Very helpful young man. Although he was almost full, He took pitty on me because this was my 4th attempt today. Obviously knows customer service unlike his colleague down the street.

I don’t understand the inflated ratings some people are giving this company. Even the bigger recyclers who always serve you right away aren’t perfect, so I don’t understand how someone can think having to wait on line for over an hour for six bucks, having an excuse for EVERYTHING and downgrading their service to pinch pennies constitutes first class service. I got here early to avoid the crowds, not to mention the stupid people who bring huge loads of stuff because they’re too lazy to go to Ranch Town or one of the other larger recycle centers. 9:30 comes and goes. There are at least 10 people in line by then. No one shows up. 10:00 comes and goes. Again, no one shows up. Finally someone with a phone calls the customer service, and they had no idea that whoever was supposed to be there didn’t show up. Finally, the supervisor shows up to man the site. He said the good employees – Jorge, Carlos, and several other people no longer work there. Not sure why the a-hole who was at Safeway would be considered any better. Anyway, finally I get my money, but it was an extra hour I shouldn’t have had to be standing there. A bunch of people, disgusted, had already left by that time. FYI, losers who are running this company: being«full» every other day is a sign you are failing the customers. Customers have rights. It is your job to see that they are protected.
