Amateurs selling goods they have no knowledge of and try to up sell you on unnecessary components. Installation has been a nightmare even though we paid $ 750 for «consultation fees». Don’t know what they are doing, are disjointed and do not recommend for home installation.

I highly highly recommend this particular store for picking up quality equipment. I finally picked up my dream Martin Logan esl speakers and they sound like a slice of heaven. I suggest you work with Alfredo or Kevin to design the best setup for your budget. They will work to their best ability to ensure that your audiophile goals are met.

I just want to acknowledge the two gentlemen Dave and Trevor that completed the wall mount installation of my new TV that I purchased from Magnolia. At first I wasn’t really sure about having Magnolia do the install but after today, I am so glad and reassured that my decision was absolutely correct in doing so. Dave and Trevor were very respectful, and knowledgeable. They accommodated my request and made sure that I was aware of all my options. I didn’t even realize how much detail went into installing the wall mount. They even laid out tape for possibilities of placement and had me sit in front and allowed me to decide where I wanted the TV. Of course with their expertise, they also provided their own input as to what they thought was optimal for my setup but they always allowed me to make the final decision. They were very courteous throughout the whole process. I also want to add that they went above and beyond by programming all my remote controls and they were very patient with even orientations me with the system that I purchased including even setting up my Direct TV remote. I was very impressed with how much attention they paid to every little detail from making sure everything was leveled to making sure all the cords were nicely tucked in and clean. They even programmed my receiver and gave me clear instructions (because I hate reading manuals) on how to operate it. I just want to add that my family is not filthy rich and have money to throw away, but i am very satisfied with paying the extra amount with Magnolia.
Lastly, I am very happy with all of the staff with Magnolia. Kevin. you have been nothing but absolutely accommodating, from always responding to my txt messages to returning all my phone calls. You’ve been there every step in setting up my system and I want to thank you for always being there. Alfredo has also been very helpful. I also want to thank Jacob the store manager for helping with the prices, he made it worth my time spending money and provided excellent customer service. The rest of the Magnolia staff in Almaden Expressway were very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you all and I am looking forward to enjoying my new system!
