It’s a big store. It’s clean. Staff is helpful when they’re not looking at you as if you’re going to steal copier paper. I had to fax a couple of pages but did not have a debit card, just cash. Go figure it made the transaction difficult. I waited 10 minutes until the lady helped me. It was quick after she did. I paid and left.
I think the free wifi helps if you are using their computers. I may go back if I have to fax something same day while I’m at work. That is all people.

This FedEx office is nestled in the Fairmont San Jose. It’s a small location, but they were able to get my quick color copy done in no time at all. I did first try to print via their computers, but the computers are so slow that it wouldn’t load Google Drive. (I don’t fault this individual FedEx with this, as EVERY FedEx has had this problem for me.)
Since I had trouble on the computer, the customer service person gave me my first print (two pages) for free. He then did my color copy job flawlessly. AND, he noticed that the second side of my color job was actually black and white, so he only charged me for b/​w for that second page.
Love. If FedEx would update their computers and internet connection, it’d be perfect.
