Great front office staff. Very nice atmosphere, never too crowded. Dr. Lee is a very sweet man and truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to get to know them and love learning about them holistically. Nothing but nice to my family and I.
Thank you for what you and your staff do for all of your patients. You are a great asset to the medical field.

My mother has come to Dr Lee office for couple month now for her anemia, and she also has short memory, so I always have to remind her when she has appointment coming up, the last time I did not have time to take my mother to Dr Lee office she has to go with taxi, in spire of I remind her the night before the appointment, she still not remember ‚(her memory getting so bad, it make me worry so much about her, and her face look so pale), anyway. On the appointment date, I call in Dr Lee office, one of his assistance talk to me, I can tell she is Chinese to confirm if my mom was there with hurry, rough, angry voice she told me that my mom missed appointment and because missing appointment my has to pay for her 45 dollars, I said to her that my mom in hard financial aid she can not afford any payment and my mom has short memory, and the Chinese (sorry, I have to say so because I don’t know her name) woman said then your mom can not be seen by Dr Lee any more, I said sorry for missing appointment and it won’t happen again, but she till said so, I feel so worry for my mom health and sad. Being working in medical field, do they need to have understanding and forgiveness? I don’t see that at Dr Lee office. I don’t think they really want to help patient but taking money from them.
I always take my mom to see Dr, sometimes we miss appointment by accident but we don’t mean to do it, We don’t have any problem.

He appears to have too many patients and is on a rush. He put the wrong client name on a lab order, forgot to provide client a prescription and I had to go back to the office for it. When he runs late, I asked his receptionists, and they do not apologize for the delay and gives an attitude. I had waited over 50 minutes past my appointment time at my second appointment. Interaction with the Dr was fair. Dr. steamrolls with information and I have to try to cut in to ask my questions. His is pretty intense and loud when talking. He appears professional when presenting info, however. I don’t think I’d go back.

This has been my mom’s primary care doctor for many years untill they
no longer accepted her insurance witch was sad for my mom. As she really liked her as well as his wife Sandy who works the front office.
He specialized is oncology I think he also teaches as well. So yes I highly recommend Dr Lee if you need a primary care doctor.
