I went to get an eye exam there. The ladies and the Dr. Were nothing short of amazing. So nice and helpful i am so happy i decided to go there thanks ladies.

I just bought two pair of Rx glasses. I have 20×400 eye site which means I have to get ultra thin… plus progressive, polished, etc. My Rx is 3 times more expensive then one frame (Ray Bans) because of my eye site. I went to JC Penney’s, Lens Crafter and wow talk about sticker shock. On top of that I could not get trained help which I did get from Sears. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable and helpful with what works and what might not work with my prescription. I saved over $ 400 for two pairs of glasses. By the way Sears’s offers the best warranty ever. Go to Sears if you want the best of the best. They know what they are doing!

My husband and my mom get their vision exam here every year. We have been coming here for 3 years now. We always have great service by Dr. Jha. He is very punctual with appointment times and you are generally out of his office in a timely manner.
We always order our contacts and glasses from this location as well. They price match Costco, which is great! The staff are very friendly and efficient. We continue to return to this location year after year because of the excellent service we always receive here.
They also frequently have sales like 2 pairs of glasses for $ 99, etc. So my mom always gets a couple, just in case she loses them, when they have this deal.

The nose pads on my eyeglasses became loose. I went their for a repair. The assistant Betsy was very friendly and completed the work within half an hour. Very good experience.

Meh… I’m tempted to give this place 2 stars, but the friendly (and super-​efficient) eye doc made me up my score.
Ordering contacts should NOT be that complicated of a process. 1 hour just to do paperwork, enter it into the compter and send off your order? Definitely not an efficient system. Certainly made the actual eye appointment seem like it was done in a blink (pun intended). :)
Also… they told us they’d ship my husband’s contact order. We’ve called in three times in the last 2 weeks to inquire about them. «Yes, I’m putting them in the mail tomorrow, we’ve got them right here…» was always their response. Turns out, 3 weeks later they NEVER DID SHIP THEM. We now have to go in anyways in person to pick them up because we don’t trust them anymore.
My advice… get your prescription done here, then buy your contacts somewhere else (i.e. Costco). DOn’t let their «price-​matching» system be a motivator or you could end up watching your mailbox for months, waiting for boxes of contacts to supposedly arrive.

i like coming here since you don’t have to show proof of insurance or anything.
i came in to make an appointment and was able to see the doctor right then and there.
i needed my yearly contacts so i needed to get my new prescription.
sears has the lowest prices for eye exams compared to other places.
the doctor was really nice. he even hooked me up by telling me to tell the reception lady to price match my contacts with Costco. i saved $ 100! he did tell me to pretend that he didn’t tell me that. thanks anyway!
