Nu Image Dental

I am a person who spend a lot of money on his teeth. I always check my dentist 3 time just for checkup annually. Almost 8 months ago, I came to san jose and fount this dentist. I came there to checkup and they charged my issuance lots of money for all pictures (which I am OK)
After 5 months I went back there for another checkup and also I felt pain on one of my teeth. They took more Xray and told me everything is fine (they charged my issuance). And after 10 days I had terrible pain on the same tooth. I went there they took some other Xray and told the same tooth in the bad condition which they can not save it. I was shocked. He decided to check my teeth, and all of sudden he push something on my teeth. I never had any pain like that in my life. He did not use any anesthesia before it. The pain and blood made me angry. The pain caused fell from the chair on the ground. And then he decided to use anesthesia.
Then he said he cannot do anything and I have to go to another dentist. With lots of pain I drove almost 1 hour to another dentist (his friend) and I had extraction there.
How it possible one dentist did not see any issues with my teeth and exactly after 10 days he says he cannot save the teeth. So why I have to pay money to checkup. I think nobody can accepts just 10 days after the checkup, one tooth be in the condition, which the dentist cannot save it.
I talked with two other dentists, they suggest to follow this matter in court.

I have had such positive experiences with this office. The Dentist is knowledgeable and highly skilled. The staff Tammy and Yvvone are absolutely wonderful. Tammy works with your insurance so you don’t have to. She also follows up to see how you are doing after a treatement :) I came here to have a cleaning, a few fills, and a root canal. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a perfect dentist experience! The office is clean and equipped with modern equipment. The chair you sit in has a massaging option. My favorite aspect is being able to watch an interesting documentary on the tv while the dentist does his magic! Thank you Nu Image Dental!

This Dentist is awesome! The dentist and staff are soo nice! They took care of me and my kids all in one appointment. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Dr. Is very patient and nice. I recommend this dental place to anyone looking for a dentist. They take you in right away so your never waiting long. This is the best dental experience i have ever had.

Dr. Van and his staff are amazing! He is highly skilled and gentle. His office is very clean and equipment is state of the art. The moment I walk into Dr. Van office, the receptionist greets me with a smile. Customer service at Dr. Van and his staff is excellent and highly recommended.
