Prince and Princess Sitters

I used this service twice when my first daughter was one (2011). Having no family in the area it was nice to have this service available. I was disappointed with the way the founders had exceptional customer service to get me in and signed up. But once I paid for ten hours of sitting service I didn’t hear from them. I had to initiate contact. We cancelled in the end as we preferred to use the help of someone with a more familiar face than getting a total stranger to look after our daughter. Plus it worked out to be quite pricey with PandP. I am also shocked to see the news report. I would have never used their services otherwise.

We have used prince and princess sitters several times for emergency fill-​ins when our regular sitters were unavailable. We have so far been sent two different sitters, Michelle and Marianne. Both were great with my kids, ages three and six. We live in a slightly out of the way part of Santa Clara county in the mountains, and some vendors don’t want to come up our mountain. I was pleased that prince and princess were willing to come this way, and it sounds as though they are equally open to serving San Mateo county and further sites. Only reason I don’t give them five stars is because, well, as a mom it takes a long time for me to really trust and sitter, school, or preschool with my kids.
