Went here for a power cord on 1:50pm on a Sunday and saw a sign that said they’d be back by 2:10. They’d been open since noon… businesses still do that?

EXCELLENT customer service. Just left feeling like– wow… kindness and very knowledgeable? What is experience I just had? Anyways kudos to the guys in the store right now. I even asked if I could speak to the manager so I could complement the guy who was helping me and he said that they were actually looking for one/​didnt have one. Well, I think you may have some candidates who could fill those shoes and I will be reaching out to Regional office to let them know. They really took the time to get me up to date on the products that were available, the pluses on each buy and the excellent sales they had going on, A+…I’ll be back again for sure.

Literally just left this store and the guy who helped us was so informative and professional. We came in for a hdmi cable and he told us some options and we chose one we thought would best suit us. We went up to the counter to pay and saw that there was a shorter cable for only $ 5! We walked out paying $ 32 for a 6′ cable but then turned right around to get the 4′ for $ 5. The cashier thought they were sold out and apologized for not telling us about this amazing deal! We walked out of there feeling like we just stole this hdmi cable! And our new tv looks amazing!

Had great assistance from the employee. My husband and I came in requesting two items and she knew exactly what it was and where to find it. She was also very patient with my 3 y/​o who was excited to find toys in the store. BTW, I didn’t know they sold a lot of nice toys for kids. Definitely plan on going there to get Christmas and/​or birthday presents vs. tackling a big mall.

I had excellent assistance in making my purchase… a $ 49 clock radio. He was even willing to plug it in and make sure it worked ok. And he said there would be no problem returning it if the reception was poor where I would be using it.
