OMG this place is lame. It’s 11:41AM on Sunday. Their sign says they’re open from 10AM-6PM. But they’re closed. Nobody in sight. Thanks.

OMG the service is awful here. I came here a few weeks ago around 10am because I was craving a boba. This was the only place close by my work that I could think of so I thought I would check it out. I walked in and waited a good minute or two before anyone even came out to take my order. I said hi to the girl(who was expressionless) and asked if they had strawberry milk tea with pearls. Her response was yes and she asked if I wanted it made with green or black tea. I asked her what her recommendation was and she rudely said that it was my preference and she didn’t know what I liked. I asked her what most people get and explained to her that I’ve never been asked if I wanted green or black tea anywhere I’ve ordered strawberry milk tea. So I order the one with green tea and then she tells me that they don’t have pearls because she hasn’t made them. Wth? Why didn’t she say that in the beginning? I told her not to worry about it and that I would get a drink someplace else. Bad service. I don’t know how this place is even in business, especially with reading all the other bad reviews…

Wow, how did this happen? We went in, the place is deserted. Order a cup of decaf, the dude working there starts busily working behind the counter, getting coffee, filters, etc. — looks promising, my hope is that his effort will yield me a nice, hot, fresh cup of coffee. About 8 minutes later(yeah, I was counting) I get the joe. Immediately, the aroma forewarned me of a weak cup to follow, and, my olfactory was spot on. The coffee was the weakest, most awful I think I may ever had. I guess the guy working there had never made a cup of coffee in his life, it’s as if he didn’t know which coffee to use and how much. Complete garbage. Tasted like instant coffee. The place is in the boonies, and, I don’t go to San Ho very often because, on the whole, it’s ghetto. Soooo, this dump doesn’t have to worry about me coming back. Ya feel me?

Do not waste your money or time going here. I paid almost 4 dollars for a 16 oz drink. I asked for ICED café mocha and he proceeds to make me a blended one when I clarified with him twice while making the drink that I wanted iced(he was putting everything in the blender) then upon receiving my iced mocha it was hot, watered down with no flavor. When I asked for my money back he refused to give it to me. I had no time to wait for another drink so he wrote on a scrap piece of paper that I could come back for another one later who knows if the person working will even take it. AVOIDATALLCOST. I should have Unilocaled before coming here because all previous reviews were terrible as well. I really wanted to like this place because i work and live nearby but i guess ill just stick to starbucks for those prices

Went here in mid-Feb with a friend that lived nearby. My friend told me this place used to be a smoothie place, which also served proteins, vitamins, supplements, etc. That is very evident when you enter the place; the color scheme and layout of the store resembles a smoothie bar, and there are cabinets with proteins resting on the shelves. There is a large menu on the right side of the wall when you walk in from the parking lot. It says they also serve bagels in addition to pearl drinks, and many coffee drinks with flavored syrup(such as raspberry). The drinks aren’t cheap either compared to Starbucks, Peets, or Philz Coffee. There were only few small square tables in the big, empty, boring waiting/seating area that’s on the left side of the store. My friend ordered an Espresso with a bagel, while I ordered a Raspberry Mocha with whipped cream. My mocha felt thick, which is definitely not supposed to happen! Sure, there’s the whipped cream, but it should have melted… As for my friend’s espresso, he said it was okay, implying that he definitely had better elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs! There is absolutely nothing on the menu that is considered as «OMG». In other words, it does not live up to the name at all! It should be renamed as «Not-OMG Coffee and Tea»!

Bathroom was gross, garbage was full, man working said they had been very busy and lots of people had used it lately… seems like a good reason to clean it. I was the only customer in there at the time. Not impressed.

The place has very high prices and has a bad vibe to it. It looks like a train wreck and is unsanitary. When I asked for my money back the lady was very rude and looked like she was throwing a fit. This place is the worst of the worst and I would rate it at 0 stars but I could not make the rating zero. Do not go to OMG Coffee and Tea!

This location is NOLONGER a Smoothie King. It is now OMG Coffee and Tea. Although the Barista was great and very helpful, the drinks themselves were mediocre, and the prices were steep for being non franchised drinks(if I’m gonna pay Starbucks prices, it better be DAMN good, or it better be Starbucks).
