I just ordered a pizza tonight from these people. And I have always ordered from them! I placed my order at 945pm I called and checked in my order at 11:15 and the person that answered was very rude! They took my number down wrong which my information should be saved into the computer since I’ve always ordered from them! They didn’t apologize or anything they said well the driver called several time and that was it. I will never order from you again! And trust me I will be contacting your corporate office!

Add another terrible review to the list for this Pizza Hut. Ordered using the online app. Waited patiently. Called after waiting for over an hour. They said they canceled my order due to a payment issue and had tried to call me multiple times. Lies. My cell phone showed no missed calls or voicemails. Person on the phone wasn’t apologetic or even willing to try and rush my order to me… was just defensive and unhelpful… not interested in resolving the issue at all. Customer service is a joke.

So today my family and I decided to order carryout through the app which we’ve done so MANYMANY times before. Today when my dad came in to pick up the order, the girl there said that they didn’t have an order placed under our name. She stated that they don’t do orders online/through the app and that they’ve NEVER done it before. That girl’s stupidity just threw me off. After a while, my dad left to go get food elsewhere. I called back 5 minutes later to have them to double check, another girl told me that my order has been ready… Their employees need to be well informed about their business before getting the job…

Kntv investigation unit should really investigate on potential scam on pizza sizes here. A medium pizza costed us $ 16.43 and should be 12″ diameter. The pizza they provided fits in the medium box with a 1″ clearance all around. This may seem like a small issue, but if you know your math and geometry, this outer circumference is a huge shave off of dough, meats, cheese and sauce. I felt ripped off taking this pizza home and it was definitely very small for the price we paid. If they continuously ripping people off in this fashion, it’s really bad business!

I just called this place to order a pizza(the all new primo pizza) and oh my, they are so rude. This girl picked up the phone, speaking really fast, before I can understand what the hell she was saying, I was supposed to say my order. I was telling her about the online deal I saw of the primo pizza(on the advertisement, it had a size already) and how I wanted to order it. She just cut me off and asked me what size? I was a bit confused, before I was able to finish my sentence, she cut me off again. This time she was demanding what size with an attitude. Talk about horrible customer service. With that type of attitude, I just hung up on her. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Don’t bother calling this chain, unless you want to spice your life up with a little attitude from a worker there, I wouldn’t bother wasting my time.

2 hour wait that you don’t know about until after your order is in online. The pizza was like everyone else says, greasy, like you just swallowed a cup of oil after a slice. I’ve never experienced any pizza like this, even at other pizza huts. I feel so gross… The single star goes to the delivery man who was cordial. Never again!

I love Pizza Hut, but this branch is just awful. I’ve ordered delivery from here twice now. I wanted to give them a second chance in case the first time was a fluke. Nope. Both times, the pizza/breadsticks arrived cold and not cooked well. It took over an hour to get the pizza each time(and they missed their delivery time) and they also forgot part of the order. I didn’t even bother asking them to correct the mistake. Go to another branch with better ratings if you want Pizza Hut.

Live less than 5 blocks from here and they said they don’t deliver to my address. Came to pick it up and have been standing here for over 5 minutes at the counter and one employee is sweeping and the other cleaning up. I «hi we’ll be with you shortly» would be nice. Especially since the screen shows I’m the only customer. Boo

I had the worse experience today with Rosa, who claimed there was no manager, but she turned out to be the manager. I’ve been ordering pizza there for a while at least once a week. I called today to order a pizza for delivery and typically when I call the person taking the order will ask for my basic information which she did not do. So I was left on the phone while she sat there and said nothing. I asked her what info she needed from me then she played dumb acting like she couldn’t hear me. She hung up. I called back and told her that was rude and asked to speak to the manager which she told me there was nobody. She hung up again. I called and asked for the manager Again and yes I did call you a bitch Rosa! I tried calling back and it just rang. I called another location and told them what happened so she was kind enough to give me the 1 – 800 complaint number. She also confirmed Rosa was the site manager… lol, well well well! I drove there, I know she didn’t expect that. I took a photo of her and asked for the manager she continued to be rude telling me to look up the complaint number myself. The other workers got scared and hid behind the wall. So they all his and refused to take my order or provide me with any information. Way to go Pizza Hut on the people you hire. She should not a manager or needs more training in customer service. I plan to call the complaint line, write a letter and call the store manager back as well. I will also take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this location to anybody

I wish I could give this Pizza Hut zero stars. I was bamboozled by television advertising. I was compelled by stuffed crust. And against my far better judgment, I decided to give Pizza Hut a try again after many long years of only patronizing far superior pizzerias. Boy, I shouldn’t have even tried. I preordered my pizza for delivery at 4 pm. I do this so that way I know that late lunch/early bird dinner is taken care of and I can go about my Sunday cleaning/lazing/Netflixing in peace. Around 4 pm, I get a phone call from a number telling me that they could not find my address. I explain exactly where I live and describe the building. Given that I live on a corner, I explain specifically that it is the northeast corner. I live at the split between West and East versions of my street so there is only ONE corner that I could possibly live on. The guy tells me he’s on a completely different street at an even number location. I give him exact directions to get to me. I then hang up, figuring he will find my house. 10 minutes go by. Still nothing. He was supposed to be blocks away. I call the store. A man is TOTALLY rude to me and said«YEAH, we got him a map, he’s got it, he’s got it» and hangs up on me. WTF?! I ordered a single pizza. I live on a corner. How hard can this be? 10 more minutes go by and I get a call from the original number again. He’s in a parking lot 2 blocks from my house because he couldn’t find it again. Even though it’s specifically on the Northeast corner of 2 streets. He starts muttering to himself. «I can find this address and this address but I don’t see your address». He is a DELIVERYDRIVER for a LIVING. How on earth can he not find an address? I eventually get tired of explaining the exact same thing to him over and over and over again. So I hang up. Call the store again. Explain that he’s literally 2 blocks away from my house with my pizza. Explain EXACTLY where I am. They basically say«he has problems, we can’t help him». So I have to have my order cancelled because it was never going to arrive. He was never going to find my house on the Northeast corner of an intersection. Even though he was 2 blocks away. I asked the person on the phone to pass along my information to the store manager and franchise owner. We’ll see if I’m ever contacted. if anyone from Pizza Hut corporate is reading this, I will make sure that everyone I possibly know does not purchase food from your store again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Wish there was a way to give zero stars. Pizza never made it to my place(after waiting 2.5 hours for it). They tried to offer a pizza for half off in exchange(which was cold). I declined. Totally BS. This is easily the worst Pizza Hut branch. I mean look at all the negative reviews! Today I ordered a pizza at 9.30 pm, and its 11.15 now, still no delivery. Now I get a call from the driver who says — «Come down and wait for me in the next 10 to 15 minutes» and hangs up. Are you kidding me? It’s close to midnight and you want me to come out wait for you for«10 to 15» minutes so you bring the cold, excessively delayed pizza? I called the manager and asked him to cancel the order. I am sure it is going to be another battle to now get a refund.

We ordered a large pizza because it was just one of those long days, and no one felt like cooking but if I’d know the pizza we had ordered was going to be so bad i would have not eaten at all. It arrived really fast, and no wonder. The cheese was thicker than the dough, it was extremely greasy on the bottom and it seemed like 2 different pizza were put together. Being that it was supposed to be half pepperoni and half sausage. What paper thin dough it had was very very soggy. Wish I didn’t have to give such a bad review, but sometimes something has to be said. Won’t be placing any orders here anytime soon!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. This place blows and when your ordering from Pizza Hut there is really only one reason it can suck. The employees are crap! They argued with me about what pizza to order, when they finally took my order I went to get the pizza, they didn’t have fixings(peppers, cheese, ranch, paper plates). The pizza itself was bare, no toppings not even cheese just cooked dough basically. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile to the other locations. They need to fire everyone who works here and hire people who care about working. There are plenty of people who would love to have a job.

This review is strictly for the online delivery system and the food we received. If you’re a fan of Pizza Hut and/or are too lazy to go out and grab a pie from another restaurant, then perhaps you’ll try their online ordering system. We ordered online using an iPad. The interface was very user friendly and they offered a variety of deals. If you’re somewhat familiar with using a smartphone or tablet, placing an order online should be a cinch. Once you place your order, they provide you with an estimated delivery time. For my order it was approximately 30 minutes from when I placed it. I was a bit skeptical that they’d meet that time but they did! The food was okay… it’s Pizza Hut so nothing special. But the order was accurate, on time and hot!

We ordered online for carry out because of the half off deal. It’s a great deal! They were pretty busy with what looked like 2 people there. They should staff more since they have their promotion but maybe someone called in sick. Our order was ready no problem and pizza was what we expected. Parking would be better if there were more spaces available right in front of the store. I like the Sierra Rd. parking and service better.
