My hips & back have been out of whack the last few weeks & with all the extra walking, Christmas shopping & carrying heavy bags, I really could use a massage & get these knots out. I was at the mall & thought«what the heck, let’s try it!» I felt dizzy but better after. I woke up this am with what felt like giant knots on my lower back… I was shocked to see such a big bruise on my back(see photos) Needless to say, I won’t be back nor would I recommend them.

I really like this place. It is in the mall and kind of noisy, but I always get a great massage there. They apply a lot of pressure and when I leave my knots are gone. You can just walk in and rarely you will have to wait. Overall they are consistent and good!

For 23 bucks for a massage, not bad. Massage made my back feel better. seems like they hit the pressure points.

After a car accident that kinda ruined my mid back, I have been needing special attention besides physical therapy. Jack took care of me at this«So Relax» location… applying just the right amount of strong pressure to loosen up my tight knots. I had the 30m chair and 30m body combo. Always remember to give your masseuse feedback so your experience is good, and it helps to breathe through your mouth when the massage gets intense. A great massage will hurt a little as you are receiving it, but it’ll be worth it after! If you have never received a massage at these Chinese-style locations, be prepared for some weird facial massages, sensitive hand/feet pressure, and overall strenuous pressure. Tip your masseuse at least 25%(they work really hard)

Since this is a cheap massage spot, I knew it wouldn’t be great, but to be perfectly honest, it was really bad! I was walking through the mall when this guy comes running out of the shop saying«Sample! Sample!» He begins massaging my neck while a woman holds a price list in front of my face. Because my neck has been stiff for a week, I give in. They set me up on a chair and one of their guys begins. It starts off okay, nice and simple on my neck, but as he continues, I realize that something is off about the massage. He is working methodically on my muscle groups. He does something on one side and immediately copies with the same movements on the other. It’s as if he is following a diagram or script of some sort(press here, circle there, repeat on opposite side). The problem is that he didn’t hit the targets. The weirdest part was the brief thigh and butt massage(totally unexpected) in which he patted the top of my thighs twice, punched the sides and then stuck his knee into my behind. Not sure what the point of that was. It didn’t work out anything and was completely awkward! The few muscles that he did hit were barely brazed. Eventually, I pointed to my shoulders and told him«Here!» He said«okay and then proceeded to push on them from a very awkward position for a full minute. I’m no massage therapist, but I’ve had a few good massages, so I can confidently say that what he was doing was all wrong… not to mention painful! At the end, he patted me on the back and said«Done.» Didn’t ask me how I liked it, if I felt any better, nothing. I payed and left. The old guy who ran up to me in the mall was sitting at the front of the shop. He looked at me as I left but didn’t say goodbye or wish me a nice day. He just looked away. Worst massage experience ever :(

Super friendly, simple process, affordable price, amazing massage. You choose a chair or a table, or even a foot massage. Cash or credit, and I have never had to wait, EVER. The only not-so-fab thing is that my massage guy’s hands smell like smoke :| *yuck* Aside from that, I practically melt off his chair, so bring it on!

Located inside the mall, beside the Target. They do a good job here for a reasonable price. A little rough for people with tender bodies but it seems to be pretty normal for«Chinese massage.» Everyone was very friendly and polite. The atmosphere and décor is very conducive to relaxing. If you’re walking the mall, it’s worth the stop.
