Such friendly staff! I only come to this one when I go to Kaiser or visit my sister but I love the staff and I’ve never had a bad drink.

This is a great location, friendly staff and definitely fast drinks. The wrap around for the line can be a little chaotic but it works. Plenty of parking around the area. Love this location!

I really wanted to like this spot since it’s close by, but it quickly became crowded and very noisy, and the service is hit-​and-​miss; most of the staff is very friendly, but there are always exceptions like the tall prick with the man bun who ignores you if you approach too closely to the counter unless he wants to yell at you. Not a good place to get any work done, but it’s okay if you want to grab a drink on your way to somewhere less hectic.

Love our Starbucks! We go here all the time. It can be busy sometimes but they get through the line fast. Love the soy vanilla latte, always good. There is not a lot of seating if you are looking for a place to meet friends in the winter. However, in warmer weather there is plenty of seating outside.

Easily one of the worst run Starbucks I’ve been to. Employees are regularly talking amongst themselves rather than attending to customers. They don’t put out enough condiments and what an inconvenience to them when you ask for more. The place is incredibly small and poorly laid out as well. The baristas are so slow that the line always backs up and because of the cramped space everyone is piled into each other. C’mon SBUX you’re way better than this!

This location ALWAYS takes way too long! I was here once & there were 5 workers behind the counter cleaning, organizing, one sweeping when the line was out the door! Will not be coming back.

If I have to be somewhere, I can’t just swing my this location like I can many others. It’s just way to slow in comparison to every other Starbucks. even when it’s not busy it’s slow.

Good fast Starbucks. Employees are always friendly and working fast. Their coffee is always consistent compared to other starbucks. Breda was very attentive and unlike other starbucks places, I didn’t have to repeat my drink 3 times.

The coffee drinks are made great.

I really enjoy this location. It could have something to do with the fact that I visit on Saturday mornings when I’m completely relaxed and enjoying the beginning of two blissful days off. Or it could just be the atmosphere.
The only negative thing about this location is the size. They don’t really have enough space for the amount of people that end up waiting for their drinks. Although it’s always relatively quick, less than five minutes, to get your drink, there seems to be at least ten people waiting every time I come.

This is a great new Starbucks that just opened up around my area. The parking can get a little crazy around here but the location has a good amount of seats if you are going to hang around.
I ordered a customized holiday drink and had great service. The drink came out just right.

One of the bigger locations I’ve been to, actually. I am glad that this new plaza has one because I like coming here for Ulta and sometimes Target as well. It’s just convenient for me to go over if I wanted some coffee.
I was here today, Sunday around 3PM. It didn’t get too busy, to be honest. I ordered a venti Chestnut Praline with an extra shot as well as my bf. Our friend came over and met us and got the same thing. The barista gave him a stamp card, but he didn’t give one to my bf… Weird. So that’s why I am docking a star, for not being consistent.
What I like about this location is that they have those Duracell wireless charging ring things, but the downside is that some tables don’t have the powermat and there aren’t too many outlets around.
We’ll definitely be back though.

Since this location has open I have came here about every day to get my usual (Venti ice coffee). I decided to get something different instead (a caramel latte). I am used to paying $ 2.95 and not $ 4.65 for my coffee of the day. I look at the screened displaying the price that I owed them and I realize there was two different cost. There was one for $ 4.15 and again $ 4.65. Then, I ask «why» and «what» was I paying for? Therefore, it went from one person explaining it to me to four people feeling the need to explain it to me too. Which I don’t understand why one
person couldn’t answer the question? All I wanted to know was what was I paying for: pumps or was I paying for caramel sauce? That’s it! Instead, I got four people staring at me and talking to me like I’m an idiot.

This Starbucks is located in the new plaza of stores and restaurants that are opening up near Kaiser on Cottle Road. If you’ve been to one Starbucks, it’s pretty much the same thing. It’s just a matter of the workers and the location that makes it different I guess. The workers were pretty friendly. It was pretty clean inside. I did notice that it’s a very narrow Starbucks, so there’s not much room in there. I also noticed that their coffee tables in there have wireless battery stations? Didn’t really get to look into that but I thought it was interesting. Or maybe Starbucks has always had that and I just noticed it now?

This Starbucks is so pretty! I love how neat and clean everything is! There are plenty of tables inside and outside to sit and enjoy your favorite Starbucks drink. There’s also wifi which allows you to sit and be productive for hours!
My favorite shaken tea is the green tea lemonade with strawberry sweeten! Trust me on this one. It’s so refreshing and light! It’s my go to drink when I am in a rush or can’t decide on what to order!
My favorite ice coffee is the soy caramel macchiato! Why the soy? Because Starbucks’ soy milk is so delicious! I just can’t get enough of it. I like to take a sip of the soy milk first before mixing in the coffee. :)
This place have the best barista! They haven’t messed up my drink yet! Best of all they always ask how to spell my name and make sure to even get that right!

Just visited the new Starbucks in the new plaza on Cottle.
Baristas were super nice and the location is very techie. I love the large table with the high chairs and the bar table/​stools. A great location for those working with a laptop as they have a ton of outlets.
They also have a ton of outdoor seating and a cute porch couch

This Starbucks is so nice! It is located same plaza as Target but directly across from Target. There was no line and our drinks were super fast! Our order was taken by Pauleene who has great customer service with a smile! I asked for a Frappucino that is like the Java Chip but minus the caffeine for my son and she had the perfect solution! My son was a very happy camper with his drink! Awesome customer service! Thank you!
Looking forward to the many businesses opening up around this area!

Noelle’s Unilocal Notebook 2014
Visited this new Starbucks coffee shop located in the newly constructed Village Oaks shopping center on Cottle Road. After shopping at Lowes nearby we stopped for snacks and drinks on this über hot California day.
Came here with my mom, my hubs and son. This location is new, the inside is narrow but the shop is long (think rectangular). Inside seating is limited but they have plenty of outdoor seating. Customer service was friendly from start to finish.

Hubs loved his mocha cookie crunch frap and breakfast sandie. Mom liked her chai latte (I tried this and really liked it). My iced green tea was refreshing and I love the pink cakepop.
Great iced drinks, delish snacks and friendly customer service make this Starbucks a winner in my Unilocal Notebook!!!
