Bread is good but customer service sucks today me and my boyfriend went so this lady is being extra rude saying anything else and acting super rude she looked mad just because of that I will never go back there worst experience ever

The bread is good, this review is for the baker an older hispanic male. He will try to get away with cake orders.
If you have to order a cake here. Get it one day before the event. He’s a bit sneaky.
The lady a young hispanic girl, she’s very friendly and has the greatest costumer service.

Best mexican pan in san jose!!! Always fresh and always open, even during the hoildays. Great customer service.!! In and out real quick. But one thing is they ONLY ACCEPT CASH!!!

I love this bakery. My kids love the pan dulce. I love the tamales, also the tortas. I get all my family’s birthday cakes here, super yummy.
We are regular customers and always been a pleasure. Highly recommend

Don’t know about the baked goods (I’m not really a fan of Mexican pastries, they just seem like they’re always in costume), but these are the BEST tamales in the Bay Area, hands down.
Moist without being soggy, perfect meat to masa ratio, flavorful meat that doesn’t overpower the masa flavor. On the more expensive side for a tamale (2 $ each) but soooo worth it. I’ve had tamales from here 4 times, and they are consistently awesome.

This bakery is a hidden gem! I went in for my wife’s favorite conchas, and was recommended to try different pastries so I did and they were awsome! Will defiantly be back well worth it!

By far the freshest tastiest bread around, My local bakery’s didn’t impress me. This is definitely not the closest to me, but still make the drive to this bakery hands down the best and worth the drive. We had our daughters birthday cake made there and the chocolate cake was moist and fluffy frosting was perfect not too sweet just how we like it. My whole family is hooked do your self a favor and see for your self.

While at a birthday party, someone brought in this innovative cake.
A custom two level cake: the lower part was chocolate and the upper part was flan. Cherrys on top, but my serving was sans cherrys.
The chocolate smelled rich; as I sunk my fork into it, I could tell many eggs were used. It was almost like a torte. And tasted like one too; chocolate lovers will enjoy this cake.
The upper part was flan and it was light n’ creamy, mildly sweet.
A great combination if you ask me. I“ve got to order one of these!
