Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt

So I am getting food at LeBoulanger’s at the San Jose Airport. No tables are available to sit and eat in their restaurant area… This gal is just sitting at one of the tables on her phone watching loud obnoxious videos with her back turned away from the Menchies stand. As I eat I watch an old lady sample every single flavor! She was free to do so as no one was there to help her? It was incredible!!! Freaking unbelievable to say the least. An airport employee just got a cup and announces loudly «is anyone working here? OMG! The girl on her phone gets up! If I owned this business I’d be pissed! She took payment for the ice cream (phone still in hand) and then immediately sits her ass back in the chair — she has not put her phone down once! And has her back turned away from Menchies again! Another customer shows up — just takes a bunch of samples — looking around for help! Another customer and she’s still sitting on her ass watching videos on her phone! I am in utter belief.

I’m a regular traveler through the San Jose airport and am so happy there is a frozen yogurt place now! I am not familiar with this brand, but the flavors were good and they offered a lot of samples.
