Guy that I had today was nice. Fast, friendly and courteous — which was a great change! Today is Monday at 2:30 so perhaps those are the hours this guy works and he’s great! I didn’t get the name to put in the review though

I would give this place no stars if i could. What exactly do these people get paid to do here? First time i was here, some dude named Javier was rude to me. He was late and then acted like he had a problem with me being obsessed with when someone gets here, and if i would get a real job instead of scrounging in the garbage I wouldn’t have to be so obsessive about that. Huh? Next time I was there, no one showed up at all! No sign, no nothing. BUTTHEGLASSCOMPARTMENTWASPRIEDOPENANDALLTHEGLASSWASGONE!!! ONLYON1SIDETHOUGH. ANDTHEREWASGANGGRAFFITISPRAYEDALLOVERTHETRAILER!!! OBVIOUSLY, THEPEOPLEWHOWORKHERECANBECOUNTEDONTONOTSHOWUPHEREANDBOTHERGANGBANGERS! I call and the chick who answers says they fixed the problem. But I talked to the store manager, and they told her they were between attendants. Someone is obviously lying here.

First off, the new guy here was half an hour late and was also EXTREMELY rude. First thing that came out of his mouth as he drove up was«I might be full so I may not be able to take your glass. I only had 5 pieces so that wouldn;t have been a problem. Then I told him they always take it if I get there before it opens and he said „Well, I can call my boss or I can call the police“. Excuse me, HE is the one who did something wrong by being late – why is he talking down to me. Then he says it will take him another 5 minutes to open – by then it was 9:30 when he should have been up and running by 9:00! Then he gets into this sob story about how he’s new and only had 4 days of training(THAT I can believe!!!) and he’s already told his boss his car doesn’t always start and» traffic was bad”. and he lives«all the way in Milpitas». In other words, all the excuses you have heard before from the more inept employees of this company. Then he complained about how much he hates his job and he is only doing it because he needs somewhere to live. He makes this huge deal and repeats over and over(and over) about how he’s following procedure – I guess that’ includes being rude to customers to try to keep them from complaining. Okay, the dude wastes half an hour of my time that he shouldn’t have been, and he expects me to just take it in stride. I guess he missed the part about the customer always being right. I even heard him muttering to himself, using the F– word at least 3 times. he needs to lose the attitude ASAP. Really no excuse for it. And learn to tell time! He also made up this load of crap that you have to count up ALL of your stuff, and that you can’t have some stuff weighed and some counted(the tiny ones) and have 2 receipts. He claimed that his boss Charles said to do it that way. I think he is lying, but if that is really true, then Charles needs to be reported to the state recycling board. The dude had the attitude that he was doing me a favor by doing it that way«just this once», but«next time I’m not gonna do it.» There is absolutely no way this guy was ready to work unsupervised – no excuse for this type of mistreatment of customers whatsoever. He needs to understand he is getting paid to serve customers. He is not getting paid for his opinion of how his life sucks. Hope he has better luck with his new job.
