Rite Aid

The Rite Aid STORE is always clean, well stocked, and well staffed. The PHARMACY on the other hand is terrible. They are extremely friendly, but take forever in assisting customers and never seem to know what they are doing. They are always backed up with a long line and do not provide good customer service. The only reason why I haven’t switched pharmacies is because I’ve been going to this one for years.

Cashiers seem to have gotten more friendly; however, the pharmacy has been on a downward slide for some time now. Doesn’t matter what day/​time you go, there’s always a line. We only go here for convenience, yet the service is anything but that …

The pharmacy here is absolutely terrible. They are extremely slow and inefficient. I keep giving them another try but I won’t be back again

If you want rude, unfriendly cashiers, like the manager, this is the place for you. They could care less about the customers here… I won’t be going back!

After the remodel, this rite aid looks very clean, very organized, and very new. Before, the store looked old and a little run down. It even looked a little dirty. The first time I walked in after the remodel my thoughts were «Am I in the right place? This is too nice to be a Rite Aid.»
The displays and shelves are new and I think even the color scheme inside is new. It makes the store look a lot brighter and newer. The aisles are all organized and clean. Additionally, ALL the employees I have encountered have been super friendly. My phone was falling out of my pocket one time and a young women, though she was already helping someone else, pointed out to me that my phone may fall out. Recently, I had trouble looking for a specific item and another employee decided to take her time away from restocking the shelves to help me look for this one item. She was very patient with me and sweet as she asked how my day was going.
Parking is also really easy since there is a huge lot. I think one of my favorite parts of the newly remodeled store is that they now serve thrifty ice cream!:)

Awesome and warm customer service by all the associates. Each and every one serve you with a smile and make you feel welcomed /​wanted at the store. Socorro though is my personal favorite.
The remodeled store looks so much neat and a fun place to shop. The Dollar aisle s where I shop the most! :)

This is probably the newest and biggest rite aid in san jose. Too bad most of the cashiers are rude and lazy! Don;t waste your time and go to the one on Capitol expwy!

Wow AMAZING CUST SERV & PHARMACY STAFF TREATS U LIKE A HUMAN BEING WITH COMPASSION & RESPECT! Every month I literally dread filling prescriptions bcuz if I have a vacation planned or a funeral to fly to filling scripts can be dreadful! U get treated so badly at most pharmacies BUT NEVER RITE AID! I NEVER FEEL LIKE A DRUG ADDICT OR CRIMINAL when I go to Rite Aid THEY ALWAYS TREAT ME LIKE I SHOULD BE AND THEIR CONSISTENTLY PROFESSIONAL!
If ur tired of being treated like an addict or less than human THEN ONLY GO TO RITE AID! My dr says I’m on my Meds so that I have a better quality of life but I told him that every month I’m treated like scum of the earth & I’m so not! I work hard every day, I’ve never broken the law or abused my Meds & I’m treated like poop under their shoe at CVS & WALMART, WALGREENS BUT NEVER RITE AID

I love this RiteAid. I hardly ever go here, as it’s a bit out of the way… but I sure do like it. the store is laid out nicely, and they have pretty much anything you could want in a drug store.
pharmacy: i was trying to get a prescription filled. one of those nobody has it kind of things. seriously… i called all over. the pharmacist here was great. turns out, my doc had messed up on what he ordered. she got it all straightened out right away, and had my ordered filled and ready to go in less than 15 minutes! awesome service… and so appreciated :)
other things i love here… the nail polish bar. they have this whole display of nail polishes, all lit up and inviting. great colors and selection. i’m a bit of a polish junkie, and this place has good stuff!

This Rite Aid is on Meridian Ave in the same block as Lucky’s and RePlanet recycling center. Nice large car park, store ha been remodeled from the Thrifty look, so it more pleasing on the eyes.
The cashiers are friendly and fast, they carry the standard stuff you expect from a mini drug store and other knick knacks, chips, dips, plates, etc, almost a Walgreens on a larger scale.
They do have a rewards card program, whereby if you shop there a lot, you will get some cashback. They also do hustle to get the lines moving as fast as possible so put the customer first.

There are two points which I liked about the store. My friend and I came here to buy an MP3 Player Cassette Adaptor. The total was $ 14.06, and my friend had $ 15 but not any change. The cashier said that she didn’t want to give my friend 94 cents in change, so she gave him back a dollar. The next day, I found out that my car’s cassette player wasn’t compatible, so I went back to the store and returned it. I had restored the item back into the box as neatly as I could, but you could still tell that I opened it. The cashier took it back no questions asked (with my receipt of course) and I got a full refund. Ultimately, I didn’t buy anything from this Rite Aid, but the moral is, if you treat your customers «rite» they will «rite» you a favorable Unilocal review back in return. Thanks for the great service!

This Rite Aid Pharmacy is just RIGHT!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this pharmacy. I am a regular here and the staff is always friendly and I I love their phone notification service. Leaves me a VM when it is time for me to pick up my refills.
The counter is always clean and they have awesome hours for a pharmacy. Thanks guys for making it look so easy!

Why am I still going here? Habit? Time to kick the habit.
Bad customer service from the pharmacy continues, and now there are issues with checkers being really unfriendly.
