions that are not filling.

Although it used to be my go-to crêpe place in San Jose, the service and quality have gone downhill. The last few times I’ve gone, they’ve messed up my order a lot(a mint mocha instead of a white mocha, ham on a vegetarian crêpe — just to start). The service is pretty slow and generally unpleasant. And the wait if you’re ordering a crêpe can get really long because they only have two machines for cooking them. Their white mocha used to be really good, but it’s usually watered down(or something) whenever I get it now, and it is way too expensive. I used to be able to justify the price because it tasted really good, but the quality of their food overall has gotten worse and isn’t worth the price.

I tried to new Gluten Free baguette today! It was crunching and delicious. I love that they warm the baguette up first — so in the inside it warm and tasty. Often times gluten free breads are blah at best and the texture is not what I was used to with wheat products. This sandwich was great and is a great solution when you want a sandwich like you had before you found out you needed to stay off wheat. I have had the gluten free quiche as well and it is tasty too!

Went here for lunch with my co-workers today. We all ordered ahead of time(one of us by phone, the other three of us with the Tapingo app). We were told that the orders would be ready in ~15 minutes, but we all got messages stating that they needed 10 additional minutes. We waited… and waited… and were never told that they were ready. One of us went to check on our orders and they said they were ready(why didn’t they tell us?! Who knows) so we went to get our orders. I had gotten a crêpe and an iced latte — the crêpe was ready, the latte was not. They told me it would be a few minutes and that they’d bring it out to me. That never happened, and one of my co-workers ended up having to stand there and harass them until they made it(wrong — they made it hot and argued with him about the order being wrong). Maybe this would have all been worth it if the food was ok, but it was really sub-par. I had the rosemary/ham crêpe and the rosemary was very unevenly dispersed. The crêpe itself was greasy and sad. The cheese was sub-par. The ham was pretty good, but that was the only redeeming factor. As for the latte — bad. It tasted like barely-flavored water. No one else liked their food either — in fact, one of my co-workers got a Greek salad and it had potato salad on top(not mentioned on Tapingo) which is gross… but when she complained, they offered to fix it but just scooped the potato salad off and then gave it back to her. TL;DR — bad service, bad food. Avoid.

La Lunee Sucree has excellent food. So far, everything I’ve tried(chicken aioli, smoked salmon, some soups, breakfast Benedict, quiche) have been remarkable. I would agree with their claim that they have the best croissant in town, which is very flaky in the outside and buttery on the inside. Other local croissants miss out on those fundamental qualities, or are too sweet. The quiche is spectacular. The ham adds a distinct smokiness which really complements the eggy cheesy filling. The crust is as flaky as the outside of a croissant. Simply delicious. The baguette sandwiches are also good, though the baguette itself can have a rough, hard crust that can cut your mouth(think Cap’n Crunch). I tend to eat the top half on its own or with soup, and the remaining components as an open-face sandwich. This eating strategy allows me to enjoy my food without shredding my mouth. Despite my high praise for the food, I must admit two fundamental but crucial problems with La Lunee Sucre. The store appears to be generally understaffed and getting your food can take well over 15 minutes. The other major issue is that it’s extremely expensive for the quantity they give. Perhaps they are trying a little too hard to get people to eat the way the French do. In a nutshell, I can’t recommend the food enough in this nice little shop. At the same time, I would never blame the thousands of students that pass by everyday without giving it a look. Its prices are an effective deterrent, and if that doesn’t ward people off, the slow service will.

I am a frequent customer to this place, and I’m excited that the owners put in a lot of effort to make things perfect, even for us gluten free customers! For folks that eat gluten free, it can be tough to find a place for decent or delicious bread or pastries. However, this place offers a full menu of options from baguette sandwiches, quiches, salads, cakes, and ohhhhhhh the coconut macaroons! Aside from the coconut macaroons, my favorites are the gluten free Brie and honey ham sandwich(toasted). I like it toasted and also so the cheese melts a little. It’s so good! It’s my go to order! I always order this one, and haven’t been able to stray away from it. I’m one of those people who stick to what I like. If I deviate, I get disappointed. However, I have had other items on the menu because my work orders often from this place. They have delicious salads as well! The gluten free baguette comes in a large size so I often try to split it with someone or take home the other half for later. If you look at it like that, the price point doesn’t seem so bad. You either split it or have 2 meals for that price(if you don’t have a big appetite). Both my husband and sister do not eat gluten free, but lucky me, they split the sandwiches with me. They can’t tell the difference. They love the sandwiches here! My husband likes to come here on the weekends to have the breakfast sandwich(it’s his favorite) along with a cup of coffee. My sister came to visit and we are here twice in one weekend because she wanted to order another gluten free sandwich to bring with her to the airport/plane. Every time my mom and sis come to visit, we come here. I’ve met the owners and they are super nice and sweet! I really appreciate businesses in the neighborhood who really care and are passionate about their craft/service. Customer service is an important component, on top of a good product offering. They understand this, which is why I keep coming back to support the local business. I’ll definitely be back over and over again. You can also call ahead so they can start on your order. I highly recommend this because it can be a long wait sometimes.

The food here is actually really good… I frequent here for the breakfast baguette and a few of their sandwiches(Chicken Aioli and the Roast Beef). Almond croissants are the best ever here. The only problem here is the owner hires mostly young women who are always understaffed. Everything is made from hand and the entire operation behind the counter is usually kind of a shit show. When theres a rush(usually a line of 6 – 7 people you can expect to wait about 20 minutes for your food. Most of the time I come here it looks like the employees are super stressed out which causes them to give below avg customer service. If this place could run more efficiently with how they prepare their food it would be a much better experience for everyone. Nonetheless the food is good and is usually prepared we despite a few times where you could tell some employees make better sandwiches than others. So roll the dice. I would have given 4 originally… but after going here for years nothing really improves and I have never once seen the owner do anything lol

La Lune is a small café located right next to Philz Coffee. My favorite spot to grab lunch after class mainly because of the grilled chicken aioli on a buttered croissant(no additional charge for croissant). It’s.THEBOMB! Yes it does take a little bit lover than usual to make a croissant sandwich but every minute is worth it because every time it comes out perfect! They have many other sandwiches, crepes, and pastries too but I’m so obsessed with the grilled chicken aioli I haven’t gotten a chance to try anything else! Along with my croissant sandwich, I get a cup of their jasmine monkey king tea as a substitute for coffee. It gives me the right amount of caffeine so I’m awake but not super jittery and it’s smell/taste is so soothing!

La Lune Sucrée(LLS) offers good customer service, a large menu, and delicious, yet overpriced baked goods. During my most recent trip, I ordered a Bavarian Signature Quiche($ 7.25), a Nutella Puff($ 4.25), and a French Cannelle($ 2.95). The quiche, while not as fresh as I would’ve liked, was very tasty, and it included ham, Gouda cheese, mushrooms, and onions. The Nutella puff, while tasty, had very little Nutella in it, which means I won’t order it again because I don’t want to pay over $ 4 for airy bread with a schmear of Nutella in it. The cannelle was perfect; it was chewy and flaky, and I felt it was properly priced, unlike the Nutella puff. UPDATE on March 2, 2016: The chocolate almond croissant($ 4.50) and large Chai latte($ 4.75) are delicious. 4 out of 5 stars on taste alone, but they’re both overpriced, especially the latte. This café/bakery could easily go from a 3-star to a 5-star by making these minor adjustments: make sure the slices of quiche are more fresh, especially at 10:30am on a Wednesday…; make sure there’s more than just a schmear of Nutella in the pastries, especially when they’re so pricey; and lower the price on most baked goods by $.50 to $ 1(I know it’s a lot to ask, but I’d rather charge a little less and have a lot of repeat customers). Furthermore, I know that it’s not cheap to rent a space/building in Downtown San Jose, but the price of basically everything on LLS’s menu is what stops them from attracting more customers, especially the thousands of SJSU students who walk past their business every week. I’ll definitely return to LLS, but due to the price, I won’t return as much as I’d like to.

I’ve overlooked this place more times than I can count and finally decided to try it during my break between classes. I ordered for pick up to avoid sitting & waiting and Eat24 confirmed that I’d be able to get it at a certain time. I arrive on the dot and there were 2 employees there at the time. One asked to verify if I had ordered the Italian Prosciutto and I said yes. She then tells me that she’s just getting started on it, while the other employees tells me that Eat24 didn’t email them or whatever it is that Eat24 does to notify the establishment that an order has been placed. Not sure what was going on there, but it didn’t really bother me as I wasn’t crunched for time. I still thought I’d put that in my review for anyone who might be in a time crunch and is thinking of ordering ahead — you might get stuck waiting. As for the sandwich, I ordered the Italian Prosciutto on croissant. The mozzarella and prosciutto were pretty good, but I had high hopes for the croissant after reading previous reviews mentioning how buttery it was. Mine was quite dry and bitter.): Each bite resulted in a massive amount of bitter croissant flakes — so if you do try the croissant, be careful where you’re eating it. Unfortunately, I don’t think this place is worth the time or money.

It literally pains me to write this because I LOVE their pastries and their French baguette. I have been coming here since they opened. I’ve even told just about everyone I work with how amazing the food is and recommended them many times. However, I’m afraid that is all in the past. I have been here twice this week. Monday it was a friends birthday and she chose to get a cup of soup there. We stood there and waited just to place an order for about 5 minutes(not exactly making her feel special). Once someone took the order they brought it to us quickly but there were people working there that acknowledged us and didn’t do anything. There is one girl behind the counter that was working diligently and did acknowledge us but she can’t do it all. I stopped in again today because I had 4 free scones if I bought a coffee. There is a young man who is clearly new and he said the scones would be on my next order… whatever I didn’t feel like making a big deal out of it. I waited 15 minutes, yes 15 minutes for a mocha. The guy was very polite but he doesn’t know what he’s doing and he moves at a pace that is not conducive to a lunch shift. There were two young women behind the counter and they asked him if he knew how to make a mocha but didn’t offer any sort of help. Not to mention when I got the mocha it was just barely half full. I didn’t even have time to complain or ask for them to fill it up because a 5 minute stop turned into 15 minutes and I had to get back to work. Totally bummed they don’t care more about their customers.

I tried this place for lunch for the first time today after the first place I tried through was closed. I was an SJSU student before the Philz and this place even existed. I remember when this spot was supposed to be a Beard Papa’s, or was that the spot Philz is in? City Year was there for many years, some other café, etc… It’s a very small spot, very cozy inside, outside seating as well because it seats about 10 comfortably inside including the couch. It smells amazing though! When I arrived around lunch time my back was up against the door while in a line behind 4 people. It looks like the area behind the counter was a little crowded with bodies and they were sorting out the pick up orders. The service didn’t seem to move at as brisk a pace as I’d expect. Could use some tweaks. Maybe put up a big sign for pick up orders on top of the glass case when it’s busy so someone working behind there can handle those faster and get them out. As for the food, I had a slice of the signature quiche and a half order of the soup of the day, which I believe was a tomato bisque for $ 10. The takeout box wasn’t big enough for the slice so it was a little compacted. It tasted really good, could really taste the mushrooms and tinges of the ham which I thought were bacon at first. It’s a pretty good size slice unless you’re starving or just get the slice by itself. The soup was okay, the tomato flavor was definitely there, but it felt like it was missing some spices to really up the flavor. It was a decent lunch. The prices weren’t too bad now that I’m not a starving college student anymore. The wait time was alright. I’m surprised they offer so many items in such a small spot which seems like it’d slow them down a little. It’s a little out of the way for me now that I live in Santa Clara and loathe driving and parking in that area, but I do encourage people who live near it to give it a try.

Wow, this place was AMAZING and hit the spot. I had the Moon over England savory crêpe and it was one of the best savory crepes I’ve had. Since I travel for work I’m unable to make this a regular spot, but will be back any time I am able to with a layover in SJC. Loved it so much we ordered sandwiches for lunch to take with us. Cannot say enough good things. I needed to find a way to say Happy Birthday to a best friend from across the country — and after scouring the area for the best bakeries and looking through the menus and reviews — La Lune Sucree was it :). I called in at 6:30 am and spoke to Bettina, who was wonderful and had Mark call me back to work out the delivery and order details. For a last minute and albeit very early morning order, they were both incredibly wonderful and accommodating! The building my friend works in is a little tricky to find but Mary Jane was an absolute trooper and didn’t give up — she worked with us to find the office and delivered the box of delicious pastries and hot coffee to my friend. The office was raving about it :) As soon as i have a chance, i will be flying to San Jose to try these goodies for myself! Apparently even the coffee was amazing. Thank you for making a birthday surprise a sweet one!

They do have a great almond croissant. However the pain du chocolat was disappointing. I also had something called a streuselkuchen but that wasn’t so great. Overall you can go there for a croissant but you will still end up buying your coffee from Philz next door.(awesome coffee selection there) So it limits what you can do here.

Service is not the best and the coffee is terrible. They should honestly stop selling that with Philz next door. When you visit this place you’ll see people sitting in their patio and even inside with Philz coffee cups. Regardless, their crepes are made with mediocre quality batter. All of them are soggy with toppings just sliding off their sad slippery texture. But the other flavors are there. But yeah, if they improve the quality of their crepes I think they would be deserving of more stars.

I have yet to update my review on this incredible place that I love visiting. The food is so ultra divine purely because the whole team shares one denomination and that is passion whether they are baking, catering for businesses or making crepes. Their menu is extensive and very European. This visit I had the ’ Moon over Belgium’ crêpe. Emma, the very experienced and friendly lady made it for me. The owners are very dedicated to this gem and excel in preparing all the goodies. Many locals already know this place well but I think the hotels nearby like the Fairmont should highly recommend this great European café. Well done guys! 11/11/2015 Crème de la Crème, perfect, delish, brilliant, worth every single dollar and every single bite indeed! The crepes are worth hunting down for and the sandwiches are worth killing for! Hey, what I can say I frequent this spectacular European café once a week even though I don’t live close by. They also cater for big companies and treat you like a VIP too if you just order for one! If you have not tried it yet; this is certainly the place to visit, You have my guarantee!

Love this bakery. Wonderful desserts, cakes and pastries. Especially love the Hazelnut Chocolate cake. Four stars because they need more help: the lunch service is usually slow but if you can wait, it’s well worth it! I don’t write Unilocal reviews because of their — Unilocal’s — unscrupulous business practices. Basically, you have to pay them to allow good reviews to remain, if you don’t pay them, they remove the good reviews and keep the negative ones. This practice hurts small businesses and folk’s livelihoods.

Crepes good but a pricey place my opinion. For example $ 5.50 for a chai when their medium looks like a small. They only have two take out drink sizes. A shot size and a small. They should have small, medium, and large. Not just extra small and a small and charge crazy prices for it. Its a college campus. Students should not be paying 550 for a small chai. Just sounds ridiculous. My opinion. More take out /quick food options would be nice too. So far only sweets. Suggestions for more revenue. From a student. Which you have a lot of being right across the street.

Price, it’s about how much you’d expect to pay at a pastry place trying to sell French pastries. Second time here. It’s «okay» but I do like the location and the environment. My girlfriend loves this place. Today though… I had just come back from a business trip abroad the day before and received an alert that the Groupons I had purchased were expiring. I reached out to the people I purchased them for since they obviously hasn’t used them. Decided to use all three with my roommates to have a nice breakfast. We used all three one after the other and the cashier, older pump white guy, scolded the last in the group against using all three Groupons. «That’s not how it works. Don’t do that again.» Maybe he’s right. Maybe he’s wrong since we all ordered separately. Maybe it’s a gray area. Either way I didn’t appreciate that I drag my roommates out of the house before noon to have one of them scolded. Also, we all ordered and I started writing this review and out orders aren’t ready. Kinda slow… maybe he combined our orders and are delivering them all at the same time? Sorry sir, our orders are separate! Don’t like the flies buzzing calf-high around the store pestering my legs :(

I walked into La Lune looking for a snack, it looked like a nice little bakery café. The restaurant was not very busy and my order, a quiche and a coffee, came out separated by 20 minutes. 10 minutes for the quiche 20 minutes for the coffee. So not only was there an absurd wait, but the smell was off as well. No one specific bad smell just more of an unpleasant combination which encouraged me to sit out side. The last part, the weirdest part, was the quiche came in a to go box, and the drink cam in a glass.

I have been coming here on Sunday’s before the library opens and I love it because it is comfy, cozy, and not crowded! The famous Philz coffee is next door and is always such a disaster to wait in line and there are never any seats available! I can always find a seat, an outlet, a good pastry or sweet treat, german beer, caffeine, and even a bite to eat! I really like the little german vibe, it brings me back to small coffee shops in Germany! This place is so cute and family owned, the service is moderately fast and the cashiers are always friendly and accommodating. One day, they were closing and allowed me to stay in after because she was just cleaning. I think this place is often overlooked next to Philz, but it truly is a cute little shop that is more relaxed for a lunch date or to study and enjoy a nice quiet up of jo!

So, last time I was here I was rushing and totally misunderstood what this place was about. I thought they were mostly about pastries, and that they’d have a lot on display. They aren’t, and that’s fine, but that’s why I rated it three stars last time. Apparently their coffee machines don’t malfunction often either, so that was just an odd day. This time I ordered a slice of the signature quiche, which was flakey and delicious, as pretty much everything they sell is. I wish they put more items on display though, so you would have a better idea of what you’re buying! I don’t always want to spend a lot of time looking through Unilocal pictures.

I recently joined Mycokerewards after backsliding and buying a six pack of soda. As such I ended up garnering a reward for practically doing nothing, $ 10 off of a $ 20 dollar purchase at any number of restaurants. The honey adores Philz, so I figured we could two birds it and drop by La Lune while he picked up a coffee. So one certificate from later and we had the most fantastic breakfast, with big thanks to my soda addiction. My chicken sandwich was to die for. It was absolutely delicious and huge for $ 8 dollars. The honey loved this salad and quiche, a little higher priced at $ 10. The service was fantastic, using the certificate was incredibly simple and easy and we loved our french canelle — omg, so good. It’s a four instead of a five because of a mix of three things. The wait is a bit slow — nothing much to me as I was waiting on a boy waiting for Philz, so you know that’s going to be a wait. But the décor is… just pleasant? It’s not that comfortable, the chairs are too wide and bulky for the space and the table cloths are unnecessary. I felt like should I shift and pull on one, my plates would go flying! It frankly feels like it’s made to be pretty, but not highly functioning. My last third of a star was the temperature. It was fairly cold — that in addition to a long wait means unless I’m getting some hot tea, I can’t come back. If it’s below 65 I get sick — and it was definitely not 70 degrees in that space. My food was fantastic and comparable or better than Flower Flour, one of my favorite breakfast spots so if they change the small issues above, I would probably become a regular customer. Also, a big thumbs up to for allowing me to try this space!

After a lot of careful consideration, I’ve gone with one star instead of two. I really wanted to love this joint, but… ugh. Let me go into a bit of detail. I ordered on Eat24 to pick up for breakfast. I was hungry as hell, and ready for something yummy in my tummy. After looking at La Lune Sucrée’s menu, I was SUPER excited. Let me tell you why! *** I freaking love a good crêpe. Seriously! After having crêpes in France(and never having any outside of France before), I fell in love with both the sweet and the savory. *** Their menu has the elusive cannelle listed on it!!! After spending a summer in Bordeaux, I was so excited to eat the Bordelais treat I hadn’t seen in over a year, and didn’t think to see in the US! I was really very excited… Here is a link to the wikipedia page that gives a pretty good description of what a cannelle is. *** After quickly skimming the reviews here, I felt like I was making a good choice. The only negatives that popped out at me was the slow service, but I was ordering for pick-up, so that surely wouldn’t even be an issue! Now, let’s address these points of expectation that I once had for La Lune Sucrée, and describe the reality of what actually happened. *** Shittiest crêpe I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. I knew there was a problem when I sat really close to where the crêpe was being prepared, and I couldn’t smell it at all. I think they forgot that you’re supposed to add butter and sugar. There was not even any sweetness in the freaking chantilly. How can chantilly be «unsweet»??? I had the Irish version, which included crappy canned peach slices that didn’t even taste good, and supposedly an infusion of Bailey’s, which wasn’t there at all. *** This place has no idea what a cannelle is. I was extremely disappointed, to the point of almost walking my order back in. I got a shitty, cold, soggy, long pastry with a bit of cinnamon on it. There was hardly any flavor. Admittedly, «cannelle» means«cinnamon» in French, so maybe they just made this shit up from that. I have no idea. *** I ordered pick-up to avoid the slow service that everyone talks about, but, guess what? After being told that it would take 10 minutes to prepare my order, I arrived almost 20 minutes later(mostly because traffic is dumb, but whatever). I entered to see 2 families eating their meals, and two girls standing around doing… well, I’m not sure what. They greeted me, I informed them that I was picking up, and they told me it would take about 5 minutes to finish my order. …What? 15 minutes later I walked out with my shitty food that was hastily made after I’d arrived and my $ 4.75 tiny-ass chai. What. The. Fuck. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won’t be returning. The price is too freaking ridiculous for shitty pretend-European food.
