Okay so these chicks at this establishment just had the most bad customer service. The female with curly blonde and brown hair left the register 3 times to talk to other employees and didnt even apologize or say«excuse me, ill be right back». She looked like she didnt want to be there and i got a snapchat of her getting on her phone and we seen her picking at her nose. I asked the dude parked next to us about her service because he came out looking pissed as well, said she had bad attitude. 3 people complained about the service when walking out of the place. 0 stars, you guys suck butt. Couldnt even close the pizza box all the way. I was warned before going in that the people there have a bad attitude so i tested it out and it was sadly true.

Needed to come to a Little Caesar’s just to try the Deep Dish pizzas! When I came in there was already many people waiting for their food. One of the employees didn’t take long when taking our order. We did get a little mixed up about what I wanted, but I just ended up getting a second pizza afterwards since the employee forgot to include it in my first order. The wait was approximately 15 minutes just like the employee said, I was impressed since there seemed to be a lot of orders being made. The location was a little sketchy and the inside of the parlor was very dirty. Though I noticed they seemed to be remodeling since their was fresh paint on the walls. I don’t expect much from Little Caesar’s in general since it’s affordable pizza. The Deep Dish was definitely delicious though!

Typically, I enjoy little caesars. However, anything that could have gone wrong here did, so do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

This place NEVER has breadsticks ready. Every time I’ve been to this location all they’ve had ready is pizza. I heard four other people ask about breadsticks while I was waiting. How can there be so many people working and they don’t have their«hot and ready» breadsticks ready?

This location is close to us, but if we can help it we don’t go here. The staff almost never understands what we are asking for – generally we have to repeat ourselves multiple times.(«Yes cheese. Yes Italian cheese bread. YESBOTH.») We usually have to wait for whatever we’re getting as well(maybe they’re always busy?) The food is regular quality but the service is so frustrating that we avoid this place now.

I called in at 6:42PM with an order and they said it’ll be ready in 10 – 15 minutes. Came in at 7:06 to pick up my order only to be told that I would have to wait for another 10 – 15 minutes. Are you fucking kidding me? The store is not even busy. A bunch of the workers are just chilling outside! Re-train your workers or hire new workers. I would give this place a 0 star but the lowest is 1 star.

Spending time at Plata Arroyo Skate Park, I wanted to get pizza for my birthday. Little Caesar’s Pizza usually comes to mind. My buddy called to make sure they would have our order ready: 2 Cheese 2 Pepperoni 2 Sausage 1 Supreme We stopped at a grocery store to get soda, and to give them more time. When we arrived, they were somewhat busy. They had an order something like this: 2 Cheese 2 Pepperoni 1 Supreme I was slightly upset but I just wanted to work it out as quickly as possible, so I didn’t have the time to say how I felt. They didn’t have any sausage pizza. I asked for 3 Cheese, 3 Pepperoni, plus the Supreme. They didn’t have another Pepperoni Pizza ready. I asked for what they had, paid, and left frustrated. What’s the point of calling, repeating the order twice, and having the order completely repeated back(correctly, as well), only to get something different? Update 2016.04.16: I didn’t think that I would return. However, it was close and there were a few people, and I could buy three pizzas and a 2 liter bottle of soda for what it would cost me for one pizza elsewhere. I explained what I wanted, and the woman behind the counter repeated it(1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, 1 supreme) to us before charging my card. When she returned to get my signature(no card interface at each register?), she asked«Did I mentioned that it would be 15 minutes?». I replied that she didn’t but I knew that the supreme would take extra time. 26 minutes later, I was unhappy. Several people got their pizzas, even though they ordered after we did. The counter person mentioned this, and the woman delivering the pizzas asked what we ordered. She returned fairly quickly with three pizzas(I trusted her too quickly), and offered, oh, wait, no apology. If they were busy, I could understand the problem.(I hate to sound like the old person who walked 10 miles in the snow to school – both ways – but I worked at a pizza place and Tuesday mornings, I not only had to take care of around 15 customers, but I had to unload the truck and put the products away.) When we got to the car, we checked to make sure we got the correct pizzas, which we confirmed were correct. However, it’s time to give up on this location.

Late night pizza craving run became a total fail! We visited this location around 910, we seen on Unilocal that it was open till 10 but once we arrived the open sign was off and nobody was in the front still decided to walk in the store as I walk in all I see of all of the associates sitting in the backroom enjoying a big bag of HOTCHEETOS, took them a while to actually come to the front and ask if we needed something. One of the employees walks up to us and says«we’re already closed» turns around and laughs, a few seconds later another employee comes to the front laughing and licking her fingers and says«we don’t have anything left expect the following which was only 1 deep dish, 1 of the pretzel crust one &1 three meet. I’m pretty sure the employees had a rough day you can say, BUT if you’re advertising that you close at 10 don’t sit there and expect no one to show up, I know pizzas can be made in 15 mins and they said they couldn’t even make us any! Worst customer service everrrrrr

Went in there for the Bacon wrapped deep dish ordered extra cheese on it and I paid extra for it. Waited 20 minutes and still no pizza cashier found out they didn’t even put it in the oven. The manager even heard this and he didn’t offer and discount nor did he apologize for the mess up. But five minutes before that a couple of kids came in and didn’t have enough money to pay for there pizza so he made up the difference for them. But for me he did nothing and my pizza did not come with the extra cheese that I paid for. They could not pay me to go back in there, I don’t care if I am starving to death I will not return to this place ever again

I was there on 9÷04÷14 around 6 pm to order the pretzel crust pizza that I saw on TV. I saw on the menu that they had there that it was hot and ready between 4pm and 8pm. But it was not ready I was told to wait 10 minutes. But that was a lie I waited more like 30 minutes. I hardly complain about anything but this I believe everyone should know that this is the worst Little Caesars in San Jose. There were times before where I actually called ahead to make an order but they refused to take it because they said it was under their hot and ready thing. But when I go there I still have to wait. Even though I tried to make an order. All i can say is avoid this location. I know they make shitty pizza but not pizza you have to wait for. FUCKFUCKFUCKTHISLOCATION and fuck that cashier that was there today who rolled her eyes at me when I told her that I would wait. I want to say this about that cashier I hope she reads this because she has such a bad attitude about working there. I know its probably a shitty job but I was told that no matter what job you have you should always work your hardest and try to be your best. Anyway I told her I wanted one deep dish and one pretzel crust pizza which both were supposed to be hot and ready because it was 6pm and thats what is written on the menu. She told me I had to wait 10 minutes so she just charged me for the deep dish. So I told her I would wait, and she rolled her eyes at me and looked at her co-worker like I was an idiot and then charged me like 6 dollars for the pizza. Then I had to explain to her that I wanted both the deep dish and the pretzel crust pizza, and she rolled her eyes again and looked at her co-worker again like I was taking time out of her day. All I can say again is that this is the worst location and probably the management is hiring their friends or something because it seems like the people that work at the register are assholes. Anyway avoid this place like the plague. Unless you wanted to be treated like a moron by some high school students. If you do then by all means go to this place. BTW the pretzel pizza sucks IMO.

Every month, my club orders 30 pizzas from this Little Caesar’s location, and we have been coming here for a long time. The attendance at our meetings ranges from 150 to 200 members, so we need a lot of pizza, and we need them hot and on time. This Little Caesar’s has never failed us, and we are very grateful for their consistent punctuality. Thank you!

I wanted to write an update about my experience with the Little Caesar’s Management, and how they follow up with complaints. They are quick to respond and show compassion towards the customer. I was really surprised by the amount of concern the District Manager expressed about the complaint. As for the Store Manager he is very nice and has a few«bad apples» on his plate. Hopefully he is able to correct this issue in order for his customer’s to be treated better by his employees when he is away from the store.

Ordered a hot&ready, they opened the box and asked if it’s okay. It looked like an ordinary pizza so I said it looks fine. Went home and took a bite to find out that there’s no tomato sauce. Came back a week later and he asked the same thing about a pizza. I forgot and said it was fine. Went home and no sauce again. Came there the third time and when he asked me if it was ok, I asked him«are there any tomato sauce on it?» And he silently put the box away and gave me another one with sauce. Seriously, why even sell your pizza if you’re gonna give ones that has no tomato sauce, when you have the ones with it ready to be sold? I worked at a little Caesar nearby and we put the correct amount of pepperoni toppings(it can’t be scattered, 16 outer ring, 8 middle, 4center). It seems like most little Caesar places I’ve been to, lacks that and scatters their topping like nothing. It pisses me off cause were paying for this food And I also used to work for Little Caesars, at a different location.

I made a phone in order today… I went there 30 minutes later to pick it up. I waited in line to pay and pick it up and be on my merry way. When it was my turn I tell her my name and my order. She looks around at all the hot boxes for my order and goes to the back to see how long it was going to take. She came back to tell me that its going to take another 15 – 20 minutes to make my pizza. I told her that i made the order 30 minutes ago and she just straight up told me that I took too long and that they gave my pizza away! I want to just say that if you own a business and you take phone in orders DONTGIVETHEMAWAYTOOTHERPEOPLE! WTF! What kind of business gives away orders if you dont come right when they tell you that your order is going to be ready. So within the 10 minute time period they decided that I was no longer interested in my order so its ok to let the next person who orders my same exact order to take it. Not cool. Very bad business… I’ll stick to the asian people that run the one on berryessa/lundy. I’m done with this location. Not just because of this, but if you compare the prices between this one and the one on berryessa, you’ll see that there is a slight discrepancy with their prices. TLDR: RUDE cashier. Came 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be finished and they gave it away before i came. Cashier: «You took too long so we gave away your order» WTF?!? –_-*

One of the reasons Little Caesars is nice to go to is because of their«HOT N READY» pepperoni. cheese pizzas and ready to go crazy bread … when I went there, they were all out of pepperoni and crazy bread was still in the oven. The cashier did not even let us know! She just passed our order to the back. We stood and waited there, expecting our pizza right away. While waiting, one cashier was texting right in front of us(VERYUNSANITARYANDRUDE!), while the OTHER cashier told a customer(an off the clock co worker) to pass her a soda from the fridge while trying to hide it from her boss. While this was happening, there was a line of customers waiting to be helped(HOWUNPROFESSIONAL!). While waiting, we were addressed multiple times with«What are you waiting for?» with attitude. It’s their job to have the pizza ready… and if it isn’t ready, at least have the decency to remember what we ordered. Not to mention, they forgot to give me my ranch… and what a sketchy neighborhood! A homeless man was yelling at us to give him our pizza as we walked out.

What can I say? It’s Little Cesars Pizza. This is the closest one to me. The area is a little scary late at night. It’s on a busy street so be careful when turning! We recently started calling our order in… A large pepperoni and beef pizza. We don’t mind spending the extra $ 1.50 to ensure the pizza is hot out of the oven. We also ordered crazy bread, crazy sauce, and hot wings. All for under $ 20. Everything was good. The crazy bread was soft and moist. The pizza had enough cheese and toppings except it was not sliced properly. I had to use a knife to keep from ripping off the tip of each slice. The wings were good with a lot of hot sauce. I wish I knew that they offer 8 flavors of wings now. They only used to have hot. OK so this pizza can taste like cardboard sometimes, but you have to find ways to make the best of it(like ordering a custom pizza) especially if you’re out of options on where to get something to eat; which is usually the case for us when we get food here. They don’t have the best service but will I come here again? Yes. Why? Because they’re coveniently close to my house. And plus when you’re really hungry, this pizza is really good. LOL

Inner fatty won! This is the closest branch to me after all. So I dragged Adam with me for some crazy bread! Fast friendly service from a very happy dude behind the counter. Wonder what he’s on? :) Pizza and bread ready in a flash. Apparently they have some ready under the heating lamp. Done in under 5 minutes! Nom nom nom!!!
