Great place. Great food. Friendly people and clean floors can’t get any better that that the rooms were nice and the view was okay

Been to this spot a few times, usually it’s a to go order, same thing every time club sandwich. I’ve also visited here for a few drinks while some friends were at the red room hookah lounge across. The service is friendly and is very laid back. The last time I had a to go order I left my phone there and the lady behind the register was nice enough to keep it there for me which really showed me there’s some nice people left in this world, some of which work here! Check em out for a quick bite, try the club sandwich.

I have breakfasted at the Sherwood a handful of times & have found the fare as well as the service more than satisfactory. A friendly feel to the place makes the hot coffee & home-style cooking that much more satisfying. I will continue to frequent the Sherwood feeling confident the good times will roll on!

Cool little spot. Bartenders are nice and service is quick. Drinks are strong and not over priced at all. Great place to simply hang out and chill. I’ll be back…

This place gets 5 stars from me because Sherwood is always what it is… a friendly, neighborhood type, no frills restaurant where I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service… GREAT Service SOLID Food!

Stumbled upon this place and I must say the people who were singing karaōke were pretty good, although I’m not sure if I want to be listening to karaōke while I’m eating dinner. the two stars are mainly for the karaōke singers. I ordered the ribs and mash potatoes, the mash potatoes taste like box mash potatoes with added seasoning and as for the ribs I literally felt like I was chewing on rubber. The waitress was actually very nice.

Really bad place for food and drinks. $ 7 Margarita watered down big time. Sampler platter sucked. All items were over cooked, burnt and cooked in the same oil! Worst platter and drinks I ever had! I did not complain as it would never help this place… they should shutdown for ever serving one customer the crap they served my party!

We have driven past the cow for 28 years, thinking we should check out the Sherwood Inn. Finally, we did, and are glad we did. For Fathers Day, there was not a crowd. The place is not fancy, but comfortable. The food was all extraordinary. We both had the BBQ ribs. They were perfectly done — tender and moist with a tangy sweet sauce. The portion was big. It included bread, soup, and salad, potato, mixed vegetables, and desert. The potato was tender with just enough crunch to the skin. The vegetables were flavorful and cooked just enough. They have my favorite French dressing, which is very rare on the west coast. The bread pudding was delicious. The service was great. Friendly and available at the right times. The prices are very reasonable, especially for including everything. We will definitely return to dine at Sherwood Inn.

Typical location for the locals, mediocre decorated sports bar that happens to be a restaurant also. Ordered a sampler that kicks a lot of butt. My brother got the IPA pitcher that soothes the spot. Coming back next time will be more of a last resort after a long night of bar-hopping.

This place is great for happy hour specials. Love the waitress Lynn! She is amazing at her job. The bartenders Michelle and Tammy are both awesome! Keep up the great work :-) Always good times with good people.

Always a great meal. Wonderful food & service. Patrons seem nice. I hear they have live music and karaōke as well. My California Avocado Burger with Swiss & bacon was definitely the best burger that I have ever tasted. I don’t know what kind of beef that they are using, maybe the HUGESTEERSTATUEINTHEFRONT would be an indication that The Sherwood Inn buys Great Meat, but gosh that beef is so FLAVORFUL! I don’t even really like hamburgers because they always taste so boring & unflavorful, but this had the best, incredibly delis flavor of the actual beef meat. The jumbo French fries cooked to perfection were great too. I also noticed that there are some hot handsome men that frequent this establishment. Very impressive restaurant. Must be the great food and service. Of course two for one on Wed/Thurs everything on the very lengthy menu doesn’t hurt. Excellent and Yum Yum!

My husband and I love this diner! They have great specials throughout the week such as 2 for 1 or steak and lobsters for 19.99. You get a 4 course out of it too — loaf of bread, soup, salad, entrée and dessert. Its great for the price and you get a lot. They have recently got new seats and are doing small upgrades so even though the inside isn’t this top of the line chic place — its a cute restraunt with good food. They have a full on bar and kareokee nights too which is nice if you just want to get out and have a drink at a local place.

Love this bar… I am what you would cal a «day drinker.» No REM fans not a day sleeper. I love going here in the afternoon and hanging out with the regulars. I’ve seen my share of bartenders at this place too, and I can tell you that Michelle is THEBEST bartender around. She is friendly, efficient and respectful. Keep up the good work.

Really only hit up the bar so can’t comment on the food. Bartender has zero personality. And for a dive bar drinks a little on the pricey side. Smells like a ton of bleach to cover up what is something. I don’t want to recognize.

sherwood, hmmm, it has come a long way. A few years ago when I walked into this place it smelled like old beer and dog shit! this is a place which is cleaned up and won’t have that smell, but the woman you find there at 7 pm are the same girls you find alone at 2 am down the street. I feel bad for the cowboy guy. can some girl take one for the team?

This place is not to bad. They are like a distant relative to Flames. They have just about the same menu. The place is pretty rustic. Not the best looking place, but the food is good. There is a bar attached to the restaurant. It can be pretty loud especially when it’s karaōke night. I just found out that on Wednesday and Thursday nights its buy one get one free on entrees with the purchase of two drinks. Just might have to explore their menu a little more. I had the Sherwood double burger. It’s a pretty big burger with ½ pound patty. Also I would try to make sure you get there 30 min before they close. The cook closes the kitchen down at just about 9:30. We will be back next Thursday, if we can get there in time.

You want people to patronize local businesses that do NOT value customers?! Friday night, place is half empty, and the waitress does not acknowledge me or even offer me a menu. Walked right past me three times. Cheap drinks between 3 pm and 7 pm. I only spent $ 4.25 on a drink, and waited for over 20 minutes. Good thing Jakes is down the street. And if you want better service and a better selection of sports on TV, go to BUFFALOWILDWINGS!

Went to this place with a friend and I because i heard its buy one get one free lobster. but this special is only on a certain day which i forgot. We went here and ordered the T-Bone Steak, Fried Chicken wings, and Rib Eye Steak… I wanted to say when the food came out it looked like it was frozen food and was microwaved for us to eat. The pea, carrot and beans were obviously from a frozen bag… the mashed potato was not great, and the t bone steak was burnt… the fried chicken wings were just wings from lee’s sandwiches… Id probably never go back here. but the customer service was good.

Kitschy. Weird service. Friends recommended, I’m thinking now as a joke. Maybe for when you want to roll somewhere that no one knows your name? You can wear sweats? Hide out? Drown a hangover in grease? Hhmm. Will be contemplating friendship. Good biscuits. Food not good enough to go back, though.(I’m on the hunt for best biscuits and gravy…)
