I wasted an entire day going back and fourth with this store. They sold me a broken phone. I called twice to have them help me over the phone and came back to the store FOUR times in one day. *i live nowhere near this store. Making me come back, only to give me the run around is so infuriating. What’s worse, they were helping NEW walk in customers instead of me, who was waiting patiently in line. Why? Because they needed to pay thir bill? I’m not important? This was my 1st experience with«ghetto pcs» and I have to say that their reputation lives up to their standards. In the end(4th trip to store in one day), I got a refund without an apology. This was probably the WORST retail experience in the history of my life. Plain horrifying. A nightmare…

I went back into this store yesterday and finally decided to purchase a phone for myself. I’ve had dumb phones before but was too scared to purchase a smart phone. I’ve got to tell you they have some amazing deals! They have a special on their 4GLTE phones, I purchased one with a new phone number! 50 dollars unlimited! Best staff, nancy and roxanna are very sweet girls. They were extremely patient with me, showed me how to make and answer calls and even send texts. They helped set up my Gmail account so I can download apps like Facebook and candy crush. I’ve never had a smart phone before but I know I will feel comfortable walking into their if I have any questions. They also gave me a free bag, I saved an extra ten cents by shopping at this metropcs store.

Warning warning warning warning. I bought a phone from moe he was very rude and pushy he also lied to me several times and would not refund my money after he sold me a broken phone for $ 200 This metropcs location has the worse staff plus they are very unprofessional and lie. I bought a brand new phone when i got home and tried to charge the phone it didnt work .so i took it back the next day the guy that works there said he would order a new phone and it would arive in five days when they called me in to pick up the(new) phone .it was not new it was(refurbished) and i told him i paid for a new phone i so i would like to have a new phone. he said no he couldent give me one so then i asked for a refund he said no. so basically i bought a broken phone that cost me $ 200 and i was stuck with it for a week. I decided go to the corporate office and talk to the manager there she was very nice and gave me a brand new working phone the same day .so my advise to you is just buy from a corporate store not these branches they have to many kids working their just trying to rip people off and make a sale

I’m really surprised this store has a bad review. I came to buy a phone for my aunt and I left the store a very happy costumer. The manager was very helpful when choosing the right phone for my aunt and he was very honest and he was very tall and good looking! Their costumer service is great and they are always happy every time I come in.

Everyone in the Bay Area knows that MetroPCS is the least expensive cell phone carrier. This particular stores located at Eastridge mall next to Bounz city. I came here to pay a bill today for my son… And spoke again with the clerk’s name is Nancy… She was so sweet and awesome… And very helpful regarding my questions about activating an iPhone… They do not sell the iPhone… However with the new iPhone 5 technology they are able to put it under a MetroPCS plan if it is under T-Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon. I don’t know why people have reviewed the store with low marks… Because I find that employees there just absolutely some the best at the mall… MetroPCS is the best choice if you’re on a limited budget… And you want great service I suggest you go to the MetroPCS cell gallery at Eastridge mall… It is a MetroPCS authorized dealer… And when you go there… Tell them you read about it on Unilocal… And Karen sent you!

I’ve been to this MetroPcs three or four time now. The first time I went in here was black friday I think. I went in and got the most expensive phone for my dad, took it home and gave it to him cuz he didn’t have a phone and needed one when he went back home to Hawaii. My mom asked how much I spent on the phone, told her and she told me to take it back, said I spent too much for the phone and that my dad didn’t need an expensive phone. The next day, I took it back, told the girl I wanted to return it and exchange for another phone. She did the ruturned for me. I got the phone, went home and gave it to my dad, He’s using it now in Hawaii, It was one of their smart phone. Yesterday, on Dec.12, 2011, my mom and I went back to this same location to get 3 more phones. We wanted to add to my dad’s line. We went in, picked out 3 phones and asked the same girl to add to my dad’s line. My mom wanted their promo 4 lines for $ 100 deal. The girl said that for 4 lines it would be $ 120 instead for the $ 100 cuz my dad’s phone is a smart phone. I was ok with it but my mom didn’t want me to pay the extra $ 20/mo. So, we ended up buying 4 new phones. We ended up paying $ 339 for 4 phones and the service. My mom and I looked at the reciept to make sure the charges were correct. We found out that there were $ 12 difference. I went back in to ask the girl about it. She charged us $ 12 for extra services and didn’t tell us. A few hours later we went back to the store and wanted to return all four phones because we weren’t able to call to Hawaii. The same girl failed to tell us calling to Hawaii was considered international. Can you believe it? International, Hawaii, go figure. She also refused to do the return stating that the manager had to do the return because it was four phones and she can’t do the return without the manager approval. I asked her when the manager would be in and she told me he was in a meeting and wouldn’t be in until 7pm. The manager called and I asked the girl if I could please speak with him but she wouldn’t let me speak with him and she hung up the phone. After that, she then told us that the manager wouldn’t be there until tomorrow. At this point, we were getting very upset. I then proceed to ask her if this location was a franchise and she said yes. So, I ask her for the owner’s number and she wouldn’t give it to me. Since she wouldn’t give me the owner ‘s number I then asked her to do a return for 3 phones. She still refused to do so! I got really upset by this time and I raised my voice when I was talking to her. She then threaten to call security. I said go ahead. Security came and I talk to the supervisioner of security while the other talked to the girl. In the end security told us that the manager would be there at 7pm and we can come back. I said fine. He also told me I could file a report against them with the mall security. And in the mean time we went to At&t where we met a very nice salesperson by the name of Winston. He was EXTREMELYNICETOUS! He went up to Metro with us when the manger was in and he spoke to the manager and handle everything for us. My mom and I wasn’t feeling well that day either. My head was spinning and I was feeling the chills. So, I highly recommend you all to go see Winston and the At&t store in Eastridge Shopping Center.

If there was an option to give this place zero stars, I’d mark that instead of giveing a one star rating. there customer service is horrible. i walked in and two people are already complaining. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day but I guess its true that they give bad service. I wanted to exchange my phone and the phones don’t have prices next to them I asked the lady in the counter and she high priced the phone and the brought the price down saying that shes giving me a deal. I got the phone and i wanted to look up reviews for the phone and on the actual metro pcs website, the exact phone is the same price as she offered for the final price. She LIED to me. I let this go but i know in the long run, these people who work here wont go anywhere in life since they have to false advertise their phones to actually sell them. Karma will come back.
