Pizza Hut

I love that they have new ingredient options like spinach and a variety of sauces!
One thing: the spinach needs to be baked with the rest of the pizza and not just sprinkled dry and uncooked at the top (No where was it noted the spinach was going to be uncooked, otherwise I would have added it to the special notes section when ordering online). At the least, maybe offer it both ways to customers. Also is the spinach organic? I guess we will never know.
I think Pizza Hut is headed in the right direction with the spinach. Please make whole wheat crust (or whole wheat flat bread) as an option! I’d be willing to pay extra for this.

I have been going to this Pizza Hut as my main destination if I need a quick pizza fix.
I often place my orders through the app which is pretty quick and easy. My food is always tasting great. Love that 2 medium pizza for $ 6.99 deal.
Staff is very friendly and organize. Plus it is clean a clean environment. You just got yourself a loyal customer

There is obviously no quality check when the pizzas come out of the oven. My cheese sticks looked like they had been sitting for an hour and a half. Here are the issues I experienced today with my delivery.
LISTED ISSUES:
1. Pizza was ordered at 12:35
2. Email confirmation stated that pizza would be delivered at 1:04pm
3. 1:30 pm, called Pizza Hut and they stated that they were having a delay of 90 minutes on orders and that I should seen this information when my order was confirmed. *Checked my email and it said 30 minutes.
4. Employee on the phone (female voice) stated that it would be 20 more minutes and that the pizza was in the oven.
5. Pizza was delivered at about 2pm. ORDERED PLACED at 12:35pm, CONFIRMED DELIVERY at 1:04pm, DELIVERED at 2pm. Thats a big time difference.
6. Pizza quality did not look fresh and looked like it was under the heat lamp for some time. Pizza was not hot.
7. Cheese Sticks did not look fresh as it looked like it was sitting for a good hour. The cheese was TOASTED and cold
Summary:
I was so excited when Pizza Hut opened up on Berryessa. When I first ordered, I was impressed with the quick delivery. Lately, the customer service has dropped rapidly. I use to work at Round Table Pizza and at times, I would prefer Pizza Hut. I know quality check on a pizza when i see one and the pizza and cheese sticks I received today just about did it for me with this place.
I am sorry Pizza Hut, but this location just lost a good customer. I’ll just stick to the Dominos and Lil Caesars that is closer me. For the quality you provided me in today’s pizza, I might as well just order the $ 5.00 pizza and add a few toppings since my order looked to be as equivalent to your competitor.

2 medium all the toppings you want pizzas for $ 15. We usually have leftover pieces for another 2 days. Do not microwave leftover pizzas like a lazy bum, put them in a non-​stick skillet/​pan and toast them on both sides on medium heat for 5 – 10 mins. The crust and bread comes out nice and crunchy instead of all soggy.

Best pizza and customer service.
Not only they delivered pizza but the delivery guy came again to deliver missing stuff.

This Pizza Hut seems to make pizza better than all the other PIzza Hut’s I’ve been to (Sierra, Park Victoria), so my rating is gonna be based off of that. I usually get the thin and crispy pizza.
Minus one star for not slicing the pizza all the way through. Nothing more mood ruining than having to slice the pizza yourself.

My last pizza at this location was not good but decided to give it another try. I saw a deal on the new Flavor Dipper. Like my last review, this location doesn’t take many of the national coupons, it’s advertised as $ 12.99 but they have it as $ 13.99. I didn’t mind since it came with a free 2 liter. Overall, the delivery was very fast within 30 minutes and the pizza dough was a lot better this time. A review on the Dipper, it’s huge, for myself, I ate ¼ and have enough for leftover for the next 2 days. The pizza also comes with 4 different sauces which gives variety: Mariana, ranch, shiracha, and BBQ. I was tempted to order cheese sticks and glad I didn’t, this concept is very similar but with toppings and cut in half. Finally, Pizza Hut did something right!

My husband and I order in from here on days when we simple cannot be bothered to even get up and drive out.
We usually take the $ 11 custom pizza and order a half and half because we like different toppings. The pizza is usually good and I say usually because on some days it’s really sub par. Also sub par is the way they sometimes reach your place even later than the ticking online timer says they should reach. :(
On the bright side the delivery guy sometimes brings us a free side of breadsticks so yay. :)
Also if you like the custom built pizza you ordered online last time, you can just reorder it from the phone app but the desktop version of the site doesnt allow this. Yes it’s weird.
Will I be ordering again? Definitely. :)

This is my second order from the «new» pizza hut and I am very disappointed. Both orders were messed up each time. How can you mess up pizza? I ordered online so it’s not like I was hard to understand. Other pizza hut locations seem to get it right! The first time they left out a topping… Ok. The second time I asked for light sauce… Well guess what… I got NO sauce at all! Well they showed me, didn’t they? lol. They always skimp on the toppings like they are being cheap and trying to save money. When I ask for pepperoni, I expect the pizza to look like pepperoni and not like 8 pieces spread out to make it look «covered» WOW!
I do like me some Pizza hut but I’m better off going to round table or another location. Apparently you have to ask (and probably pay for) extra pepperoni if you want one like on tv or their ads!

4 stars because Pizza Hut pizza is so delicious. This isn’t a joint to eat at and not sure if they deliver since i live 10 minutes away walking but I can’t get delivery from them when I try to order online. It’s in the same plaza as a bar and a liquor store so perhaps place your order first then «run an errand» while you wait ;) or you can be more on-​the-​ball then I was and actually order ahead!

USED to be good years ago when it came to food & service. But after yesterday, they disappointed me. Saw the commercial on TV while watching football & it got me craving. Went online to order & it’s fairly simple, plus they have a timer ticking for when your pizza should arrive, which I thought is pretty good.
Now the fun part. I ordered the $ 11.99 Online Deal Large Bacon & Cheese stuffed pizza with 2 toppings + free 2 Liter. I usually split the toppings into 2 halves (almost every pizza place lets me do this without charging me extra toppings). And they give you the option to split it online when ordering. When I was checking out, I noticed they charged me 2 additional toppings (I’m like WTF?). I tried to go back and re-​do it thinking it was an error for extra charges, but nope. Then, they add a $ 3.50 delivery charge (I’m thinking it goes to the driver), then last but not least they «Strongly Suggest» you tip the driver. (ugh…)
Under the special instructions, I put «PLEASE CALL BEFORE ARRIVING», (I’m all the way in the back room watching TV & cant hear the front door). A courtesy call to let me know they’re almost here would’ve been nice but nope. Driver showed up & other people in the household were confused. Not to mention the driver didnt have any packs of peppers or Parmesan cheese. Already annoyed, I still tipped the driver $ 2. So in the end, I paid pretty much double the $ 11.99 that was advertised.
Now the food… Pizza was really flimsy! I pulled off a slice and it just drooped & all the cheese and toppings fell off. Crust was very soggy. I had to hold it with 2 hands when eating to keep it from drooping & toppings falling off. Not to mention the outside crust wasnt even stuff with much cheese at all. This is the 2^nd time a Pizza Hut store has disappointed me, the last time was 2 years ago at the Race Street location. And I didnt order from a Pizza Hut again until now. I figure it’s been a while, different store, but nope. The Pizza I got definitely didnt look like the one I saw on the commercial. I should’ve just stuck with Dominos.

This Pizza Hut is my go-​to place when I’m craving for that delicious stuffed crust! It’s located in a tiny plaza on Sierra and Piedmont with a few run-​down bars around. I wouldn’t go to this location alone after dark. There are no seats inside so be prepared to carry-​out.
The employees are always friendly on the phone and offer to tell you their specials before you place your order so I never feel like I’m getting jipped by not having coupons.
Recently just tried their meat lovers cheesy bites pizza and I’ll definitely be back for more! Couldn’t help but peel the cheese off the wax paper after all the slices were gone — it’s just that good!

Usually pretty reliable and tasty pizza… There’s new staff recently, so maybe that’s why there was a couple of mistakes this last visit. But like I said always tasty!

Parking can be tough sometimes but the people are great. My pizza & que papas are always good.

I actually really enjoy this place when I’m in a hurry and want some pizza.
Very greasy, but it’s the good type of grease which is the real tasty type! No wonder it’s good!
Pizza Hut’s name has been on a downhill slope during the past decade, but even with their decline, they are still very good and cheap. Having a party? Just order some Pizza Hut pizza.
Service is very fast and they don’t mess around with their toppings. Again, if you live in the area and want some quick pizza, this could be your stop.

Whatever they put on their crust has made the pizza that much more delicious.
I had a coupon two mediums at 6 dollars a piece. The first pizza I did pepperoni, mushrooms, and jalapeño. The second pizza I for was pepperoni, ham and jalapeño.
As I said the crust so yummy. And their ranch has gotten a lot better. But as far as toppings go. Notice both my orders had mushrooms. When we were eating our pizza we noticed the non spicy one was loaded with mushrooms (YAY!!!) but the spicy one had just a few. It was almost like the second pizza got what was left in the persons hand once they topped pizza one.
Also don’t waste your money with the pasta they are expensive and you hardly get any.

Just found a piece of hair in my personal pepperoni pizza. I wont be back. I’m so happy my kids didn’t eat it. Somebody needs to wear a hair net.

I call to place a order, the other phone rang and the lady placed me on hold to take another order… Really??? And they messed my order! Err Only reason I order here because it’s close to my house

I always order here when I have nothing to eat at home. It’s obvious that this is not the best pizza place ever but it’s decent and affordable.
I ordered a lot of stuff from here:
— Super Supreme
— Honey BBQ Wings
— Chicken Alfrado Pasta
— P’Zone
— P’Zolo
And they are pretty good for it’s price. I always order for delivery and sometimes they put me on hold and just forget… I would have to call them back. They are pretty fast on delivery and the delivery man is pretty nice. I always give them a good tip.
This place does not have a place to dine, such as Round Table, so it’s only take-​out (Pick-​Up) or delivery.
The service here is good and fast… only problem, like I mentioned, they sometimes will put so on hold and forget about you.
