Exellent service. Had a problem with exchanged CO2 tank, not their doing, but they quickly resolved issue. Chris and Mike were very helpful.

Love these guys !! They have a lot to choose from. They’re all always so helpful and very knowledgeable they’re eager to help you and answer any questions you may have. If they don’t know it they’ll find out before you leave.!! I definitely recommend them. This is the only place I go and my garden is looking fabulous.

Anyway they helped me when I really needed it. My favorite plant snapped and I wanted to save it, so they showed me how to make clones and sold me the proper equipment I needed. The staff is truly knowledgeable. They showed true compassion and sympathy.
Not only that but I paid under $ 20 for everything (clone lesson + instructions+ supplies) I needed + got some free plant food samples.

This store is one of the best that I’ve ever been to they’re courteous knowledgeable willing to go out of their way to help you they have everything that you need is the best store to go to I would definitely send my friends there stop by and try it out

I’ve been to many different hydroponic store’s and by far this is my favorite. They have everything that you need and then some. They carry all the big name brand’s and off brand for very reasonable prices. The grow light selection is massive with used equipment for the grower on a budget. The staff is very knowledgeable, save yourself some money and check this place out first.

These guys are my go to guys for growing. Been in 3 times and every time am greeted at the door and are very knowledgeable and helpful. Danny helped me the last time and he spent at least 30 min chatting and offering suggestions. There are a lot of Hydro stores in the area but, I like these guys the best. Some thing I discovered my last visit was… they sell used equipment cheap. Since I am planning a second grow room, this will be very handy when I put together my second grow room. I was taking lessons from a friend who was growing plants in his back yard and he told me to get some Ocean Forest and some plastic pots. I went to this hydroponic store that I drive by everyday to and from work. I came in to the store and was Greeted by a guy named Mike. He spent 45 minutes with me teaching me the in and outs of growing and cloning. He knew his stuff! I ended up leaving the store with 2 bags of Happy Frog, 2 15gallon Fabric pots and a bag of Maxigro. He even threw in a sample of Clonex Solution so i could use it to feed my clones for the time being. I will be coming back in for some MaxiBloom when my plants flower.

Just got some 4 bags of fox farm soil, Danny was very nice, I got the best price in the area and do intend on coming back, highly recommend this place, great for spring and summer gardeners.

I went in today for dirt, «happy frog» 13 bucks, 2 dollars cheaper than amazon. We talk about other options but was set on that particular one bought 4 bags he loaded it in my car. Will definitely go there for my future projects.

These guys have the best pricing for gardening supplies I have found. They really know their business and are very helpful and professional.

Only reason i give them a 1 star is because i cant give them 0.
I called in for a few phone quotes and was told they carried the items but when i showed up the items where nowhere to be found.
They worker that helped me was very rude and was unwilling to help me.
They have no idea what they are talking about when asked on how something is used or set up.
Over all it was a bad trip for me and i will no be returning there.

Great and knowledgeable service. Large inventory. Most importantly low prices.
I wont name any names, but all the workers so far have been great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes I like things explained to me like Im a 10 year old, nice and simple.
Its a large place, with more or less everything I need in stock. Just like most the other shops though, they can have something delivered within a day or 2 if need be.
San Jo Hydro seems to have the best consistently low prices. I know theres a bit of a price war nowadays in the industry with new shops opening every other day. These guys seem to have consistently low prices though, not just 1 or 2 specific items to get you in the door.
5 stars from me. You know they are good when I drive all the way down from the east bay for product and advice.

This place is great! I checked San Jose Hydroponics out for their grand opening and I have to say that their prices seem to be pretty incredible. I was actually a little bummed that I had just paid a lot more for some nutrients at another local shop a few days before. I’ve actually already been back several times and have to say that the experience seems to only be improving (they even lowered their prices from the grand opening).
The selection of Advanced Nutrients products is very good. I also like how all of the nutrients are on the same wall, it makes it easier to kind of scan and see what you want. I paid $ 29 for 1L of the liquid Big Bud. That seemed to be pretty competitive to what I’ve seen online.
Overall I think this place is definitely worth checking out. You may not be able to find absolutely everything you are looking for, but they have only been in business for a few weeks so I expect the selection will only improve. The prices here are just so reasonable that I really don’t think you can walk away unhappy.
This is an easy 5 star rating for me.
