If I could give you negative stars, I would. There was one guest ahead of me. I ordered my STRAWBERRY snow and caramel snow. I paid for it. I should have double checked the receipt but my dumb ass didn’t until the guy said my drinks are ready. I mean he wasn’t welcoming to begin with but once I said that my order was incorrect, nothing but attitude. He made a litchi instead of strawberry. He said well i heard you say litchi not strawberry so I made litchi. I said no… i ordered a strawberry snow. He said one second and had the nerve to say what was your order again? To which I responded strawberry snow, and he said are you sure this time? After that, he was slamming EVERYTHING. Making so much noise. I will no longer come here.

It’s ok :) the whole wall menu thing can get overwhelming. The inside of the store is small so if there’s a line brewing its best to wait in line and look at the menu while waiting to see what you want.

When I want a bubble tea and there is a Quickly nearby I’ll go there. It’s not my favorite but it works. Like earlier today I was talking to another Unilocaler about boba and the craving hit. I was gonna skip lunch and get one nearby, but it didn’t happen. After dinner I had to run out to meet a customer and there was a Quickly in close range, so there I was. Strawberry snow with large pearls. Big straw. Stab the pointy end of the straw into the plastic seal. Slurp. Yum. Slurp too fast, brain freeze.

Little hole in the wall boba tea place. Honestly, felt bad for the guy taking the orders and then having to make them. Really hustling. Otherwise we got a hazelnut milk tea and strawberry slush; apparently out of watermelon. Both were good and the prices was fair. If ever in the mall again and craving, will come here.

Wish i could give –100 star for this place and the cashier boy. You need to change that attitude when you provide customer services. Pathetic!

Solely for Tess. Unlike me, she is into these drinks. Very small storefront inside Eastridge Mall. I think she ordered the Thai iced tea w/pearls. I forgot how much I paid for it but the most important thing was that she seemed to have enjoyed it. — Thai iced tea is not for me — anything w/pearls is not for me Service was fast because we were the only ones there. The guy seemed surprised that I did not order anything. The only thing I might try are the chocolate milkshakes but I highly doubt I would go to Quickly’s for that.

If you are a frequent milk tea drinker and know your milk teas, you would think this is the worst milk tea ever known to the milk tea mankind. It straight up tastes like melting plastic/metal/is apparently OLD. The milk, the tea, and especially the toppings. Before being quick to judge, after being disappointed by the strawberry milk tea, I kindly asked the employee to remake my drink because it was so bad I couldn’t even finish a whole sip of it. He insisted that the ingredients were not old and said the taste is due to the strawberry syrup. So I asked him to make me another drink with a different flavor. I tried mango. It was just as bad!!! So I’m most certain that the disgusting taste is due to either gone-bad ingredients or bad work ethic behind the counter… I would never wish this milk tea on anyone! Be warned!!!

YUCK! The two milk teas we got were disgusting! So disappointed because we were looking forward to some drinks and this is conveniently located in the mall. We got a Caramel Milk tea and a Almond Milk tea. Both were watered down and lacked flavor. The Almond Milk tea had so much powder around the Boba. So gross! I couldn’t even drink it. I’ve been here several times and it’s always been Okay, enough for me to keep coming back, at least. Today’s drinks were SOOO bad that I would never come back. Uck!

This is the first place I know that accepts credit cards using Square. Small place to hang out right outside of it. Most people sit in the front for wifi from either this place or Barnes & Noble. I’m glad that there’s this place in the mall and it would have been better if it was outside the mall so, that it can be open for a longer period of time like the other locations.

The milk tea is not good but it is also not bad. I recommend you to order less ice cause the tast is too light for me. The best thing in there is the price is so cheap ^^

This is probably one of the worst milk tea places I’ve ever tried. All the milk teas I’ve tried here are all watered down. Don’t go to this place, you’re basically paying for slightly flavored and colored water with ice. Go to a better milk tea place.

this Quickly’s is tiny, it’s next to Bartnes & Noble. there’s only a service counter, 1 table inside and 3 outside tables. drink :milk tea,(2.5)no sugar, no ice –don’t like the syrups they use –not a fan of the watery tea either. –tolerable if one is thirsty drips: –only one person working when i dropped by. –looks like the usual quickly menu –unlike older quicklys, this place is clean, well lighted.

This isn’t my first time purchasing from Quickly’s, but my first to try their snow. And it actually isn’t that bad. I stopped going to them because their milk tea to me was bad and they either didnt mix well = i can taste the mix or its over loaded with ice. The snow is actually isn’t that bad. Give it a try!

This is a convenient place to go to if you’re shopping, and thank goodness there’s actually boba in a mall. Especially Eastridge. Their tea isn’t so bad, but it isnt very good either. It’s good enough though… and the perks of being in a mall really kick in. The sizes and prices are pretty nice; service is average. Overall, this place is okay, but their tea still isn’t all that great.

The almond milk tea I got was so sweet that I didn’t feel like having it anymore. The sugar rush was too difficult to handle. The boba was chewy, but at least sweet. This combo totally is tough to handle. However, the service was satisfying. They attended to my needs.

I love the taste of their pearls and that their drinks are very cheap! They have a lot of different sizes to choose from haha. Their workers are friendly and the drinks don’t take too long to come out. The only downside is that on some days, heir drinks are watered down. It just depends on the day that you go.

I’ve tried a few Quickly tea shops in the past, but this was my first visit to a Quickly in the mall. We encountered a short line after visiting the mall for visit to Santa Clause. The cashier was friendly as we ordered a super chub taro icy. They even took credit card for t he transaction. As for our taro icy drink, the drink was not very smooth and had lots of hard chunks of ice. I wouldn’t get this drink next time, but would try a milk tea if I come back again.

I tried quickly before off senter road and didn’t like it b/c the drink was too powdery. Now one opens at Eastridge Mall so I thought I give it a try. I got there and there was a few groups of people waiting to get there drinks and 2 teen boys waiting to order. There was only one guy working. After about 5 mins the teen boys in front of me left. Immediately, there was a line forming behind me. Finally after another 10 minutes the staff finished the previous orders and started to take my order. He did not start on the order until he took all the orders. I waited another 10 minutes before the guy started to make orders. I had to waited a few minutes longer because I ordered the egg puffs. By the time my order was ready, it had been about 30 – 40 mins wait. Overall, the customer service and quality of food/drink is poor. There should always be at least 2 staff in case it gets busy or to have one staff take orders and the other staff make the orders. I’ve noticed this at all other drink places(TapEx, Jazen, etc.). The mango green tea was way too sweet as if it could cause a toothe ache and the egg puffs were cooked too fast that it didn’t seem cook. The egg puffs were very light yellow in color and tasted dough-y. It didn’t taste light and fluffy like other egg puffs I have tried. I end up tossing my drink & egg puffs away. There was no way I would go back and complain giving the long line. It was a waste of $ but at least I gave it a shot. TapEx it will always be for me.

I’m more of a Starbucks person but someone recommended me this place for milk teas. I didn’t know what to expect since I never had milk teas. The associate who helped me was super friendly and gave me options they thought I would enjoy. The drink was alright but no necessarily my cup of tea.

First thing I see is K-pop music videos playing on their one small screen. Alright, I can dig it. I like my K-Pop. Anyways, this is a brand new Quickly located inside Eastridge mall, and is adjacent to the Barnes & Noble. The menu looks a bit smaller, or perhaps the font is just smaller. There are 158 items on the menu, so no shortage of choices! The store is pretty spartan inside, the walls are mostly bare(save the menu wall in addition to the paper ads that say«summer hot» with slushes and other special items splashed cheesily on them). Sizes are regular, large, chubby, and super chubby! The bucket trend continues, but I’m not complaining if it means I get more drink in my cup! Prices are an additional $.75, $.99, and $ 1.75 respectively for the larger sizes. They open around 10(the person I asked didn’t seem very sure, but the mall opens at 10 so it makes sense) and close at 9pm. So far, just a typical Quickly but I’m glad there’s finally one in this neighborhood, since I prefer Quickly to TapEx and the closest Quickly is downtown. Seating inside is minimal, more tables outside. Must go back and do more«research», of the strawberry milk tea and bubble black milk tea variety again soon before I comment about the drinks. Will update!
