Occasionally got a nick or two from the younger girls that work here. Avoid the older lady. She gives zero Fs and I got 8 cuts from her lack of skill. They will get no more business from me.

This place is just great, they did the brows that I wanted without getting mad like other store. Definitely coming back again

I come here to do my eyebrows and they get the job done. No matter how much I grow up my eyebrows I can never get my eyebrows to be on «fleek» however they do give them a little shape and clean them up so I’m happy! I recently came in January 2015 and found out about a membership. $ 45 for unlimited eyebrow threading for 3 months??? Sounds too good to be true. I bought it. Here is where my –1 star comes from. I wish she would have told me this before I decide to do my eyebrows so I didn’t have to end up paying $ 10 for a getting them done that day and then additional $ 45 :/and the fact that it’s in the middle of the mall. Wish they can buy a space so a bit more privacy so people don’t have to see my watery eyes and running mascara sometimes. But oh well. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now and I always am happy.

My first experience with threading was at the Oakridge location, about a year and a half ago. Admittedly I was nervous, and it stung that first time but then I got hooked. And also during that time I started going to the Eastridge location as it’s closer to where I live. So I’ve been going here for about a year, and I’m on the«full face» membership. It’s much easier than paying 30+ each time I go in. I have a favorite/preferred technician(whose name I will not give, lol) to do my eyebrows. If she can do the rest of my face, fine but the brows are important. She knows who I am, and we talk while she’s working. I call before I go to be sure she’s there. I’m so glad she’s working, I fear what’ll happen if she leaves. Won’t go there :-(The other techs I’ve had are great too, everyone seems to have their own way to thread and that’s fine. Overall you want consistency and they do that. Well done!

If you ever go to this place, do not ever get it done by this person named ANITA. I don’t think she knows what she is doing. She gives a damn about what you want your brow shape like, very impatient and zero skill. Maybe her co-workers are good, I don’t know but please don’t get it done by her.

I have a problem of trying to make last minute appointments with Kamal or her sister at Evergreen Threading knowing they are super popular and busy. Somehow, they’re usually able to squeeze me in but today I was in a pinch so tried the Eastridge Shapes kiosk. You can’t call ahead for an appointment so you just have to hope there’s not a long wait. People were putting their names down and walking around the mall instead of standing around waiting. Paulina was the only threader working this morning and I was happy with the shape of my brows which is most important. It only took about 5 minutes but the threading wasn’t as smooth as I’m used to and there was some pain. It costs $ 10 which seems to be the standard nowadays. This will be my #2 choice for eyebrow threading when I’m in the area.
