Round Table Pizza

Order a pizza like we have before in the the past to pick up. Once we got there there was line of people waiting & the didn’t have our order ready & we had our wait for 45 minutes to get the pizza. All they said was there 2 games going on but yet they disnt offer any discount or nothing & the pizza look like they didn’t make much effort to cook it.

They moved across the street and forgot to take the meaning of service with them.
Wouldn’t let us eat in the back as there wasn’t 15 or more of us even though place was empty.
Forgot to make our pizza.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Choose another location. Terrible service, pizza didn’t taste right and had to wait an additional 30 minutes after the promised time.
Go to Morrill one instead.

The management and staff here are horrible. They do not know what they are doing. I ordered a personal pizza here to go and had to wait an hour. They told me 30 minutes on the phone. When I got here first she told me it had no sausage and then said it just went into the oven. I’m never coming back.

I love this place. The pizza is awesome and the staff is very friendly This is my favorite pizza place. Now that they moved to their new location, this is the nicest Round Table I’ve been to. (You got to see it)

Staff in general in this places sucks, but pizza has been really good though. Being the only person in the place i asked for a small pizza which they said it would take 20 mins. I understand you had «a million» orders, but seriously 20 min?
Ok, when i asked after 20 exactly for my pizza. «Hey its been 20 minutes, is my pizza ready?» Looking at the oven and listening to a previous conversation I noticed they messed it up putting a personal instead of a small. So of course it was going to take even longer.
The manager in the meanwhile just said «is not ready because you just ordered it» with my ticker in hand. Anyway. NEVER COMING BACK!!!

If you have no choice and must get round table pizza then go here. Otherwise go to some other round table for better ad faster service!

Ordered online to have a pizza come to my house at 10:00. The guy came 1 hour early and i was at the store at the time. He decides to meet me at the store because i need to show the card i used to get the pizza. Not only was he early the card number on thr receipt wasnt even my number and he was reluctant to give me my pizza. Even after calling me numerous times he knows i ordered it, it was still under my name, just a different number. It took awhile for him just to give me the pizza, that was once again an hour early! Itll be cold by the time my friend comes and microwave pizza isnt our most favorite thing in the world :/

Ate here yesterday it was horrible salad dressings and salad toppings tasted old n stale. The all you can eat pizza was poor everything was made with sausage and dough tasted old and pizza was dry not enough sauce this particular round has alwasys been bad

Today I came back again to try the chicken wings, it was really delicious

I love round table pizza but this place is not what round table pizza is known for.
First of all their prices are higher than other round table pizzas.
Second the customer service is the worse than mc Donald.
I went there to get 2 extra large pizzas an 6 garlic twists. They charged me over $ 60 but I didn’t get want I paid for. The dough was old and was not puffy. The twists were burnt.
Looking at their oven, I should have known. It is dirty and burnt all around like its not cleaned in years.
I called to complain and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I called again and this time the same person answered and when asked for manager, she told me to hold and then she hung up the phone.
Needless to say I am never coming here again.
This place is not the place I want to go for a pizza.

My friends and I were stuck between a rock and a hard place: We were watching the Ducks vs. Buckeyes AND we were hungry. We wanted to get dinner, but we didn’t want to miss the National Championship. Our solution to this problem? Order a pizza!
One of my friends went online and checked to see how long it would take them to make a pizza from this particular Round Table (it was the closest). The website said AROUND ONE HOUR. We decided we might get better results if we just called the place and ask the employees if it would really take an hour. Here’s how the phone conversation went:
Friend 1: Hi, I’d like to order a pizza…
Employee: Can I have your number?
Friend 1: (Friend gives number) I was wondering how long it would take for delivery?
Employee: Um…25 minutes to an hour…
Friend 2: 25 minutes to an hour is a pretty big f*cking gap
Friend 1: If we did carry out, would it be faster?
Employee: …Can I have your number?
At this point we were all pretty much aghast at how this conversation was going. My friend had this on speaker phone and I ‘m pretty sure the employee asked for his number at least one more time. Bruh… We ordered half of a Italian Supreme and King Arthur’s Supreme XL size and the employee told us it was going to be $ 31 and about a 25 minute wait. Maybe that one hour wait was because they weren’t sure how long their drivers were going to be out or something.
When we arrived at the Round Table, I was pretty shocked. There was one person manning the cash register and four other people just hanging out and doing nothing. One of my friends presented them with a coupon for $ 3 off and the guy gave us $ 5 off, which was cool, but it also pretty much implied that no one gave a sh*t there. Anyway, we were the only pizza there, so I can’t imagine that they were being flooded by calls for pizza at this time.
How was the pizza? While it had that signature Round Table flavor, the toppings felt underdone and lukewarm. I mean, a pizza isn’t going to cool down during a 5 minute drive, so I don’t know if it wasn’t heated all the way or what. Anyway, after the experience I’d rather go to a better rated Round Table. I guess stars do matter even when if it comes to chains. The only reason this place is getting 2 stars from me is is because the guy manning the counter gave us $ 5 off instead of the original $ 3 off.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! POS (Point of Sale) IS POS!!!
ugh…horrible!!! Just horrible This place needs to work on their customer service and unfortunately everything else. I placed an order @ 3 PM with an estimated time of 30 minutes. I arrived late (4 PM) thinking they would keep my pizza warm, like all most other round table locations. The following happened within my first few minutes there:
I walk up to the counter with two cashiers standing behind — As I smiled the phone begins to ring — as opposed to helping me, they both answer the telephone. Not one even bothers to smile back or acknowledge me.
The female employee manages to answer, so I figured this guy would help me… Guess what? Wrong!!! He just takes a few steps back and stands behind the delivery pizzas. Yes, the pizzas were ready and the customer on the phone seemed to be the one whom ordered the pizza.
Going back to the cashier on the phone… you can clearly hear the upset customer. Asking where her pizza is since it’s been about an hour when the delivery order was made. Clearly this cashier has no common sense, she replies, «It just went out a few minutes ago we can’t stop the order now. Call back in 20 – 30 minutes if it’s not there.»
At this point another lady appears and finally assists me after a good 5 minutes of witnessing horrible customer service.
The customer on the phone is demanding to speak with a manager. (The cashier, in my opinion, liked arguing and giving the customer push back.) The lady helping me was finally frustrated enough to take a piiece of receipt paper and instructs the cashier to take her phone number. This doesn’t work — so she takes the phone and ask the cashier to help me while she takes the call.
NOW I FINALLY GET TO ASK FOR MY ORDER! It is now nearing 8 minutes and I am finally being served after being the only person there!!!
I tell the lady my name and she can’t locate my order. (I even received a confirmation email that the order was in)” I thought to myself, CAN THIS GET ANY WORSE???”
As we try multiple methods to locate my order she looks in between the registers to see a printed receipt of my order. «Oh we just got your order. It’s not made yet, do you mind waiting another half hour.»
WTF…this girl is has no common sense and no customer service skills. At this point the lady who previously helped me gets off the phone and immediately jumps in. She ask the cashier what time the order came in. CLEARLY you can tell the cashier was lying «Oh it just came in a few minutes ago».
She looks at the receipt and the time and insist to me that she will make the order right away and uses the same excuse, «it just came in.»
If it just came in why give me a discount. A horrible discount at that! (Less than $ 2) I didn’t want to waste my breath at this point, I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN and I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!”

There are some real jabronies on here. Really two stars for this place? Is that a joke?
I’ve always stood my ground and say that Round Table Pizza is easily the best fast food chain of Pizza in terms of quality. It’s not restaurant caliber pizza, but again it’s the best pizza chain with location around the world.
The ingredients are fresh and the cheese has so much flavor. Service at this location is spotty, but man the food is good so it gets a big pass from me.
Some people need to get off their high horses and come back to reality and stop being little kids. You want good pizza? Then you come here.

I ordered over the phone and in 11 minutes when I pulled in the pizza was berly coming out of the oven. Staff is courteous and patient! Lol sometimes I can’t decide on what toppings to get. There’s plenty of parking availability also

If I could do negative stars I would! Took two hours for delivery. Two hours later I got a cold pizza, a warm salad and the wrong salad dressing. When I ordered my salad I specifically asked for thousand island dressing. After I said thousand island the guy that took my order said «do you want ranch?» I said «no, thousand island and can you please send extra?» He said okay.
They sent ranch!!!
The first time I called to check on the status of my pizza a hour after it didn’t show up. The girl that answered asked if I was sure I called the right location. HELLO I know where I called.
Never again ordering delivery!

Ordered our pizza at 630 and was given a 45 minute estimate. It is now almost two hours and still no pizza. I had to call twice for them to tell me that made a mistake in delivery. For that price of a large I could have just went to Pieologu and get 2 «kustom» pizzas and came back for a cheaper price and for better taste. I’ve forgotten how slow they ALWAYS are. This was a fail on my part ordering pizza from them again.

Although it’s not in the best location, it’s like a hole in the wall that serves great pizza. It’s one of the few fast food pizza places that I enjoy.
My brother & I went there to try their $ 7.99 lunch buffet. I suggest not eating breakfast bc they serve so much food– you will OVER-​EAT! There’s a salad bar along with all-​you-​can eat pizza & garlic twists! They had a BBQ pizza, a Hawaiian pizza, combination & pepperoni pizza. The combination & Hawaiian pizza were the best!
It’s only for 2 hours but it was from 11:30 — 1:30pm but that’s plenty of enough time to expand your waistline. For dessert, we had cinnamon twists, which tasted like Cinnabon buns! Call me a fatty but this buffet was well worth it given the best selection of pizzas available. I definitely want to go back!

I’ve only been to this location twice, once for my friend’s baby’s first birthday and the second time a couple weeks ago. My recent visit will be my last at this location, I promise you.
Horrible horrible customer service. There was only one person working there when I went in with my friend for lunch. We were in the area and were craving pizza so I called to see if we would be able to make it in time for their lunch buffet. The guy who answered the phone said in a very rude and impatient tone that they do not do the pizza and salad buffet at that particular location and that at the other locations it’s from 11:30 — 1:30 and hung up on me. Okay… I dismissed that because I figured it was getting busy or something.
We went in anyway, and it’s a fairly dark setting. It takes some time to get used to the dark interior, so when we saw an overweight guy with a ponytail sitting by the register, I asked him if they had a salad bar there. He replied in a very rude tone, «Um, it’s right under the Salad Bar sign?» Um, okay. Seeing that he was the only one working there at the time, I realized that he must’ve been the guy on the phone earlier. In hindsight, we should’ve left right then and there, but we were hungry and needed food in our bellies, so we stayed.
The two of us ordered a medium Combo pizza and I decided to get the unlimited salad bar. My friend decided halfway through our meal that she wanted some salad. We decided that it was too late to go have her pay for the unlimited salad bar, so I let her have some of mine. The guy at the register kept glaring over at us and made me feel very uncomfortable.
Overall, it was just a terrible experience there. The pizza and the salads were delicious, but next time, I’d rather drive an extra mile or two to go to another location than deal with such horrid customer service. I advise everyone to do the same.

We came in for lunch in the afternoon and the lunch buffet was $ 6.99. We thought that was a great deal.
The selection of pizza in the buffet was pretty good. We didn’t get everything we wanted compared to ordering a custom pizza, but it was good for the price.
The salad bar was fresh, but we did miss sun dried tomatoes which has been available at other Round Table Pizza establishments we’ve visited in the past.
