Professional massage that fixed the knot in my back. Would recommend for sure. Staff were courteous, friendly, and knew what they were talking about.

If you want a so so service then this is a place for you. The price is higher than the other location. The masseuse there is not so friendly, all she does was to hurry to finish up the session. Also, they reuse the towel of each session. Not sure if they wash these at all?

Tried 3 wks ago to try their sauna & massage, the price is good, my complaint is their shower Rm it’s hella Stink! they need to DISINFECT it for reals, smell SPERM, So F&!@ Nasty I have to bail out as fast as i can and just try the Sauna which was great, the massage wasn’t that great too maybe I got the wrong masseuse, they gave me a big Hispanic girl & honestly she doesn’t know how to give a massage, too much talk & on top of that she ask me to leave the Tip on the way out. WTF!.. The girl at the counter also focus more her iphone instead of the customer. Im totally DISSAPOINTED.

Was very disappointed the front desk was very rude and the massage therapist didn’t know what she was doing. As for parking good lucky Don’t Valet because they will scratched your car.

I have been aching to go for a sauna massage combo. I saw some good reviews here and finally tried it out.
I was impressed with the overall cleanliness. The sauna was nice and although not very large, it was large enough specially since I was the only one using it :-) Steam room was also very nicely kept with aromatic steam keeping it hot but enjoyable.
The massage was excellent and I loved the «walking on the back» part. Of course they hold on to the bars above the massage table so it is not their entire weight that is applied on your back.
I would not necessarily rate it 5 start since I have been to many other pace much more luxurious and truly chic. But this place is a gem for such an incredibly low price. It is the best bang for the buck. $ 45 for massage and free use of the sauna and steam room is exceptional. The place is surprisingly nice yet very affordable.
BTW, there is a parking garage right in front that you can get the key from the staff to enter. They will come with you to card you out at the end.

I went here on the recommendation of my coworker. Great layout however they rushed my buddy and I into our rooms and rushed us out… so we didn’t get to fully experience the lounge area or have a drink. My massage was a little rough but she definitely got the kinks out. I was sore for 3 days after but oh well. They didn’t offer hot stone which is surprising. Maybe its only on 90 min massages!!! Having found a place I really like and able to have something to compare to I wouldn’t go here again unless my normal place is closed.

This place is unprofessional and rude ! Does not hold any accountability for messing up someone’s hand bag. Massage was ok and not bad but as soon as I left the room I noticed massage oil leaked all over my hang bag ! And when I brought it to the owners attention. Instead of apologizing and offering to try to clean the bag … She accused me of coming in with the stain. The stain was clearly massage oil ! I asked her to pull the cameras and see if the stain was on there prior to me getting a massage and she refused. Rude, unprofessional, and obviously not very clean ! I will never come back here even if they paid me !

This place is ok, it looks nice and the staff are ok for the most part. Its $ 45 plus a mandatory tip of minimum $ 20! wtf lol. The massage was nice for the most part. My masseuse was pretty chill untill our session was over, she didnt even let me put my clothes back on then she put her hand out and was like you tip now? or you tip front door? $ 20 at least ok? hahahahaha I gave her $ 5 she got hella mad and threw my money at me. lol She then ran out of the room and started screaming «HE DIDNT GIVE ME MONEY TIME OVER! OVER!» I didnt have a problem with giving her a tip it was just that she jumped at me like a begger kind of like how a homeless person will jump at you and demand cash. I ended up giving her $ 20 so she wouldnt have a heart attack. I think her name was Mun or mu or something like that. If I ever do come back I’m not letting her touch me agian and I’ll have to pre select my masseuse before I get my message. It might be best to talk to the girls before hand.
I’d give this place 5 stars if that one girl wasnt so greedy. Everyone else was super chill.

Stopped in for a massage because I had a few hours to kill while my kids were at FanimeCon and I had just had a long shoulders and triceps day at the gym the day before. The place is very welcoming and professional. Jennifer did a great job working out all of the knots. This place is legit, contrary to the suspicions of other reviewers who never even walked in the place. The price is very reasonable, so I recommend a healthy tip to the massueses because they certainly work hard for it. The place is really nice inside and the upstairs waiting area is chock full of very comfortable lounge chairs and even has a bar. Felt like an exclusive spa/​club. Highly recommended!

Yesterday I finished a massage with Kim and it was superb. I had never had a Thai (I guess) massage so I didn’t expect her standing in my back etc but it was really good. The interior of the spa is gorgeous and very spacious including both a dry and a wet sauna. The showers are beautiful and there is a sitting room with nice leather chairs and a flat screen TV. The entire experience is very swank.
As another reviewer touched on, the changing area is co-​ed but I think the guys were very respectful and somewhat surprised to see me. The spa was pretty quiet when I was there early on a Saturday AM.
To the reviewer who commented that she suspected the spa was a prostitution front, you might want to actually GO to the spa and get a massage before you pass judgement on a culture neither of us were raised in. There’s room for all of us in downtown San Jose — bring on the diversity.

I went in for the grand opening. all services were 50% off. $ 30 for an hour body massage well worth it. Staff us very friendly. Facility Is very clean n relaxing. The suana n steam room r free to use with the service. Besides the fact that there is only one locker room area for both gender to use it was a great experience overall. Will definetly be coming again

I just happened to walk into this place because it was new and I loved it. Very friendly staff, very professional and man the girls are pretty.
I plan on going back very soon!
