South Bay Process Server

Conveniently located just a block away from Santa Clara County Superior Court in Downtown San Jose. This is a virtual office for SBPS, and the suite is shared with another business. In the absence of SBPS personnel at the time, the receptionist on site was able to assist me in the completion of the order form and confirm that pick-​ups are made throughout the day for new requests. I was able to dial the main number for their corporate office for additional questions prior to submitting my order. I received email updates on the status of my request /​attempts made to serve. Additionally, the representative handling my order, Romana, provided information for me on when to file the original copy with the courthouse in advance of the court date that I otherwise would not have known.
I probably would have given them 5 stars if someone from SBPS had been on site at the time of my order, as that made me feel a little leery leaving such an important document (an no Unilocal reviews to ease my mind), but everything worked out with the help of the receptionist and corporate hot line.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
