Not pleased with the service. Went to get a breakfast sandwich this morning and was told she was not making sandwiches this morning because she was too busy in the back. She suggested a bagel, but I had just told her that the muffin I purchased from her last week was dry and I threw it out. There was no offer to recompense. In addition, I had previously asked her for a cup of ice and was told she doesn’t give out ice because she has to bring it in an it’s too much trouble. I do not get the impression that she wants new or returning customers. I now understand why no one from my company utilizes this restaurant even though we are in the same building.

I love this little deli/café place because it’s on the third floor of the Comerica building and I work on the second. Such easy access! When I’m hungry in the morning, I usually get the Breakfast Burrito, which generally comes with cheese, hash browns, eggs, ham, bacon wrapped in a tortilla. It’s $ 3.75 so its totally affordable and it’s not huge so I don’t feel too guilty for eating it. Other times I’ll get a bagel with butter, for $ 2.00. For lunch, my favorite is the Marinated Chicken which comes with garlic mayo, pesto, roasted red bell peppers, provolone, lettuce, and red onions on focaccia bread. Delicious! It’s $ 8.25 which although isn’t cheap, it’s about the same if you go to other delis around downtown San Jose, so I’m willing to pay. As for drinks, they have various flavors of cold tea. Personally, I am addicted to the strawberry orange tea. SOOOGOOD! Overall, I love the varieties that they offer here. They usually don’t run out of what I want to order. The service is decent as well. Sometimes I find myself waiting awhile though.

This deli replaced the crappy one that had metiocre sandwiches and charged you a fortune. I rotated back to San Jose and decided to give this a try. The prices haven’t changed that much, but the quality has improved. The only sandwich I didn’t like so far was the almond chicken salad sandwich because there was not enough something in it. It just tasted bland. I do notice that the employees are nice and that they discount my total by 10% every time I’ve been there.

The people who work here are very friendly, and they have many flavors of iced tea! Lunch is great as they have many different sandwiches to choose from. They also have soup and salad. Breakfast is great also! They have breakfast burittos, sandwiches, bagels, muffins. Only thing I notice is that they close at 4pm, but this site says 5pm? I believe they are only open until 5pm during Sharks games.

This is located in the Comerica building on the 3rd floor just outside the elevators. I guess this deli moved from another location just down the street. The only thing is that, it is opened to the public but it’s hard to find if you are not familiar wh the area. They make good sandwiches, salads, and offer breakfast. If you don’t want to walk that far, this place is reasonable to go to. During Sharks games, they are open late but i’m not sure how late.
