McDonald’s

They closed early. Supposedly open until 11pm, but they closed 10 minutes early. The gal at the window (who was serving another order) would not open the kitchen back up. She said they already closed the kitchen and that was it.

The employees at this chain, including the manager, Mayra should learn how to deliver service to improve customer satisfaction. They need to learn that customers deserve quality service and treated with respect. If Mayra is unable to provide good service, she should not be in the service line of employment.
Additionally, this chain’s employee just can’t get the orders right. How hard can it be to take order? I feel like I am in Pluto since the employees must speak Plutonese.

This McDonald’s barely has anything on the menu. My sister and I attempted to order a Mcwrap and hash browns but they didn’t have either of them. Instead we got this really small snack wrap that costed 2.69.

Bought a big breakfast platter with hot cakes at the drive thru. When I got to my destination to chow down. There was no hot cakes and no hash brown. So after class I went straight back to this McDonald’s and inform them bout the issue. They then said that I had ordered no hot cakes, then I told them that they had given me butter and syrup and that it is their mistake. Then the manager came and told me to be more specific on what I wanted, the nerve! I knew what I told the lady it was on there side who made the mistake. I will never ever come to this place again. Bad service all together.

tried to use a coupon here in the drive thru and was told the scanner was not working, so i told the attendant i would just like to cancel my order. she gives me a look, presses some buttons on her screen, brings out the scanner, and waddayaknow, it works perfectly fine. if they’re going out of their way to get that extra dollar from customers, i wonder what else they’re willing to do to save money.

We were here last week and ordered drive through.
The dude gave me back the wrong change. We drove around the drive drove again and told him about it… he gave us change from his pocket. Interesting…

Never had issues before! I’m in the drive thru again because they forgot to give me my damn sauce for my chicken nuggets. Not only did I have to wait for my food order but going a second round because they forgot my sauce is annoying!

Last three time in a row I have been here, they gave me the wrong burger. Can’t get a single order correct? Only a single order, not multiple order!

I always use drive through with small kids and order kids meal. Almost always they forgot to give me drinks. :(
I know I have to check it when I got them. But other McDonald is not same. So I have to go other one.

How do you screw up an egg white mcmuffin?
You use American cheese instead of white cheddar.
How do you screw up an order of 2 oatmeal raisin cookies?
You give the customer chocolate chip instead.
You had one job McDonald’s.
Don’t come here, they’ll mix up your orders guaranteed.

The Unilocal reviews do not lie about this McDonald’s– it’s one of the worst locations. Came here with my hubs and son today. Our order was fairly simply– Sausage biscuit meal with egg and cheese, diet coke. Our order was messed up several times:
1^st incorrect order– biscuit with just cheese and sausage (no egg).
2^nd incorrect order– biscuit with cheese and biscuit, lacking egg and cheese.
3^rd incorrect order– missing the hash brown. The breakfast sandwich was sloppy put together looking like it came out of the trash bin.
Most of the people working at this McDonald’s cannot speak or understand English which makes communications difficult. Turns out this McDonald’s is a franchise. When I asked for the business card of the manager they claimed they don’t have any and they don’t know the name of the franchise owners. I called the number on my receipt only to be directed to a voicemail box of the restaurant group that owns this location. I will be contacting the corporate McDonalds not the restaurant group.
It truly felt like reverse discrimination because all the employees behind the counter were complaining in Spanish and not speaking English. This place has the worst customer service and if you hate your job so much maybe you should quit and find a new one. I will not support a business that does not have good customer service.

Worst customer service among all McDonald’s I’ve been to. I asked for a breakfast sandwich with biscuits and no MEAT. Gave me a McMuffin WITH Meat. I had to make a second trip and drive back 6 miles and then they didn’t apologize and again gave me another sandwich WITH meat. I told the drive through person and asked for a new sandwich WITHOUT meat and she took the same sandwich and took the meat out and gave the sandwich back! And she was acting like its my fault I didn’t want meat!
At this point, I asked for the manager. The manager was another piece of work. He refused to apologize and said we have more customers so I need to get moving. No help at all.
McDonald’s CORPORATE if you are listening — please replace the staff here so they don’t waste customers time and don’t force meat upon all your customers. You have already lost a big lawsuit on this and this is another one waiting to happen.

I ordered food Saturday in drive thru because I was in a rush. They messed up the order and I had to go back. No apologies and then refunded me back when I questioned their work. Ended up having to go to a Taco Bell for food. Was complete late. Will never go there again. People there have no clues about service and don’t care about anything they do.

I used to have an occasional lunch or dinner at this particular McDonald’s because of its location. I’d always order at the drive up and on several occasions my order would be in error. That aside was nothing compared to a very serious bout of food poisioning that I suffered after eating at this McDonald’s one year ago.
I remember the filet o’ fish sandwich that I ordered looked unusual. The slice of American cheese was very gummy mixed in the tartar sauce. The sandwich didn’t taste quite right but not off enough to make me spit it out.
Seven hours later while at home I felt faint and immediately kneeled down in my hallway. I made it to my bathroom with monumental abdominal cramps. For the next seven days I was completely deengerized. All I wanted to do was stay in bed. I’ve had flu viruses that never hit me like this bout of food poisioning. And this was the first time I ever suffered a case of food poisioning.
When I was feeling better I wrote an email to this McDonald’s explaining what I experienced and the unusual lookIng and tasting filet o’ fish sandwich that I was served, and all that I got in return was a form letter email stating how this McDonald’s strives to offer the freshest food, courteous service, bla, bla, bla.
I sent a second email expecting some sort of personalized note, at least an apology, but this time I got no response at all.
Needless to say that was my last/​final visit to this McDonald’s.

After getting my paycheck (a pretty sumptious one that is), I immediately go to this fine dining restaurant so that I too can eat like a fine gentleman.
I usually order chicken nuggets on the side and spicy mcchicken, both great choices for any sophisticated individual. I also order cokě, a beverage that is quite scare to find in this area of town.
In the McChicken, i taste notes of mayo and notes of chicken, which complement each other and blend with the creamy bread that its served with. Chicken nuggets, however, were a bit of a dissapointment. But the wonderful service by Hernandez Sanches di Pablo made up for the little lapse in taste.

Been here many times… more so back in the day… as in 20 yrs ago when I lived in the area. This place now seriously SUCKS. I will never patronage this location again. First of all the location has really gotten rundown over the years. Secondly, the staff is unfriendly nor helpful. They claim they do not take official McDonald’s because they «.are not a McDonalds» at that location. LOL! Ok, so on that note, I took my business to the Burger King down the street, and they were much nicer to do business with!!! Thanks for nothing… and no intention of ever coming back here.

Food is okay. Annoying employees cussing up a storm in Spanish and singing made up cuss songs loudly in Spanish. Did not enjoy my meal with them being so loud. My kids didn’t either. The one star is actually for me for not going up there to tell them to shut up. Thanks Me!!!

Don’t like it a lot

I’ve been to this McDonalds throughout my childhood. The entrance and exit to this place has always been the most confusing. The drive through is consistent and it is clean on the inside. As for the food itself, you get what you order and it is as great as you expect. The 20 pieces of chicken nuggets that I ordered were crispy so no complains as it made for a wonderful 2014 Valentines Day dinner.

Not the best fast food in the area.
I try to avoid fast food when I can but every now and then I make an appearance.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich
Premium Coffee
The sandwiches were fresh on a Saturday afternoon. The Apple pies were warm and gooey.
Satisfying but who knows what my arteries look like.
