The service was terrible, waiting in line for about 15 min when there wasn’t busy also so small portions of food in a plate love panda express but this store really sucks

For a location that’s not very period; I’d franchise hours state they open at 10, they should be open by that time. After getting off my flight thought I’d get my panda fix but yes 10:15 and they still won’t acknowledge that they have customers at the door nor are they open. Not sure of Panda’s enforcement of franchise policy but this place is poorly run and will not return; head to the one on McKee as they were a lot more cordial.

Saturday, 5⁄7 To Panda Express management, this location needs some attention! I was there since 955am, picking up food for my Saturday crew of 10 people, and a staff inside saw me pulling the locked door at 10:02. I waited till 10:09, and this same guy walked to the main door and stick up a sign says«today open 1030»… Do you know how to do business? I doubt it!

Been eating at this location for years. why? Well that’s a great question. The truth is simple. This location is right by our house. That’s the only reason to eat here. They constantly have problems with food and service. No matter the time of day/night you come they will either not have certain foods that day or you’ll have to wait on it. Today… Just as last week, no string bean chick. No mushroom chicken either. Three others in the restaurant and they still can’t keep up cooking. Don’t order online either. Cause if they’re out of an item they can’t refund you. The poor employees just want to write handwritten notes for you to bring in the next day to complete your order. I don’t blame the employees. The problems at this location have outlived most of the come and go staff. This location has MANAGEMENT problems.

Worst Panda Express ever. I personally loooove Panda Express and I was so disappointed in this one. I did an online order for pick up because I was in a time crunch and when I got there, the girl said that she forgot it and didn’t have it ready. I had to sit here and wait an extra 15 minutes because the teriyaki chicken needed to be cooked. I gave them over 20 minutes notice and they still were not able to fulfill the order. My online ticket was just sitting there when I got there and all the girl could say was«sorry I forgot.» I have to get back to work, seriously?

Slow Slow Slow, resulting in stale food. When the green beans become a shade of grey, its ptetty stale. I got the terriyaki chicken and the youth behind the counter forgot the terriyaki. Everyone who works there has a clueless stare, exceot for the cook who has an expression of «I dont reall give a rat’s a$$, this is just a temp job» look. Can’t blame the guy, he could operate his own chinese take out if he had the capital. Anyways, if one customer takes 5 minutes to serve and you are the fifth in line, you do the math.

Long lines, cold food, few options, pretty much sums this one up. This location needs some severe attention. There was trash all over the inside.

I came in on a Monday night and it was extremely slow. There were 9 people in line(I’m writing this as I wait for my food to make it to the register. They were out of several items and they were extremely slow to greet me. I was at the counter for at least a minute before anyone acknowledged me.

The employees at Panda Express deserve credit. I personally witnessed two young girls interrupt their own lunch breaks to help a rush of people before they returned to eat their own dinners. These kids have to deal with angry idiots lining up for cheap food all day. It would benefit everyone to exercise a little patience and respect. The food is what you expect. If you came here expecting a five-star dining experience, then you’re the one drunk on stupid.

At the least come once a week to get food here and its average. I went last week and the whole plate was disgusting the veges tasted like fish, orange chicken very hard and grill chic was very dry. I called them because it was horrible and I wanted a refund. I had order two plates the same and they only gave me credit for one of them. I think I should of got credit for two plates but I guess one is good enough.

I’ve been to this Panda Express a number of times. It’s is usually a pretty straight forward experience. However, on my last visit, I had to deal with people who were unable to pay attention! I had to repeat the items I ordered several times! They kept repeating the items I ordered and I kept confirming. And this occurred a number of times for each and every item! By the time I got to the cashier, my patience had grown thin. I showed and told the cashier TWICE that I was also getting a bottle of water. So he starts to ring me up and asks me «So you’re getting a bottle of water?» Is there something in the food that they serve here that causes stupidity!!! Panda Express needs to hire smarter people!

This location is clean and new and the food I’ve had here has always been good. They had new batches of food ready except for the spare ribs. Lots of seating. Parking lot is small but helps that the spots are 20 min with the green curb pant. They use the cardboard type to go containers. My fav is always chow me in, orange chicken, pepper chicken with the celery, just tried their Beijing beef that was pretty good with some spice to it.

I would give this place less than one star if I could. The line is to the door and they have TWO people working it during the«lunch rush»? Wow… what a complete let down. Especially since we have been in line for 25 minutes!

This location is COMPLETELY understaffed. This area has limited dining options for all of the employees of the local businesses. Every time I go to this location, the line is out the door. Clearly unfortunate for those of us with only a half hour for lunch. I was stoked when they started offering the online ordering. I was able to order and pay even hours ahead of time. Come to find that I’m still stuck waiting for my order upon arrival. One time, for a whole 15 minutes.

I love oriental food especially chinese! The orange chicken is a must order! The sweet and spicy flavors are well balanced and you can actually taste orange! Haha Also, I read my fortune from the cookies and I felt inspired!

I am fully aware of what this chain is and what to expect. My issue here is that the parking is a nightmare and the service is terribly slow, even for a Panda Express. If you come by any time between 12−2pm on a weekday, you will be waiting in line for at least 30 minutes. The folks behind the counter never seem to be in a rush. They also typically forget parts of the order and need to be repeatedly reminded. I find it especially annoying that the cashier never supplies any condiments or napkins for a take out order. They also consistently forget to give fortune cookies :-(

Let me say this place was AWESOME! There was a cook back there named Randy and he worked his butt off. Then there was Amairani(Spelling is wrong) that was very friendly and great social skills. These two made my experience at this Panda wonderful. I came in after 9pm so I assumed they would be limited on items, but when I asked for what I wanted they took it to the next level and got me what I wanted, no issues at all. There was another young lady that was making sure the tables were cleaned and the soda machine area was clean. These people were on top of their store! KUDOS!

As a person of Asian descent, I cannot, by my very principle, give this place more than 2 stars. My ancestors would roll in their graves if I sang their praises. However, the food by itself also warrants the score. All the orange chicken is overly drenched in artificial food flavoring; it could be filled with newspaper for I know. The lo mein is plain. The beef and broccoli is nothing special. Simply put, this place lives up to what everyone’s been saying: it’s Americanized Chinese food. Not authentic at all so it doesn’t have that exotic taste of the real cuisine, but at least it’s essentially fast food. Served quick right in front of you. It’s a shame that it’s not that cheap… real authentic Asian food can be half the price.
