The line is ridiculous! There is a fast pass line and a regular line. Why 2 lines! Was in line behind 7 people for 45 minutes! The staff wasn’t even nice, Santa was good! But absolutely ridiculous.

Been coming to this Santa for Christmas pictures for years. He is the best looking one around with a real beard and everything.
They recently decided to change the display to a more «modern» set up with touch screen games, etc. in the past 2 years. Sadly, their attempt to go digital failed horribly and we were unable to download the softcopy of our picture online or on the advertised app.
BE CAREFUL! Do not pay for the digital copies unless they guarantee that you will receive it. Looks like they contracted a third party and has no rights to the digital copies so it could disappear into the cloud. We reached out to the third party and was told to retake the picture! A ridiculous request for a family with small children if you ask me. Anyways, just make sure you get EVERYTHING that you paid for BEFORE leaving the mall.

Best-​looking mall Santa around. Nice guy too. His photo elves are good at their jobs and hustle you through pretty quickly. Price is reasonable. Still, I’m not letting my kids sit on this guy’s lap should we run into him in April.
