Very professional Doctor. Very Calm Cool and collective. I made the mistake of picking him instead of a Urologist. I am very glad he was open and honest and did not make me feel like a fool. He recommended I see the right type of doctor and gave me Dr. Hwong. I am eternally greatful. I am glad to have met him. I hope I never have to meet him again actually because it would mean my kidneys were worse and would require surgery or dialysis. Thank you Doctor Tse for your upstanding service. Please note bring cash for your co-​payment.

How about a million stars for the offices of Dr Phillip and Daniel Tse. It is as good as it gets when your prayer is answered to find the right help for Mom.
From my experience as well as others (nurses and MDs) whom spoke to me, the consensus is, Dr. Phillip Tse is our favorite Nephrologist.
What makes him a perfect Dr., and a precious one, is that he genuinely cares, he has excellent work ethics, he is passionate about his profession, and he is an experienced doctor.
I feel lucky and blessed my Mom is in good hands.

Dr Tse is my grand mother’s renal doctor. Dr Tse is easy to talk to and genuinely cares about the well being of others and of course their kidneys. Dr Tse definitely knows whats he’s talking about. If you or your loved ones need to see a nephrologist in San Jose he would definitely be one of my top choices.
