I was told the chef stops cooking at 9:45, I said it was 9:34 and she said ya well what do you want and we aren’t going to cook it. Bruh?! Don’t work with people then if you suck at it.

Started in line with Elena. I ordered one bowl and one plate before I could complete any of my sentences, Elena would repeat«And what else and what else.» And every time I would try to tell her what else, she would walk away, come back, and ask me what I wanted. I paid cash and attempted to eat. The food was terrible. The white rice was very undercooked, and both the sweet and sour chicken and the sweetfire chicken were cold. I decided to get a refund. Susan the register lady called over a name-tagless lady to come over and refund me. Susan acted as if she did ring me up. Got my refund: a five dollar bill and 3 dollars in quarters. I did not return the panda bowl as it was my wife’s. She is pregnant so it was this or nothing. About to go to McDonald’s because at least they can live up to a low expectation.

I used to come here because it was close to my job that I was working at in the shopping center. I would usually come here and get the 2 item combos which is half and half chow mein and white rice and orange chicken and green bean chicken. The food is okay it’s not speculatar but their proportions are alright to. The only complaint I really have about this place is the staff. They always talk about their customers in like A different language and look at me or other people and laugh while speaking their language. VERY unprofessional. They never seem happy at their job and never smile and always seem to rush me and other people with their order. Sometimes they take a long time to approach you and serve you. Like they would be talking in a group by the cashier and they see me standing waiting. They never apologize for keeping me waiting or say hello. Anyways, I am not returning back to this location but they do need to brush up on their customer service and their attitudes…

So what, it’s American Chinese food. That doesn’t mean it’s not still delicious. I almost always order the chow mein, orange chicken, and eggrolls. You get a decent deal for considering the amount of food you get. I always seem to have leftovers. If you’re a healthy eater then your choices will be limited, but it is possible to just get some brown rice and veggies. Service could be better in terms of engaging their customers, but honestly I don’t care about that as long as they prepare the food well and it taste good.

You have to except the copious amounts of salt and glaze that occur in these kinds of Asian fast food places… but selective pickins and careful explanation and you can do a fairly healthy deal for yourself and at a really fair price as well!~ Pick the veggies and ask for meats with decreased glaze and don’t eat white rice and wamo! You have a mean deal or deal meal you can live with and so can the levels of water retention from all the drinking you will need to do to quench thine thirst! ;)

I love panda express food, but whenever I come in within an hour of closing, they never have anywhere near a full selection of food. I came in today and they had about 7 bowls of food left, and most were pretty empty! This location needs better management. Do better.

Worst ass fucking place ever! Old rice, not even a fucking a full cup of sweet and sour sauce. Faye was very rude. We had to wait 15 minutes for a order of cheese rangoons and we came back to our hotel to find that she totally forgot the other sweet and sour sauce! Never going to take my service there again. Spring rolls suck too! And DOESNOTSELLPOTSTICKERS!

I really wish Unilocal had half stars, because this location would get 3.5 instead of 4. I’m not going to talk trash about it because let’s face it people it’s Chinese fast food, if you’re looking for high quality go to pf changs. Ok, so I come here at lunch time every so often when I come to this shopping center for waxing or shopping. The food is always fresh because of the large amount of people that come here. This specific visit I got broccoli beef, string bean chicken and white rice. Everything was delicious and fresh, just a little miffed that I got almost all string beans and no chicken. I like string beans, but a little protein would be nice. Dislike the fact that you have to ask for hot sauce and soy sauce, but the unfriendly cashier gives you 1 hot sauce and no soy sauce with an attitude. No sweat off my back I didn’t need the extra sodium. I just smiled and said have a great day.

So, how much longer will they keep the corn in the fried rice? I’m guessing forever? Improved the profit margin, right?

Panda Express… when you are hungry, lazy to cook dinner, wants some rice and two side dishes, and only have $ 10 in your pocket. Bam! That’s my review… short and simple.

I was craving some«Chinese» food and Panda Express was the closest in my area. The store was clean when I walked in and there was no line so it wasn’t a hassle. The only thing that was a hassle was that they didn’t have the food I wanted and they were cooking some more. Refusing to wait, I just ordered a half & half rice and chow mein along with with two entrees: orange chicken and chicken breast with green beans. Chicken breast with green beans: 4⁄5 — I usually get these because I love chicken and green beans but they mostly gave me strong beans and not enough chicken. Orange chicken: 3⁄5 — it was mediocre chicken. Of course because it’s Panda. You get tired of the orange chicken after about eating half of the portions. Rice & chow mein: 3⁄5 — they both tasted like microwaveable food but it did the job to fill me up. Would I come back and eat here again? Possibly. Would this be my first choice? Nope. I would rather go to an authentic Chinese restaurant.

IS to cold for kids. I understand is a fast food get in and out but they do not need to put the a/c all the way down to move the customers. The food gets cold in seconds !!!

I live really close to this location and end up coming here quite a bit. If you come during the day it’s fine. The customer service is hot or miss. There is one girl that’s there a lot and super nice, but other than that, it’s iffy at best. Every time I come here after work, around 9:40(50 minutes before close!) they have one or two things left! They also won’t make the cream cheese rangoons, which are my favorite! They might as well just tell people they’re closed at 9:30 instead of 10:30 if they aren’t going to have ANYFOODLEFT after that. It’s ridiculous. I work at Starbucks and I’ve worked in restaurants. I understand wanting to get out on time, to clean and get everything done, but they take it to a whole other level! That would be like me just telling everyone I’m out of coffee AT A COFFEESHOP for the last hour! Wow. Disappointed in this place at best. Won’t be going there anymore!

This Panda Express is closest to where we live, and we’ve always been happy with the product served. My husband and I went here tonight for a quick meal at around 6. I love getting a panda bowl with orange chicken and fried rice. The portions aren’t always consistent, but it’s always really delicious food. Service is usually pretty prompt, depending on time of day and dinner rush, the only thing that threw us a little about tonight was that it was pretty messy in the eating area… but I would think that’s kind of expected on a Sunday after a dinner rush. Other times we have eaten here and it’s been clean enough!

I know this place is fast food and we can only expect so much when it comes to customer service, BUT they suck. I walked in late night on a Saturday night this was one of many nights were they only had scraps to offer. i mean like 2 pieces of orange chicken and 2 pieces of some other old looking stuff.. i get it they want to get off on time and they stop cooking all the food at a certain time. but it is still not ok. CLOSEYOURDOORSTHEN! We were never greeted instead what looked to be a manager and an employee saw us coming and hid in a back corner so they wouldn’t have to help us. and it wasn’t even closing time ! LAZYEMPLOYEES and BADCUSTOMERSERVICE. ugh never again.

Let’s be real here: it’s a Panda Express, which is basically the fast food chain of Chinese food businesses. But I dig how they have the food options laid out like a buffet. The meal options are simple and make it easy to choose. Being vegetarian, I usually get the eggplant with tofu on top of noodles. It’s a little sweet and mildly flavored so I generally have to pack on the liquid sodium(soy sauce). But it’s pretty filling. They also have fountain drinks, gift cards, fortune cookies, and hot ‘n’ spicy soup as an add-on to their meals. It’s a quick affordable option if you’ve got a Chinese food craving.

First time here and last. First impressions really count. The food was stale and old, tasted nothing like Panda.

It’s amazing the number of restaurants popping up in this new plaza! The fact that there is now a Panda Express is even better! Food proportions are good(even during the lunch hour) and they have a lot of people working to make the lines go fast(with two registers). However, not too sure on why they chose this particular space and layout. Immediately walking into the door, you have the food line to your right. It only takes about 3 people in line to be waiting outside the door. Sure they have a nice walkway for a line to bleed into, but no one really wants to wait outside in the drastic California weather. There’s also very minimal space inside to eat indoors. So don’t plan on eating there especially if you go with a few people. At the moment there is construction so parking is an interesting situation. I just parked in the Starbucks parking lot and walked over through the new pathway next to chipotle and crossed the street. I’m sure I’ll update this review when the contradiction is finally complete and maybe they will add tables outside. But come visit and check it out for yourself! Nothing’s better than a brand new restaurant experience(:
