What can I say, the above and beyond customer service experience I had with this company was all thanks to the General Manager, Jaleel. I am not one to believe in posting reviews on companies but I had to make it a point to provide information to my experience with this master agent company. I recently was looking to open a new MetroPCS store and had already experienced nightmares trying to contact corporate and another Master agent company. Jaleel Hanif came into the picture and was haven sent. He worked diligently with other MetroPCS managers and the property landlord as well kept in constant contact with me (via phone and email) ensuring that the remaining process of my deal ran smoothly. He set up meetings and even negotiated rent for me with the property landlord. Becasue of Jaleel Hanif I now own my very own MetroPCS dealership! Go Jaleel!
