I always wait in a long line to order my drink and my drink usually takes a few minutes(unless they are busy– I have waited 10 – 15 minutes for my drink). I like this Starbucks because it is next door to the gym and they open earlier than the mall. Service is better in the early morning. I understand the slow service because it gets really busy as 10am approaches and mall opens. I am just grateful for Starbucks presence is at Eastridge mall so I can get my coffee fix after a workout. Friendly service. I keep coming back.

The staff here needs to learn a little something about customer service. I normally go to the SB in B&N bc I have the worst encounters every time I go to this SB, but the entire mall was closing so my siblings and I just came to this one. The worker named Ricky took my order and once he was finished, I paid him and moved to the aside for my siblings to order. But some other kids went infront of them and he just started taking their fucking orders then he looked at me and said«I have to help out these guys first» thinking that they were behind me instead of my siblings. I told him that my siblings were waiting in line behind me but he fucking ignored me and took the other kids’ orders anyway, rude much? Have you never heard of first in, first out??? So we had to fucking wait again since the people that cut us were a big fcking group! Not only waiting for our orders to be taken took long, we had to wait EVEN longer for our drinks! Fucking fix this management.

The employees need to be retrained, the person in the cash wrap had no costumer service, spokes in a very low voiced. I had a hard time hearing what he was saying, and took my order wrong after repeating my order more than twice. While the barista, Alyssa gave me so much attitude when I politely asked to correct my order.

Place is usually busy because it’s centrally located in the middle of the mall. It’s a hit or miss kinda thing where you would get lousy coffee or a good one. I like that the mall added tables and chairs nearby.

Poor service messy floor ran out napkins. When I ask Napkins The Attendant said we ran out of napkins . That’s it. I will not come back. Some of Starbucks environment is not clean. They just make money. Some day cutomer will turn to there back.

Came here and ordered two Coffee Frapp. The barista accidentally added whip cream on both of them. First they just wiped it off but I told them I’m allergic to whip cream so they remake both of them. Excellent service!

I work in this mall, so I’m ALWAYS coming to this Starbucks for a little pick me up before or during work. A lot of reviewers have complained about the service but 9⁄10 times, they’re always super friendly to me. One time I was waiting for my drink, which they had forgotten about and when I mentioned it to one of the workers, they apologized, quickly made my drink, and even gave me a complimentary drink coupon. Now THAT’S some awesome customer service.

Service is usually a miss here. There’s a particular dark haired girl who desperately needs retraining on her verbal communication to customers. Saying«Whaddya getting?» and«Yeah?» is not what you typically expect at a normal Starbucks. I notice that at mall and Target branches, there seems to be a lower standard of service. I’m sure Starbucks Corporate would not be pleased to know that their expectations are not being upheld. A simple smile and«Hello, what can I get for you today?» and«Thanks! Have a great day!» would be nice. Customer Service 101, y’all.

When I think of Starbucks I think of nice professional barista’s that are friendly. However, I work in the mall and unfortunately this is the only Starbucks around. One day I ordered an iced green tea latte with soy milk. Let me tell you, my drink came out super foggy at the top and all the green tea was at the bottom. There was spilled drops of milk all over the outside of my cup. When I complained the rude girl whose name is Jackie had the audacity to give me an attitude and told me I should of told them to ask for it to be «shaken.» Seriously? I’ve ordered my drink at numerous Starbucks locations about 20x and my drink never looks like this. On top of that, I never had to ask for it to be «shaken.» I was stunned beyond belief of how rude she was and how unapologetic at the fact that my drink looked and still tasted clumpy even after she mixed my drink. When she handed back my drink, she looked annoyed and pissed that she had to fix it. If any Starbucks management personnel comes across this review, please hire better MANAGER employees that are customer service oriented. After my horrible experience I never want to step foot into that Starbucks again unless I’m super desperate for some caffeine. It’s so sad that I work at the mall and that’s the only Starbucks there, which I refuse to spend my money for such horrible service. Her service isn’t even worth a penny of my time. Oh well, I’m never going back there again anyways. Update: Most of my Macy’s employee’s have agreed that she is really rude and very unpleasant. I found out her name because I was describing her to my co-workers and they told me what her name was. They also thought she is rude and gives horrible service. I thought managers were supposed to have the best customer service compared to their workers, apparently not!

The workers here are very friendly and always having fun while working. I like to order Iced White Mocha or White Mocha Frap overall this my go to Starbucks when I go home from school or want to get one for my mom I feel like they just make it right :)

Some people seriously need to attend a class on customer service or something. Geez, every single one of these baristas looked and acted like they hated life. No smiles, no greeting, no thank you… NOTHING! I’m taking my $$ to the coffee shop inside Barnes And Noble next time. And who ever else reads this… You should too. Trust me. ((But on a good note, my drink was on point. So, I’ll give them 1 star for that))

Eh, it wasn’t all that great. Service was mediocre. Girl got the order and immediately grabbed a cold cup. I wasn’t even done saying my order. She proceeded to try to swipe my partner card, but I didn’t say anything yet. I didn’t bace a chance. She said there’s no money on this then realizing there’s a reason why I gave her two Starbucks cards. Maybe I’m being mean, but I’m sure I wasn’t getting the best service.

I love this Starbucks location! For some reason the baristas always make it a point to greet you and make small talk. I think they trained their employees here very well! They are always cheerful in the front, and I think I am just lucky running into pleasant employees during the weekdays. Nothing like a little nice pick-me-up with a shot of caffeine when I get tired from shopping :)

I’d been giving too much 1 stars lately and I have to add this place on my list. The service, is meh. Employee’s mustache and the rat tail hairdo bothered me but that’s not why I am giving them a one star. I ordered hot caramel latte and the rat tailed worker poured so much espresso and didn’t even bother to call my name when it was done. TERRIBLETERRIBLESERVICE. The cashier who asked for my name pretended to write my name or so on the cup. So I see why the rat tailed worker did not call my name. I’m just sad I paid 3 bucks for a crappy drink. I make better caramel latte =[. What a waste of money. No more starbucks for me.

This Starbucks is small and there are not many tables inside. It sucks to come here and all the small tables are taken. Service was so so. We ordered passion lemonade and it was very watery.
