I think they sell hats… I’m not sure… considering the name says LIDS! Who cares if you get crap service, or they don’t have what you like… find your hat, decide to customize or not… pay then get out… it’s really that easy. I promise you

This is the worse Lids ever! One star is just because Unilocal can’t let me give them a 0. I swear the manager, Elizabeth is very rude, patronizing, and not management material. For being a small little store, you assume they will have excellent customer service or at least make you feel wanted. Instead, Elizabeth the manager, accused me of stealing and trying to commit fraud. First, I’m looking at hats with my mother in law for my husband’s bithday. I asked about sizes, she rolled her eyes at me and snapped at me. I would understand if it was busy, nope, it was just use three in the store. In the meantime, she pulls out her phone and starts talking about some house party she got«faded» in. After all that, I take three hats to the register and she scans them all. I hand her my card, she looks at it and says I can’t take this, and proceeds to accuse me of being a past customer that looks like me who attempted to stole. I was in shock. First of all, I’m with my mother in law, we picked up our hats and we’re in the process of paying. All of this happens. Im over it. Sorry lids, you lost a sale of 120, just because of your terrible manager. I will never come back again.

I went here today to exchange a hat that I bought my husband 3 days earlier at another location. There were two employees in the store one that was very very nice and helpful. I found the correct size of the same hat and stood in line. When it was our turn the lady(taller and bigger than the other employee) didnt even greet us, I told her we are wanting to do a straight exchange for the same hat different size. she looked at the hat and said I cant do it, ??? The bill is bent, I said no one wore it I wrapped and he tried it on it was way too big. she said its bent. I told her when I purchased it(the day before xmas) that is was super busy the gentleman that helped me grabbed it for me and rang it up and put it in the bag I didnt inspect it, there are no signs talking about the bill of the hate. She said let me go talk to my manager and went to the back, SHEHAD been really rude from the moment we came in. A customer behind us in line said I cant believe what a attitude she has and she left the store she had 3 hats she was going to purchase and she put them back. The employee came back and said she couldnt do the exchange, I told her I would like to speak to a manager she just said well then you will have to wait 20 mins,. The manager walked in 5 mins later. She told her what was going on I have no idea what this manager said becasue she wouldnt come talk to us. I asked if she could call the capitola store and talk to the employee that rang me up as I know he would remember we had a big talk as he was ringing me up. She called and said he would never sell a hat that was creased. THEREWASNOCREASE in the hat!!! So to make this story wrap up she said it was no something they would do. We went to the location I bought it and THEYDIDITWITHIN2MINS and were so sorry about what we went through! This employee hates her job and shouldnt be there!!! I will never go to this location again! She was a larger lady taller and heavier than the other one. I cant remember her name but the manager was super rude too wouldnt even come talk to us!

Mya is thee worst service I’ve ever had, she needs to stay home, employee has too much anger problems. Very unhelpful and thinks she owns the store from the way she acts. just eww

My son and I went to the Eastridge Mall to buy a couple of caps. We got their at 10 am wating for the store to open, a young girl came out a minute later, closed the caged and walked away, we waited for 15 minutes and she never came back, I complainned to Lids corporate on their web-site, no response after 3 weeks, they don’t care about customer service. I bought 5 or 6 caps from Lids but since they don’t care about my business, I will never go their again.

Employees are nice to talk too as of 04÷16÷10. Easy to find what you want to buy, since store is only around 15ft by 15ft. And the place is clean.
