Great salespeople, in the sense that they were able to guilt me into buying a product that I didn’t want. I ended up buying with the intention of returning just to get the hell away from there, but they don’t take returns. So super pissed. I only stopped because the salesman gave my kid a piece of candy and she stopped because she didn’t know what to do. I REALLY want my money back.

Attention all creepy kiosks dudes. DO NOT TOUCH ME! It just makes me mad. :) kthxbye!

This is a «dead sea» product that has kiosk’s in most malls. If you know the kiosk, then you know how aggressive they are. The high pressure upsell is intimidating and a turn off. Last month, In a moment of weakness, I was grabbed and some salt scrub was put on my hands, making it difficult to leave at that point. I was even shown my awful wrinkles in a mirror (I am 34 and have maybe 3 visable wrinkles but the man made me feel like I was 80).
Now, I fell for it knowing full well that I was a sucker, but I did like the smell of the stuff and I am game to try something new… most of all it was worth the $ 150 just to get this guy to stop touching me. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home… I did like some of the products. I wanted to buy a second «face serum» this weekend and I went back to the kiosk. I was quoted $ 120 for the one tiny bottle. When I backed away, she said she could include the eye gel. When I continued to back away, she said she could give just the serum to me for $ 80 but needed to call someone for approval. I stayed strong and said no… knowing I had spent $ 150 on 5 different products the month before.
At home, I searched online for Seacret products. I found a vendor on
. I received the serum, mask and eye gel all for about $ 75 total!!! It just arrived today, and it is genuine and new in the boxes they sell at the kiosk.
Bottom line… avoid the torture and mental anguish of the kiosk. Order this stuff online.
***********I reviewed this before about a year ago… and haven’t been to the mall lately to see if this is still around. Been happy with my Amazon purchases though.
I have to say though what is HILARIOUS is that a few months ago a moving company came over to my house to give me an estimate on moving costs… I forget which one it was, but low and behold the SAME GUY who got me at the Kiosk at the mall for Seacret was one of the movers taking measurements of my furniture! This guy «from Israel» who seemed so well versed in skin care is also moonlighting as a moving guy. He did not recognize me I don’t think, but it was so hard not to laugh!!! ****************

If i could give minus points to this place of business i would. They are very good sales people and do provide friendly service, BUT, they deceive the consumer. I was charged over a 150% markup from NORMAL RETAIL PRICES at the kiosk. If you want to buy this product (which isnt a bad product) buy it on-​line — DO NOT BUY IT AT THE MALL. Beware — no refunds even if product is un-​opened. They do not list the prices, just «make them up» for each customer… GO TO AMAZON TO BUY SEACRET
