Maybe it’s because they’re always really busy, but every time I get a drink from here it’s either not blended all the way or mixed completely):
But on the bright side, the cashiers and workers are always really friendly.

This place is not bad. On a weekend, the line is pretty long. If the drinks did suck, I don’t think there would even be a line. I always order a caramel frap or caramel macchiato, with extra caramel. I love my caramel! They always make it right. Not too icy, not too bland, but sometimes, my machhiato does come out tasting bitter. After all the caramel is mixed in, it’s all better.
The only time I had a bad experience here was on a cold windy day, I ordered a HOT caramel macchiato. When I got my drink, it felt cold in my hand. I took a sip and it was cold milk. How did they not feel that? So I gave it back and asked for a new one.

This place does not know how to make a mocha frappaccino!!! Everytime I give them another try they mess it up! It is so sweet and chocolaty that I’m on a sugar high from the very first sip! Nobody in their right mind can drink a quarter of it! I went to tell them and they made me another one and said they lightened up on the shots or something. And that they used the bigger machine that spits out bigger shots, so they used a different one, but it was the same thing. I give up on this place. Next time this happens anywhere i’m going to insist they make one the same way and have them try it. Thats the only way they can understand how bad it is.
