My Mom lives here since they built the apartment back on 2001. The building is well kept and it’s very clean. After few years, they repaint the interior so it doesn’t show its age. As for parking, there are plenty of visitor spaces in the front or side of the building.
One thing that I don’t like to see is that they still allow smokers to rent this apartment. It’s not good for my Mom as her room is sharing the ventilation in the complex of around 6 units. With the smoker, everyone have to suffer the second-​hand smoke.
My Mom has been reporting to the manager and she doesn’t take any actions. I think they are waiting for a lawsuit when something happens to the tenants who lived there.
