Had my clothes dry clean at Luu’s Cleaner since 2011 when the store is down the street. They recently moved to this new location for better traffic wise. In and out easier then before. The owner as well as the employees are all polite and professional. Is hard to find a perfect place to dry clean that actually care for your clothes. I am Fleet Manager at Stevens Creek Toyota. All my clothes are dress pants, dress shirt and suits. They have taken care of me since the first time I came to the store until now. Keep up the good work, Luu’s Cleaner will earn business from my friends, referrals and my customers.

I wish Unilocal would let me rate 0 stars because this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
My mom had dropped off a dress and when she came to pick it up, a button was missing. She told them and they tried saying that it was like that. I don’t think so. We gave them a 2nd chance and this time I dropped off some lace & silk shirts.
Now, these shirts cost about $ 180 each so I was careful to inspect the lace and the condition of my tops before I dropped off. When I went to pick it up, not only was one of my white tops dirtier with a faint brown stain on it that was never there before but there’s also a tear in the beautiful lacework.
Once again, they tried to say I dropped it off like that. And then they tried to say that the lace isn’t torn and it’s the style. Excuse me? Which one is it and also, these shirts are expensive so I know the condition of every single one.
Will never be coming back. And I hope no one else makes the mistake of coming either.

I dont want to be mean however my visit wasn’t that pleasant. The customer service was awesome very nice ladies its just I had to wait five days for my 3 blouses 2 shirts and a suit. So when I went to pick my clothes up on the fifth day a pare of pants an two of my blouse where missing and they said it wasn’t ready the need another hour mind yu they are closing in one hour. So I leave again with a smile no worries things happen. but yeah that was my experience here so I found another spot sorry Luu!!!

The customer service is amazing and the workers are genuinely nice. I come home here every one to two weeks to get mine, my dad, and my boyfriend’s clothes dry cleaned. This review mainly for the time they dry cleaned my boyfriend’s true religions and his Burberry polo. He partied the night before and when he got home, there was throw up (his throw up) all over his true religions and little spots on his polo. I was so scared that it wasn’t going to come off the next morning. When I took the clothes to the dry cleaners and the ladies saw the throw up on the clothes, they didn’t say anything. Rather, they treated me how they always treat me-​sweet. When I picked up the clothes a few days later, my boyfriend’s true religions looked as if he never threw up on it and so did his polo!

It’s unbelievable that I’m the first one to review lolz. I really like this dry clean store. The pricing is very decent and the owner is super nice and friendly. Very good customer service and overall. Recommended!
